Recently ventured to The Spa at Green Valley Ranch for a couples massage booked by my partner. We first showed up to use the fitness center before our massage and though very clean, the equipment was lacking. I understand this isn’t a “full gym” but still expected more options. Next we went to our rooms to change and shower before the massage. The facilities are very well maintained and offered a wide variety of amenities to take advantage of, very happy. My partner did say that the ladies spa was broken and that was a minor let down for her. We were then brought upstairs for our massage by our masseurs who were very nice. The massage was deep tissue and lovely but there was a noticeable a/c blower noise I could hear the whole time. Not to say they didn’t have relaxing music and the massage itself wasn’t great, it was just a little distracting at times. We finished off with time in the co-ed spa which was a nice way to end our day at the spa. Overall great experience and massage, only downsides were limited gym equipment, broken spa in women’s facility for my partner and distracting a/c noise. Long story short I would come back if staying at the resort or going for a “treat yo self” kind of day.

I went for a “Spa party” over the weekend and it was such a wonderful experience! The entire facility is immaculate and the staff is so friendly! The fitness center has the latest innovations in their machines and has more than enough options for a great workout. The bathrooms/locker rooms were well stocked and sparkling clean. Not one negative thing to say about GVR Spa.

I not only love the resort but the spa as well. I booked an 80-minute massage for my honey, and I put myself a 50-minute Hydro facial. My aesthetician Nikki was amazing. She had beautiful energy. She welcomed me with a huge smile immediately made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed my facial so much! She is very informative. I will most definitely be returning. This is a must visit even if you don’t come to the resort, if you’re in the area, I recommend coming to the spa. And as you know great facilities, they book up very quickly, so keep that in mind as well.

I had an incredible massage experience with Sarah at Green Valley Ranch Spa. She was not only highly skilled but also courteous and personable, making the entire session relaxing and enjoyable. She took the time to understand my needs and tailored the massage perfectly. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend Sarah for anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience!

I called today to inquire about a massage, but they were ready to book me without mentioning that all the amenities were closed for renovations. Additionally, they wouldn’t apply the local discount since it's the 1st of December. To make matters worse, there were no holiday discounts or accommodations for the renovations either. Essentially, you would pay full price for a massage with no access to amenities. You might as well go to a different place for half the price.

This was my first time going to a spa and I loved it! Margo did my facial and she was so sweet. She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and gave advice on how to care for my skin. I highly recommend visiting this location. I can’t wait to go back again!

Best deep tissue massage of my life preceded by amazing sauna and spa facilities with no detail skipped. My husband and I love staying here! Plan to spend most of the day while here. You can even order room service and share it in the co-Ed area

Great prices for what you get. She loved Angela so much. & I would try somebody other than Sue next time, but she was very friendly. We loved our massages.

Yelp
A Luxurious Escape for $100 a Day Whenever life gets hectic, I find myself craving a visit to this incredible spa. For just $100 a day, you gain access to all the amenities, including the exclusive pool, gym, and more. On busy days, I love starting with a workout in the gym, followed by a relaxing session in the saunas. The showers are pristine and refreshing, perfect for resetting before diving into work. Then, I unwind by lounging poolside, soaking in the ambiance. The facilities are impeccably maintained, the staff is always warm and welcoming, and the food? Absolutely amazing. While the indoor amenities are fantastic year-round, the outdoor spaces are best enjoyed during the warmer months. If you're looking for a serene day to recharge, this place is an absolute must.

Yelp
Wow, what a true oasis in the desert...the Spa at Green Valley Ranch was such a wonderful way to celebrate my belated birthday along with my best friend's birthday. The spa is located in the same area as the casino pool. A lush environment surrounded by beautiful fresh flowers and even grape vines covered with grape leaves, definitely a sight to behold. Now there was a slight hiccup when we arrived to check in. Apparently the call center that books the treatments is in charge of both Green Valley Ranch and Redrock Spa, so when we arrived 10 minutes before 10am we were told our appointment could not be honored because our appointment was mistakenly set for Redrock and there were no available appointments for the two us of until 2pm. The lady working at the front desk assured my friend she would not be charged for Redrock as she would call there and explain there was a mistake with the call center and that she would ask her manager if they could give us a discount for having to push our appointments to 2pm, in the end they gave us 30% off our treatments. (later in the evening she saw there was a charge from Redrock for $175, she had to call today to see about getting it taken care of.) Luckily with our schedules we were able to make it work. It was my besties treat, and we were looking to do a spa day at a few other casinos. Just a few days ago, she was gifted a massage here at Green Valley Ranch and loved how nice the spa was, so we decided to come here. I didn't know what to expect, but upon entering I was delighted to see how beautiful it was inside! There was beautiful spa music playing all throughout the beautiful women's locker room, the women's lounge area with hot water and different teas, juice and water bottles in a mini fridge, delicious snacks. I was thoroughly impressed, and excited for a day of relaxation. The spa provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash and shave lotion in the showers. They have q-tips, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, razors if you need as well as hair gel, face and body lotion. The vanity area has hair dryers, and curling irons, and there are flat irons available if you ask. The women's jacuzzi was inoperable at this time, so once you exit the women's lounge there is a co-ed jacuzzi you need a swimsuit for, and all the treatment rooms are in this area. We showered first (LOVED the eucalyptus spray in the shower which turns your shower into a sauna, loved it so much we each purchased one as we were leaving for $31) then we headed to the hot tub, then both of the saunas, then to have some tea and snacks before our treatments. Now, onto my service. When we checked in I asked for the best...and I TRULY feel I got that. I was absolutely blown away by how wonderful my massage was. Roxanne was such an expert, I told her my neck and shoulders were my trouble areas and she worked such magic to melt all tension away, and even found the other areas that were bothering me but I forgot to mention, and I could literally feel the powerful healing energy in her hands as I gratefully received from her. I was able to go deep into my massage and relax in such a way that this busy mama of 3 NEEDED! I didn't want the 50 minutes to end, but I felt throughly satisfied with what she provided and I'm still floating writing this review. My bestie had a facial this time since she booked a massage a few days prior, and she really loved how knowledgeable her esthetician was. She was so happy for me, as I shared that this was seriously my best professional massage I've received. I was wowed and she was wowed for me! I don't know how it happened but we never had to wait for anything, the showers were always free, and each time we went in the saunas we were the only ones in it, even though the spa had quite a few people going in and out for their services. We only had two others in the jacuzzi with us for a few minutes, other than that it almost felt like we had the spa to ourselves! We decided to enjoy the saunas some more, then took our time showering before sitting at the vanity area to get ready to leave. It was truly such a lovely experience, I found myself getting excited at the idea of bringing my husband back to enjoy the locals discount (they offer on the weekdays) so we can enjoy some rest and relaxation together and so I can get another massage from Roxanne. I'm not even kidding guys, she has found her gift, and what a treat for me that I found her! I'm making this a 5 star review even though the whole thing with check in could have gone smoother, the 30 percent off our services was appreciated, and honestly everything else was so amazing and I will definitely be back! Thank You so much to the Spa at Green Valley Ranch, I feel so grateful to be able to indulge in such wellness just a couple days before thanksgiving! Be Well and Merry Everyone.

Yelp
This is probably one of the best spas I have ever been to! Everyone was super attentive and it was so extremely clean. I went on a Wednesday, they have wellness Wednesdays and it was an affordable price. They even give a locals discount. You can use the amenities all day long and honestly, it was so amazing. Me and my friend had such a good time. They have the best food and it's also super affordable. Must try spa. They have everything you need and their massage service was impeccable. Top spa Indefinitely!!!!

Yelp
I had a gift card so I booked a deep tissue massage. Came out to be over 300$ which includes the tip for the masseuse. So it was pretty expensive. But you're not just paying for your massage your paying for the amenities that are included. so you could get there when they open or an hour before your massage it's up to you. When I got there I used the fitness gym which was nice and clean. Had the basic equipment for a gym. Had towels and water for everyone && the rest room was clean. The outside pool was under construction. Then went down stairs to use the spa. The steamer and sauna were nice. The Jacuzzi wasn't working within the women facility so that was a bummer. There was a coed Jacuzzi but I didn't go check it out. The restroom has supplies that are usable for everyone. Also vanities with equipment for your hair so that was nice. The showers were super clean and nice! Where I waited for my massage there was snacks, water juice. It was pretty cozy. The massage was so bomb and necessary! I enjoyed it. I got a deep tissue massage. I would definitely come back maybe once they fix the Jacuzzi inside the women's facility.

Yelp
We were staying at GVR for our wedding and a few of our friends also had rooms at GVR. For convenience, we booked our hair and make-up for the wedding at the salon at the Spa at Green Valley Ranch. Making the appointment was a bit stressful because they don't work 7 days a week but luckily an MUA was willing to come in on a Sunday and I really appreciate that. Iris is amazing. If you have to get some make-up done, I'd absolutely recommend her. She listens, she's patient and kind and most importantly, she's good at her job. We did a trial run for the make-up so I was able to feel much more comfortable on my wedding day. I forgot her name but the person who did my hair was great as well. Super friendly and efficient. She was so excited by life, it was so sweet. My hair lasted all day too, which was a great plus. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I don't understand their pricing and I don't think they do either. I was told I had to pay half of my make-up for the wedding during the trial. I did that. However, it wasn't applied to my charge the wedding day and I ended up paying full price. I also wasn't given the locals discount. But to be honest, my photographer was waiting for me and I didn't feel like fighting. Everyone was telling me to go back the next day but I just didn't want to spend the day after my wedding fighting over like $150. Just buyer beware and make sure they are charging you the correct amount.

Yelp
We have Stayed here at GVR many times over the years and sadly we have never utilized the spa services on site . Today ,I finally used the services with a friend and we had a great time . Bethany was my masseuse, she was great and targeted all the issues I've been having with my neck . She was very nice would definitely ask for her the next time . You can also purchase a day pass for $50 which allows you to bring in your spouse or whomever to utilize the amenities for the day . They have a nice pool with cabanas, waitresses etc. pool is small but private , no kids . They serve drinks and food as well . Since a fun day and the staff was very friendly from beginning to end . If you are a NV resident you also get 20 % off your services which was nice for my friend , Unlike California. We will be back .

Yelp
Jennifer did my 50 minute recovery massage and she was phenomenal! Paid attention to all of my trouble areas. Made my environment relaxing, comfortable and calm. I was so impressed by how much she got done in our 50 minutes. Was disappointed by the amenities. I've been multiple times and every time I go it feels like something is out of order. This time was a shower, the jets to the women's jacuzzi and the outdoor spa jacuzzi.over the environment just wish it was all working.

Yelp
Let me start off with the good: -Very beautiful facilities which are private and feel exclusive -Unlimited delicious treats and Fiji waters are available at no extra charge -One can come and go as they please and have all day access (until 8:00pm). Now for the bad: -Ridiculously expensive for a massage ($185 + tip for a 50 minute massage) -Mediocre 50 minute massage was really 35 minutes long (after being called in 10 minutes late and taking 5 minutes to undress and start the massage). -Tip is automatically included. -The men's steam room was broken. -Not as many amenities as one would expect. -Any added cocktails/drinks at their pool are very expensive. Now, it was a nice experience and I am glad that I got to try it but I will not be coming back unless the prices go down or there is a cheaper day pass that one can buy to just use the amenities. Even then, I found myself getting bored of hoping from the hot tub to the pool to the sauna. If you want a good massage, do yourself a favor and go to IMR. It's cheaper, albeit still pricey, but so much better. Also, this only happened to me and none of my friends but I used the face lotion in the men's locker room before my massage. When I laid my face down on the massage pillow, it smelled nice but my face instantly started burning. The masseuse had sprayed peppermint oil/fragrance all of the room before I went it and it must've reacted to the lotion somehow. Even after changing the cover, my face pretty much felt like it was burning throughout the whole massage.

Yelp
2 stars for being gaslighted. The dry sauna was not working. The spa attendant said that's just the temperature they have it at because someone had passed out in there before. If she was honest and just said it wasn't working then I would've understood. The wet steam room was working fine. The jets in the women's lounge jacuzzi wasn't on. And they got rid of the jacuzzi upstairs in the pool area.

Yelp
Ok so I've been debating on going to The Spa at with GVR or Red Rock. Do I go with the newer casino or something older? I was told by multiple people that they actually prefer the service at GVR, so here we are! I love how there is separate parking for The Spa. It was easy to find via GPS. You'll walk up & see a gated door with a sign for the spa. Once you enter, you'll see the building to your left. It was already a beautiful walkway before entering. Check in at the desk was easy. We had someone take us in the tour to show us the amenities. There is a private pool for spa guests, a fitness center, and saunas! I entered the women's area & it was bright and clean. I appreciated the self care items! The lockers were easy to use. I would just request to have your locker away from others because multiple women were back to back changing next to each other. The party next to me requested to have their lockers spaced out more. They notify you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your massage in their waiting lounge. There you will find water bottles, bottled juices, & snacks (consists of cookies, granola, & dried fruit)! I went for the 50 minute massage. My therapist's name was Capri & was amazing - professional and kind. She communicated with me perfectly during sensitive areas & found the right pressure for my body. Tip: say YES to the scalp massage. It's glorious. Service all together was amazing, the facility was clean, & I loved my massage. If you book any service, you have access to the spa until the close for the day. Wish I was able to stay longer & reap the benefits, but had to leave shortly after my massage. We are going again for a staycation. I cannot wait!

Yelp
Wonderful experience. I brought my sister to GVR spa for a prenatal massage. My sister was glowing post service saying she loved her masseuse so much she wants to return again next month. I went ahead and booked a facial with Elaine. She was absolutely wonderful! I'd like to return again. The spa itself had a few amenities inside and also its own private pool. By going when the spa opened we practically had the pool to ourselves which was cool. We ordered poolside service. The meals were reasonably priced and delicious. The spa itself is clean and the workers are all very nice.

Yelp
I feel like I agree with the observations on a lot of other Yelp reviews. The massage was mediocre, the amenities were sub-par. The women's jacuzzi's jets were non-operational. The spa amenities (specifically, steam and sauna room) were kind of small compared to the red rock resort. The spa itself was very hard to locate within the casino. I probably would not return.

Yelp
As a local, I searched for two years to find an esthetician as good as my Virginia person. Dissapointed regularly, by either the lack of skill or service, I had given up. On a whim, I looked at the Green Valley Ranch spa and FINALLY found my person! Nikki is amazing skin savant. Her skill exceeds that of my Virginia technician and her service is stellar. Going to a hotel spa is more expensive than a skin studio, but price is no concern when you find the right person. Personally, I love her attention to detail, massage technique and how careful she is before she uses any new product or treatment on my skin. My experience with Nikki is unparalleled. LOVE HER!
google avatar

Suzy M.

Yelp
I am a huge fan of Niki Amato. Her facials are always on point! Niki is professional and I cherish her opinion and have been using the products she recommended. My skin feels like glass. I can't wait for my next appointment with Niki

Yelp
Locals get 20% off. I have been living here over 15 years and stopped by for the first time last weekend. Massages start at about $185 so it's not very reasonable to go regularly, but I stopped by to treat my friend to a birthday massage. It would be nice to see more local discounts. There are enhancements but it increases the price significantly. I prefer a deep tissue massage, but I wanted to try the signature first. I get massages monthly and I have been to several chain massage places, private places locally and even internationally. I wouldn't be back for massage quality alone, but the ambiance, provided robes and slippers and amenities added to the experience. I recommend you get here in the morning on the weekend because it's less busy and there is a small parking lot just outside of the spa. You can park by lifetime, but you will have to walk across the street. Food can be ordered from the casino but it takes 45 minutes to arrive. They offer lemon water, mixed nuts and coffee. There is an indoor jacuzzi and dry and wet sauna. The jets on the indoor hot tub are not working. The showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They also have an amenities table with brushes, qtips, deodorant, hairspray, lotion etc. it would be nice if they had sunscreen because a lot of the ladies were heading out to the outdoor jacuzzi where the jets were working or the pool.

Yelp
I went with my sister and husband to the spa for my birthday and it was absolutely terrible. We planned to spend all day at the spa and utilize the amenities, but. Every. Single. Amenity. Was. Broken. The worst part? The staff decided to gaslight us and tell us that some aspects of the spa never worked like that - for example, the woman's Jacuzzi they rebranded as a "hot plunge pool". When I asked why the jets didn't work or the waterfall functionality, a staff member had the gall to tell me it never worked. I was here for a bachelorette party in June 2023 and the jets definitely worked. I asked why the pool would have jets if they never worked and the staff member gave me a blank look. The sauna (wet and dry) were both broken and room temperature, and so my sister and I reached out to my husband to see if he wanted to head to the co-ed Jacuzzi. The co-ed Jacuzzi was broken. We decide to head upstairs to the outdoor Jacuzzi/pool and guess what? That's broken too. When we spoke to the manager about every single amenity being broken, her response was to give us a 20% discount. A 50 minute massage is hundreds of dollars and to have everything be broken was insanely disappointing. I don't want a discount - I want everything to work. I feel like GVR's spa is on the same quality level as Massage Envy. It was a shame to spend so much money on literally nothing. I will never recommend GVR's spa and won't be going back. I was incredibly upset they never called to let us know, "Hey, everything is broken. Do you want to reschedule?" Crazy terrible customer service.

Yelp
Purchased a day pass and wasn't disappointed. Arrived early to take advantage amenities. Was walked down to locker area and given clean sandals to wear in water areas. Lockers are given to store personal items at no extra cost. Women's locker/restroom area are extremely clean and have every need you can think of. They have everything from shampoo to mouth wash and hair brushes! Spa robes are also provided. I love the women's only dry sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. They have a quiet area with water, juice and dried fruits. They do have co-Ed indoor Jacuzzi, outside pool and jacuzzi. The outside pool area has tables and cabanas to enjoy lounging and eating by ordering from menus provided. A gym area is available if you would like to work out before or after a day of relaxation. I'm looking forward to returning and purchasing a treatment and enjoying amenities, as booking treatment gives you full access to use spa before and after treatment!

Yelp
Absolutely garbage service. I notice that the management consistently reports they have "no idea" guests are experiencing issues, though guests have constantly mentioned they interface with Heidi to tell her the amenities are broken. I told a massage therapist I wanted to speak with the manager, and tried to speak with Heidi and she refused to speak with me. It's interesting that Heidi is more than willing to apologize on Yelp and say "Oh, sorry, I didn't know" when people are actively bringing complaints to her in real-time and she can't be bothered to listen to them. All of the amenities are broken - the Jacuzzi (which sometimes she refers to as a "plunge pool" and sometimes as a "Jacuzzi"), the saunas (wet and dry), and the co-ed pool area. I think Heidi must be a member of the family who owns Green Valley Ranch as no one who loves customer service would allow this level of absolute incompetence to continue working at their establishment. I own two businesses in the Las Vegas Valley and actively tell people to avoid Green Valley Ranch as it will certainly be subpar (at best).

Yelp
Amazing spa amenities and service. I loved being able to go to the private outside pool after the spa treatment and hang out in the cabanas. Weds there's discount for locals! Would definitely come back!

Yelp
In rating the staff that provided the services (Austin) for 80-min massage was AMAZING! Highly recommend! I also had an 80-min facial and would rate both services, and professionalism a 5+ Stars! There was a group of 6 of us and we all agreed the staff that provided each of our services were outstanding. Atmosphere was serene and clean environment. When we arrived, we were greeted with smiles! I had been planning this visit to the spa for several months for my daughters 21st bday and working with Miranda one of the Sparty Coordinators to plan a Sparty. She was very helpful and responsive via email and phone to arrange the event. When we arrived to check in for the 6 of us, things went smooth until the birthday girl checked in. Originally, when I received confirmation of my daughters services for massage and facial they stated that our party had scheduled so many we would receive a free 50 min complimentary service. So, I requested via email to "ADD" onto my daughters current services the body wrap as well. This message was confused to remove one service and add the body wrap in its place. So out of the two services originally scheduled they removed the massage. The one she was most looking forward to! After a lot of back and forth and the front desk working with the manager we were able to get my daughters massage and no body wrap and the group each received 20% discount on their services. I was disappointed, but glad to see the manager assisted in correcting their error. Again, the services we all received were amazing! And I coordinated a charcuterie board, veggie and fruit tray with sparking water to be delivered to our day bed - pool side. It arrived on time as requested. However, the odd thing was there were no bartenders working at the pool or inside or anyone to even Order more drinks and food. And we had to track down staff to keep asking for things. Many of the other guests were also frustrated you couldn't order drinks or food by the pool, etc. The only staff at the pool was the one life guard. We would of loved to relax longer after our services and spend more money at the resort but instead we were disappointed and the dozen pigeons roaming all around constantly didn't help with a relaxing feel either. I really want to return back here because of the quality of service with the massage and facial but all the little things (having my wrong last name on the rezi ask they picked it up from my email address - advising them this was for my daughters 21st and thing them her name and then the day bed had a plain sign on it with my name - not something special to mark the occasion. Or even just adding a balloon or something extra to denote what we were celebrating) when you have an expectation at this price point for the number of services etc, it doesn't encourage me to reschedule. Lastly, we were also supposed to receive what they called Complimentary Spa'rty bags for each guest - which didn't happen and I forgot to ask before we left. I emailed them and we'll see what the outcome is. I believe the management at the Spa has many opportunities to elevate the experience of its clients. This spa is outside the strip which means more returning clients because it's a mix of travelers and vacationers! Set your bar adequately the front of the house won't spoil you and go the extra mile, but the back of the house will!

Yelp
Love the ladies at the front. Always kind and knowledgeable. Easy to schedule and accommodating on the phone. As a local and a veteran, I appreciate the hero's discount available. Massages are always the best here (recovery or body shaping are my 2 fav), refreshments are always stocked and the robes are a dream! Lunch at the pool is perfect and access to the salon is easy. Very spacious, so over crowding isn't a problem even while busy. Love this spa!

Yelp
Horrible customer service, called multiple times to make an appointment with no answer and on hold for over five minutes and even called the operator and they weren't able to get thru. I ended up walking over to the spa to book directly and the two young ladies at the front desk were not friendly and told me to book online. I was ready to book two 110 minutes sugar scrubs. I am a frequent client of the spa and the service has completely gone done hill. I ended up booking where my business is wanted. If I was the spa manager I would be severely disappointed in my employees turning business away. GVR/stations does not love locals. Both services would have been over $800.

Yelp
Had a lovely time here. Great co-ed or single sex spa. Nice outside pool to order drinks or food. Had an amazing deep tissue massage. Classy place. Would return!

Yelp
not only love the resort but the spa as well. I booked an 80-minute massage for my honey, and I booked myself a 50-minute Hydro facial. My aesthetician Nikki was amazing. She had beautiful energy. She welcomed me with a huge smile immediately made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed my facial so much! She is very informative. I will most definitely be returning. This is a must visit even if you don't come to the resort, if you're in the area, I recommend coming to the spa. And as you know great facilities, they book up very quickly, so keep that in mind as well. I can't wait to return. I've been telling everyone about this place

Yelp
The Spa at Green Valley Ranch Resort is gorgeous inside and out, it's extremely relaxing, and has all the amenities you will need to really enjoy a full day at the spa. I've been here a few times for facials and massages, every time I've been in, I've enjoyed my service, with the plans of thoroughly using the amenities but life happens and I end up having to leave within an hour after my service. Today I made a day of it, no plans other than to make sure I pampered myself here. I started off with a Himalayan massage (50 minutes) with Bethany, she was PHENOMENAL!! For this particular massage they use heated stones as well as their hands, she managed to use the perfect stone to hand ratio lol. As far as pressure, it was perfect, I like my pressure a little less than medium, anything more for me is not relaxing. I've had plenty of massages throughout my life and today's massage was definitely top 3, I even almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. After my service I used their private pool and spa provided only to guests who are getting a service, so it's nice and quiet with daybeds available to use on a first come first serve basis. There is also a pool and spa inside for the colder months (or if that's just what you prefer) Plenty of Toiletries provided for guests to get ready for the day and a sauna and steam room. Oh yes there are also water, juices, coffee and tea available in the lounge area. One more thing, Clarissa at the front desk was super friendly and the spa runner Emily was extremely helpful and a hard worker. Thanks guys for making my visit memorable!

Yelp
I signed up for monthly membership for SPA. I was told I can use the pool @ SPA weekdays as well as the weekends . Today I am walking to the recreation desk and saying hey I am going to use the Pool and fitness NOT THE SPA . They are looking at me like I am using these Pool for free . No I paid 300 $ for this membership and I was told using the SPA POOL is okay during the weekends and weekdays . I am just not going to sign up when my membership is over . Not my place ......

Yelp
The women's spa jacuzzi has been broken for months. The bubbles don't work and it is cold. Also, the waterfall feature is off. The outdoor pool is empty and closed. I would've liked to tan as we have mild winters in Vegas. These items should be disclosed when one calls to make an appointment. We would've gone to another place instead. Disappointed.

Yelp
Booked a couples massage with my husband a few days ago for our anniversary.... super disappointed. The massages were not worth the price, the people in the front desk were unprofessional, management was terrible, and there was water EVERYWHERE on the floor in the spa room. Never coming back, not worth your money. They like to call this spa luxury but it's looking more like trash.

Yelp
Last year, I came here for my birthday with a party of 13. We all loved and raved about this place so much. Enough to entice me to come here again for my birthday this year. I even considered making it my annual birthday event. I'm from out of state and booked a quick weekend trip literally to go to this spa. Booked 2 couples massages, one for my parents and one for my boyfriend and I. It started off typical, no complaints. It all went downhill when they had a power outage. The management and staff did not handle my situation as I would have hoped for. Especially the services being as pricey as they are and customer service literally being of utmost importance in this particular industry. Of course, I'm understanding that there is nothing anyone can do in the event of a power outage. However, there is a ton that can be done to make a customer feel better about a situation. First, Robin, the manager who I spoke with was the most condescending manager I've ever encountered. No compassion or empathy. Her way of making me feel better was to inform me that "good news, we won't charge you a cancellation fee"...of course you shouldn't, I'm not cancelling. Robin offers me 20% off of my next service and recommends I reschedule. I told her I appreciate the gesture, but it still isn't satisfying to me because I'm not from Nevada so if I were to reschedule I'd have to book my whole entire trip over. Hotel, flight, food, transportation, etc. so thank you for your locals discount, but I'm not a local and a rescheduling would mean I'd need to spend even more money to get out there. And I valued my reschedule because I had a flight back home first thing in the morning the next day. I told her that my parents were able to get their massage, so if they would take care of their massage then that would make me feel a whole lot better of the situation. If it wasn't my birthday and I wasn't influencing my parents and boyfriend to get a massage to celebrate with me, I guarantee you they wouldn't have been there on their own preference/free will. She said that she can do 20% off of their massage and I can still enjoy their other amenities until 8pm. I told her that that still doesn't seem fair to me. It just didn't feel like enough considering the main reason why we were here was for me and I wasn't able to enjoy the service. Had anyone been able to predict an outage, they wouldn't have been getting a massage. And I was there hours before my appointment so enjoying the amenities until 8 wasn't going to be helpful. It would be a waste of time for me because the whole experience was ruined. We could have went to another spa or done a different event. So I asked her if 20% was the best that she could do to alleviate my situation. Still no compassion or empathy shown, she said that's the best. So you give out comped massages all the time, but 20% is all of a sudden the best you can do. Even the ladies who I was chatting at in the locker room were saying that the management should do something for my situation and they would give their comped massage that got cancelled to me because they felt so bad. So customers show more compassion than management, nice. So the only choice I had at that point was to wait it out to see if the power would come back on (not likely) or reschedule a whole trip to get a service again. I was told that they were to halt all reservations from 5pm and beyond until they can figure things out. They blamed it on safety of their customers and employees. Understandable...but not if you're LYING about your protocol. My boyfriend was brought into a private room (reminder we had a COUPLES) massage booked. He even told the masseuse that it's a couples massage and she told him it's okay, they are going to take him individually and I'll get mine in a different room. That is not how a couples massage works. And if safety of employees and guests are your priority, is it just screw you to my boyfriend's safety? They blamed the servers being down so the masseuse couldn't see the type of service and probably thought it was an individual massage..she should have known better if the guest was insisting the massage was a couples massage. At this point I am so frustrated that my emotions are uncontrollable and I start crying and go back into the locker room for water. After changing and going back to the front desk, Robin says that she won't approach our situation anymore and that she would have a higher manager call me. Ma'am you are a manager, how do you not know how to deescalate a situation and help console customers? And you are in a customer service industry. Your biggest jobs should be to overlook employees and help alleviate high level customer situations.

Yelp
This place is falling apart.. the last time I came here the spa in the women's lounge was out of service. Today came back again for a second chance the entire outdoor pool that is secluded for spa guests is out of service and the jets in the women's lounge spa are down. They are sending people over to the pond which at one point was adults only it's packed full with adults and kids and the extra seating is "off limits".Every single time something is closed and not once have they ever mentioned it while booking. You get here and surprise everything's broken. Yes I get you pay for a service which is good but if you're looking for the amenities go elsewhere.

Yelp
I do recommend this business. Usually the spa at Green Valley is a refuge. It's impeccably clean, the service is prompt and friendly. On this particular day, Wednesday, I had poor luck. Several of the amenities were not in order, such as the Jets and the women's hot tub, the outdoor hot tub was completely down among others, which is understandable as things happen. However, with my poor luck on this day, I was literally mid shower with a head full of conditioner when the hot water ran out. I thought to myself OK I'm going to turn the water completely off and do other things in the shower for a few minutes and then turn the water back on, but it was painfully cold water. I waited a few minutes put my towel on and then tried every other shower in the area. There was no hot water to be found. I told one of the lady employees who said she would notify management. I waited so long that I had no choice but to put my clothes on and I walked out of there to be checked out with my head still in a towel and covered in conditioner. The front desk me how everything was and I started to tell her that there is no hot water and the employees know about it but the clients don't and they should have a sign so people don't get in the showers but she cut me off and said that there were several things going on in the spa. She cntinued to check me out and I wasn't offered a discount or any courtesy amenity. By the way, I was there on a special they're running temporarily on Wednesdays....but still. Yes I'm sure it's uncommon for this to happen which is why I still recommend this beautiful place

Yelp
What: I come here for a massage regularly and the only reason I come is for my amazing masseuse. Otherwise not sure I would keep coming because as a local it INFURIATES me that the hot tub in the women's spa is consistently broken, so much so that they now call it a "soaking tub". Ummm what? No. Cost: I'm paying a a lot for an 80 minute massage, so it really steams me up that the hot tub never works. Do construction and fix it!

Yelp
Who knew a massage with Kristine would change my understanding of my body and injuries. Kristine is able to relieve tension, pain and help with numbness I experience after an injury caused by my dog. Every trip I make sure to see Kristine. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and a true God send to her clients. Can't wait to visit from Texas again soon

Yelp
I recently got a shampoo+blowdry from Kiki at the salon. She was incredibly knowledgeable and so wonderful. She gave me the best blowout I've ever had and she educated me the entire time. I can't wait to come back! The view from the salon is gorgeous. It was a very relaxing appointment. Thank you Kiki

Yelp
Went for Mothers Day and took my daughter I tried leaving messages for mgmt to call me back No response Im not surprised On the outside spa seems great But they lack customer service and professionalism Nikki gave a decent facial but i will never again pay $200 to be insulted about my skin for over 30 min Offering skincare advice should be professional and diplomatic She kept on and on asking if i use cheap skincare products The pool at top of stairs was filthy When checking out I was quite embarrassed as the receipt i had had one price yet they were trying to charge me much more Jasmyn had no idea what to do Quite embarrassing in front of my daughter I can find other places for facials where the estheticians are much kinder!

Yelp
This is my favorite place for "a day away" I think I enjoyed all the amenities for 7 hrs, 50 min massage, steam room, sauna, pool, gym and they even serve lunch pool side. Beautiful, clean, great snacks and juices. 100% recommend

Yelp
AMAZING experience! From the moment I entered the spa I was greeted in a wonderful manner. I was then escorted downstairs to the ladies area and was greeted by Mya who brought me in and got my sandals for me. Inside I was shown around and how to work my locker by Kailynn and Sydney both of whom are too sweet. I had an 80 min massage which was heaven and was greeted again by Sydney when I was done. I will be back again as the service was just top notch from beginning to end

Yelp
A very good hotel spa indeed. It is clean and very aesthetically pleasing. A modern vibe with excellent view of the pool and outdoor courtyard. Definitely similar pricing as other vegas hotel spas. Pricey massages and salon treatments but you can go in expecting that. They have a full nail salon and hair salon as well. They also have sauna and steam rooms. 5/5 for salon

Yelp
The most amazing spa experience you can have in all of Las Vegas! Amazing service. Clean and organized one of the most relaxing spa days I've had.

Yelp
Front desk not very welcoming, did not help with massage options and continued to type away on her computer. Minimal engagement and gave us the QR card to website. The rest of the staff was amazing. The jacuzzi in women's locker room is down. For the cost for local's day pass is high. Would go to canyon ranch so much more amenities at the same price point. Local's only consider if you are receiving a massage.

Yelp
Chalon is the best nail artist! I had an appointment for both a manicure and a pedicure at the Salon at Green Valley Ranch casino. The pedicure was amazing. She took her time cleaning up my cuticles and filing my nails, and the foot/leg massage was so relaxing. My toes were painted perfectly. The manicure was also great - I can tell she cares about the quality of her work because she takes her time and wants everything to be perfect. My appointment was less than 72 hours ago and already I have had multiple compliments on my nails! On top of everything else, she was very kind and sweet, and I enjoyed my conversation with her. I highly recommend getting your nails done by Chalon.

Yelp
If you're thinking about getting your nails done at the Spa @ GVR, DO IT! Macy is absolutely amazing and always brings my nail ideas to life just the way I picture them. I've been going to Macy for yearrrs and will continue to see her for years to come. Macy is not only amazing at nails but makes me feel comfortable and at ease at all times. She makes my appointments go by quickly with laughter and easy going conversations. Love her and my nails do too! Cindy at the front desk is also amazing! She always welcomes me and makes me feel at home with a complimentary water and checks on me throughout my appointment. She never forgets a reminder call the day before my appointment. Love seeing her smiling face the second I walk through the door. 10/10 recommend seeing Macy at The Spa at GVR! You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
The spa is overpriced for services and the steam room in the men's spa hasn't worked since Christmas. The staff are polite.

Yelp
Not sure why I keep giving this place a chance, they keep going downhill. No hot water in any of the showers, jacuzzi wasn't very warm either. They also don't have their hot water thermostat for tea anymore, it's a boiler kettle you have to do yourself. An absolute joke.

Yelp
My parents booked a couples massage during our vacation to Las Vegas and they could not stop raving about the spa, their experience, and their masseuse Sarah!! She is hands down the best. She gave my parents so much care and attention, they had nothing but positive things to say about her and the venue. Sarah is sweet, kind, she really listens to you, her hands are magic, and is truly a beautiful soul inside and out. Do yourself a favor and request for Sarah for your massage, you will not be disappointed!! The spa was beautiful, luxurious, and great, but the service was unmatched. THANK YOU SO MUCH SARAH!
