A hotel that is convenient. There is an articial spring in the basement that closes at 1am. Good for people who have got a long day out. The bedding is clean but a bit yellowish.Very polite and good hotel staff. They let us store the luggage for two nights while we r away and will come back to stay on the 3rd night.

Great convenient location being a short walk from the north exit of the station and restaurants. The entry was a little confusing as others have said but I used the access from the lane at the side of the building next to the 7-Eleven to access the elevator which was not so bad. (Reception is on the first floor and if you enter from the street, luggage needs to be carried up the double flight of stairs.) The room was small but clean and comfortable and staff were helpful. There were pillow options, additional yukata, air purifiers and humidifiers in a shelved area near the elevators.

The hotel is within 5-min walk from the Matsue station. It has paid parking lot behind the hotel, not the one beside it. They share the parking lot with stores under railway, it may be full and sometimes have to wait. From the parking lot, you can walk to the front door or the elevator through a narrow and dirty lane. The lobby is on the second floor, you have to rely on the dirty lane to find the elevator if you have large luggage. ||||The dirty entrance makes us feel uncomfortable, but the lobby and room is alright. It is not new, but clean. The staffs are nice, but cannot speak English. The hotel has put some shared equipments including memory form pillows, air purifiers, and humidifiers. The equipments are put in front of the elevator door, and you can take them if you check in earlier. There is also small and artificial hot spring on the first floor.||||They provide breakfast in really low price. The breakfast is carried on as buffet in the lobby. The choice is limited, and mainly Japanese style. I would say the breakfast is nice considering the price.

3 minutes walk from the station this hotel has a rather garish lobby which is different from the standard business hotels. The rooms are fine with WiFi available. The hotel also boasts an onsen on the ground floor although you will need a separate key which is provided with your main room key. Breakfast is served in the lobby and is adequate although a little less on offer than I have seen in other business hotels. Opposite the hotel, one or two streets back are a number of restaurants so you do not have to walk too far if you are looking for something to eat.

Small rooms but OK for sleeping. || Mildew was on shower curtain which was pretty nasty. ||Breakfast was most likely good for Japanese but for non-Japanese it was the worse I have had in Japan. They had the same industrial bacon (ham) that all hotels have except here it was not cooked. We went to the train station about a block away for a good breakfast.||Can get extra pillows if needed in a self service arrangement. ||Elevator access is via a dark side entry. Otherwise you must go up a flight of stairs at front door. This is not so much fun if you have heavy bags. ||Washing machines and dryers are available. Dryers are not vented well so clothes get hot but not dry. ||Not much of a closet to put clothes.||Not much space for suitcase. I used space between wall and bed which was a tight fit. ||Not a bad hotel.....but there is a better one across street.

I think the hotel is partly refurbished from an old hotel but still an old hotel. Don't believe the hotel official pictures as they were taken by professional to hide away the bad things. Bathroom is old and most important, stinky. I don't know why there is a raised platform about half the size of the room which makes it more difficult to place your luggage in a small room. Breakfast is not the same as the pictures shown in the hotel website. Not even close! There is no proper dinning room and breakfast is done in the lobby without any proper chairs and table. Just like you are dinning in a super big karaoke room. Hotel lobby is one level about ground floor. You have to carry your luggage for two flights of stairs. Unless you enter from the back door where the car park entrance is located. Tv channels are very limited. Just like you are staying at a very romote onsen. See the tv channel list provided. No fuji tv. ||||Hotel is not walking distance to tourist attraction such as Matsue castle. If i visit matsue again, i will definitely look for another hotel

A nice hotel with friendly staff always ready to accomodate. Usually there is somebody that understands English. They have been great at keeping bags or speeding room set up when needed. The basic rooms are small but comfortable, clean. There's complementary items such as razors, brushes, and combs and also items available for use on site such as yukatas, electric kettles, trouser presses. There is an onsen but I haven't tried it, seperate male and female. The floors seem to be divided into smoking and non smoking which I really appreciate. Very close to the train station and shopping mall as well as restaurants.

Located next to the station, the outer building looks old and rundown but the room looks fine.and fairly morden. Very helpful staffs though they hardly speak English. There is an elevator at the back door, need some searching before we can find it. There is a mobile phone in the room which you can borrow and use for free.
