The best espresso for me mexico city..a delicious natural from Vera Cruz.. the bread and pastries are phenomenal. I had the guyaba roll their take on the traditional was so so delicous. The sausage roll was also a mexican flavour explosion... having a small filipino bakery in london myself..I can appreciate the layout of bakery is so so impressive and wonderful to see the craftmanship and artists at work. The staff and vibe is wonderful..my happy place. Muchos Gracias Green Rhino..more success to you..vamos equipo

Green Rhino is such a cool bakery / cafe. The team is super friendly and everything we tried tasted fresh and made with real care. We had the Chocolate Cake and the Croissant de Maracuyá — and that croissant was incredible. Flaky and full of flavor… easily the highlight for me. I also love that the seating area is right above the kitchen, so you can watch the baking happen in real time. It gives the whole place a warm, behind-the-scenes vibe that you don’t get often. Great people, great pastries — definitely worth a visit.

Green Rhino is such a cool spot! The staff is super friendly, and everything they make — sweet or savory — is seriously delicious. You have to try the sausage cheese roll… it’s flaky, rich, and has just the right little bit of a kick. They’ve got some great traditional Mexican pastries too, all baked fresh with a lot of love. The best part? The seating area is right above the kitchen, so you can watch the bakers doing their thing — it’s like dinner and a show, but with pastries! Such a fun and tasty experience.

Happened to walk by the place and walked in. Had no idea who they were. I had the BEST bread in Mexico after coming there for tha past 6 years!!♥️ THEN I read reviews, and realized why all the “negative” reviews on there.. Mexicans call Pan Dulce “bread”, when in fact it is a pastry. So- if you’re familiar with bread worldwide, this is the place go!!!! 100% recommend. And lovely team of young bakers in view at the center of the space. Bonus: it comes with *real* butter, and real Manchego from Spain. IYKYK.

There should be a line outside the door. Really awesome spot to get a baked good to start your day. Tried the Honey Bun, Chocolate Chili Cookie, Passion Fruit Croissant and the special VDay cookie. It was all amazing and no bad bites.

Absolutely incredible bakery. Everything I’ve tried is fantastic, and that’s saying something, as I’ve tried the whole menu now (though it’s frequently changing!). My favorites so far are the croissant de maracuya, the guava bun, the sausage roll and the nduja croissant. The chocolate cookie is also so complex and totally delicious. Also, the peanut concha is the best concha I’ve had, as was the pan de muerto. For the breads, the morning bun is great if you can’t commit to a whole loaf, but the pan pepita is really special and unlike anything I’ve tried before. The other sourdoughs are also delicious and keep really well. Service has been stellar and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. A must visit!! Truly unparalleled bakery.

Dog Friendly A bit of a hype, and much smaller, and limited selection. Really thought this place had more with all I heard. I had the honey bun and breakfast baguette. Both were good, a little heavy on the filling for the honey bun, the bread was fluffy and tasty. Oh and got a flat white, which was fine, not the best coffee I have had, but it was good and went well with the meal.

The coffee tasted funky/ rancid- it’s the flavour I’ve tasted from using old beans - maybe they are stored with little to no ventilation or not properly roasted. Friendly service! So many people working. The baking was great for the sweet croissants. The fillings were interesting. Sadly, our sausage roll filling was undercooked. Overall, I’d give them another try. Located close to Lalo! And Mi compa chava. So it’s a popular area for sure! The merch is cute, great spot to buy loaves of bread and spreads as well.
