We had the most amazing weekend. The campground is very well kept. The staff are super friendly and on top of anything. They go out of their way to make you happy and feel at home. The sites are a great size, you dont feel on top of your neighbour's. Bathrooms were well maintained.

This will go down as the absolute worst campground we have ever stayed at.| First of all who ever heard of a 16 day cancelation policy.|Surprise to us| We booked with 2 other couples who had family emergencies. They canceled. |I hade made the reservation so phonecto cancel 15 days out. Half the refund only. We decided to go on our own. Since we would not get our money back. So with the 2 cancelation costing me 400$ and our camping at $400. We stayed 3 nights. The campground has poor signage we ended up in a provincial day use. Ughh got turned around. Headed into campsite. Some random lady asked what site we were looking for. She pointed us in the right direction. After 8 tries to wiggle 30 foot fifth wheel into the site. I had a post on the slide out side 3" from trailer after sliding out. The trailer on the door side was so close we could not put our awning our. The septic hook up for that trailer was 10ft infront of our door.|We had to fold our carpet back as to not go over the pipe.| The beach is disgusting. |We lasted 3 nights so basically 175$ a night.|When leaving 2 trailers from Florida and Quebec showed up one 45 ft one 38ft| They were looking at the sites when I went out. There is no way they were even close to getting in. Right across from our site was the septic pump out and bed for campground. So there was no driving on it to get in.|To say they were not happy was an understatement. |They ended up moving to a field .| We really looked forward to PEI.|Will never return. Especially to KW Green Park. Stay away people or be totally disappointed. We did not ever see one park person the whole time.|Just a total mess

Where to start with the vacation we had. We showed up to our campsite[lot 20] late evening and set up when it started to rain, it was a rough rainy next day but we were met with friendly staff and the best campers around with nothing but wonderful things to say. Great clean bathrooms. Huge handicap stall and wheelchair accessible shower that was a great help for family. The laundry room accepts loonies. Bring some and utilize the adorable warm laundry room on the cold mornings. The grounds were beautiful and clean. The beach has seaweed, but it's the water, so accept it and enjoy it cause it's still fantastic. The mosquitoes are, in fact, the main tenants, so wear bug repellent cream. Works best. And again. You're outside on water, accept it, and enjoy their gorgeous scenery, water activities, bounce slide castle, trampoline, sign out a kayak, and take it all in. We got to listen to a band play from our campsite fire and throughout any rough day. I was still able to enjoy myself here at the camp. You're gonna find a piece of heaven at Green Park. And if you cant they have wifi so youll survive. You won't regret staying here and meeting their staff. They truly make you feel comfortable and safe while you fall in love with the island and it's beauty. And thanks again to the staff member who picked me up at 1030 at night to bring me to the bathroom in a tiny cute car. when the provincial park had gotten locked by mistake. She drove me back to my campsite and the doors were opened. They go above and beyond to treat you like you matter. Will definitely be recommended to everyone. Thanks again! Also the canteen ice cream is hard to pass up on when its a hot day!

Paid fee to have a specific cabin. Someone damaged it, I was moved didn’t get my money back. The cabin we received had no power inside to plug in phones or fan. The lights wouldn’t work so we had to use our flash lights. Later in our stay, we were at a friends cabin and were scared due to a visitor who was violent. After hours of trying to get him away and out of our friend’s cabin (which does not lock mind you) I decided to call security. We were then told that we allowed them here so nothing could be done. We were then spoken to in an angry tone due to being awake in our cabins late at night, quietly with a group of adults. They then accused us of being with a group who had noise complaints when we had none, we didn’t know them and our sites weren’t even near them. The man was slamming doors and screaming coming into our cabins, waking other campers up. Security was called for the comfort of our group and also other visitors. When walking away from the cabin the security then told my friend not to talk smart after saying thank you as they allowed him to stay elsewhere. They threatened to bar her from the campground yelling through her door while she was visibly upset in her bed due to what happened. Everyone was scared and tired. Calling was our last resort as we didn’t want any issues, but we ended up for asking for help. It is my first time staying here, the others have been here every summer. With this being a birthday camping trip, it is especially disappointing to have all of these issues arise.

We arrived to an unconformably hot cabin at about 32C when outside was 20C. The minifridge they have is equivalent to a mini space heater. There was no screen door and when we opened the sliding door to let the cabin air out, we got flooded with mosquitos. We were told there was supposed to be a twin bunk and a double futon in our cabin. There was no futon at all. One of us had to sleep on the floor and there were screws sticking through the wall on the baseboards. When we went back to the office after checking in, staff had already left and were not reachable. Quiet time is 11pm. At 1130pm, a group came in with a loud truck, driving around, finally parked and started drinking heavily, blaring a fire, setting off fireworks, yelling and blasting music until 3am. No staff were present in the park to control any of this. There was no soap in the bathrooms and they were dirty. They have fire extinguishers in the cabins and even those were expired. KW Green Park Campground is BY FAR the WORST campground I have ever stayed at. Don't even consider this campground. Go somewhere else.

The place itself is nice, beach is at 200m from campground and the place is beautiful. Although mentioned by others, there are indeed A LOT of mosquitoes and you absolutely need a repellent spray to survive outside.

Disorganized, called from the open unattended gate to get a site. Of the 4 offered only 1 was available (beside public washroom) we were then told to find a site we liked then call to let them know which spot we we're in. Won't go back here.

We had a wonderful experience at KW Green Park Camp. The entire park is very clean, lots of places and equipment for kids to play and wonderful views of the water. All personnel were helpful and friendly as it seemed for entire PEI. We were given great advice were to explore on the island. We were staying in a trailer we brought that wasn’t very well equipped . They loaned us a water hose and an electrical converter for our shore power. They also stopped by to male sure we had everything hooked up OK. We were only there for 3 nights but are already trying to figure out when we can visit again.
