Green Spirit Hotel

The hotel is perfectly good. Quick check-in and check-out. |Friendly staff. Clean, cozy and warm rooms. Comfortable beds, we got a good night sleeps after a busy touristic days. The beautiful New Year decorations also contributed to a holiday vibe. Recommended.

A very creative hotel with a beautiful courtyard. Convenient parking. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

The hotel is simple, location is good, services are simple. There is no reception after 8 pm. The room is spacious and beautiful. There is no telephone. The TV is old and has local channels. Room cleaning needs follow-up to change the sheets and pillow covers . Need international TV channels. Variety of breakfast dishes and smile of the waitress in charge of the breakfast place

This is probably a 3.5 star rating. The room was big but please don't be fooled by the beautiful, characterful pictures online. Our room was very large but no bath and no rustic features. A coffee maker is useless if you drink tea - where is the kettle? It is not a double bed - just two single pushed together without a joint topper and with separately quilts - although this seems common in Germany, apparently couples don't like to sleep together in Mainland Europe. It was warm - no aircon but an effective fan. The shower flooded and the towels were thin. But the decor was pleasant enough. It was a very easy and pleasant walk into town. Wish they had messaged in advance to explain that parking in their garage was limited. Part of the reason I picked this hotel was due to the off road parking which is a worry with a rental car. Overall it was fine given the cost, not great.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and not a lot of noise

Rooms on the street are too loud from street noise even with window closed. Beds are not comfortable - too hard. Received a loft room which I didn’t request. There are NO amenities in the kitchen apartments so unless you are staying for a week or so and buying groceries it is useless. You have to make sure all your dishes are washed and possibly wash the dishes before you use them since there is a note that staff does not wash the dishes and there is no dishwasher. No coffee is offered in room either. Only coffee is with paid breakfast. Even though not on, furnace in bedroom made noises throughout the day and night. Key card would not work at gym and staff didn’t know how to fix this. Staff does not seem vested in guests stay. Would not recommend.

Rarely have seen a hotel successfully combining a robust industrial minimalistic environment with a warm romantic atmosphere. In this case they absolutely did 🫶🏻|Lovely wide rooms, a good breakfast, a enjoyable inner-garden and a cosy loungebar all in 1 package. Furthermore easily to access by car including a parking garage and a foot walk away from the breathtaking historical Middle Age city centre. Obviously the ideal base camp location for a long weekend @Regensburg.

Cozy and well equipped hotel. Good rates, plentiful breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Every parking space in the underground garage has a wallbox, which as electric car drivers we appreciated. The only downside is that the hotel is across the river, away from the historic center, but you are in the center in 15-20 minutes on foot.
