Stayed for 1 night during a road trip. The rooms were standard. We had a difficult time controlling the temperature in the room. The walls to the hallway are thin and we could hear people walking and talking. Good enough to stay for 1 or 2 nights but would not stay long term.

Comfortable room with a good bed. Can purchase a ticket to the onsen through the hotel. Would stay here again if I'm back in Yuda Onsen.

Very good for the price and the room was lovely though bathtub curtain was a little dirty otherwise very clean. The breakfast was good but not a lot of options compared to other buffet breakfasts, though it was nice, very happy. A good place a but a little far from the train station. Very nice Onsen and massage chair available good size room was really good 😌 and the staff were very friendly and helpful to get me to where i wanted

Located at heart of the city... Just adjacent to the oldest onsen of the city... Taxis are available infront while city bus stop is within walking distance... Breakfast and onsen are good... Nice and large parking...

I could not use the Wi-Fi. After many attempts the front replied that it happens when they have many guests. As the use of the WiFi was one of the main reasons to choose this hotel I was rather disappointed. Another reason was the hot springs: on the webpage it is stated that guests can use the bath in the annexed building. However the use is not free of charge for staying guests as it is usual in Japan. Parking wasn’t free either. And the room was very small for the price.

Booked a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room sprayed heavily with furniture polish to hide the smell. Room was spacious and clean, but I was able to hear other guests doing their thing. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Overall, a great location, decent room despite the noise and great staff. Good amenities too.

We chose this hotel mostly for the Onsen and the bus to akiyoshidai caves (stops right across the hotel).||||The room was small, but that didn't bother us. We just stayed for 1 night. The room, aswell as the lobby and breakfast area, was very clean. Wifi worked well in the room (you get password at reception)||We had room 706, which was a superior room. Not that much difference with a normal room I think, but the massage chair in the room was a fun bonus.||||Breakfast: this was japanese style buffet breakfast. Really good quality and good choices too. I believe it was only 5,- euro per person extra.||||A great plus was also the onsen next door. Very modern and nice. Normally it would cost 1000 JPY to visit, but you could get a discount through the hotel, so it only cost 450 JPY. It was its money more than worth!||||The staff was very kind and helpful. And they did speak english also.||The price was decent also. We paid 101,- euro for a superior room with breakfast included (2 persons)||||Not sure if it's a good hotel for a long stay (the rooms are small), but for a 1 or 2 night stay this hotel is perfect. We will definately book there again if we have plans in the area again.

We took awhile to find this hotel, it’s located around 15-20 mins walk from train station. Upon alighting from train station, simply walk straight all the way to enter Yuda Onsen area. You will see a Lawson shop, “Turn Left and walk all the way, cross the traffic light and walk straight. You will see the hotel right beside a fish restaurant. ||They have an open air carpark right at the doorstep. ||We arrived at 1pm and was told the room was not ready. So we went around the Yuda Onsen area to explore the place. There is no shops nearby, the nearest is to walk back to the Lawson at the main road to get something. Btw Lawson is just steps away from their tourist centre (there is a free foot bath). ||We were upgraded to their deluxe room which includes a massage chair (occupied quite a lot of space). The room was alright. ||Breakfast is provided. Simple Japanese style breakfast, nothing fancy.||End up, we didn’t go for the cave visit as the bus frequency could not match with our schedule.
