Green Valley Vista

The place is being done up for the moment, it's going to look amazing. We had an amazing stay there,it feels very homely. The staff is lovely, we had beautiful food that the waiter recommended and for once when he said it wasn't spicy, it wasn't (for our European tastes). The manager Manush, was so amazing, he looked after us so well,helped us with some issues we had , he booked all our tours because he has a tour operation, and they were all great. I can't fault this place. The value for money was amazing. It's right on the side of the road but the rooms are very quiet, and the view from the balcony is awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at Green Valley Vista. The room was very pretty and comfortable with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. We had dinner there one evening. It was decent as well. They arranged two great drivers from us to reach Munnar and also to get to our next place. Also we booked a great full day hike via the hotel. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at Green Valley Vista, Chithrapuram, Munnar was truly memorable. The resort has beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and delicious food that made our trip special. A big appreciation to Mr. Jubeda Khatun for his outstanding service. The way he served us was so respectful, polite, and attentive. He even waited outside after serving us the food, making sure we had everything we needed. This kind of genuine hospitality deserves recognition, and I strongly feel he should be promoted for the excellent way he takes care of guests. I highly recommend Green Valley Vista not only for Indian travelers but also for international visitors looking for a calm, scenic, and welcoming stay in Munnar.

If I had one single hotel to recommend in Munnar, it would be this one. The room was very pretty and comfortable with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was stunning. Sadly we had decided, before knowing, to book a "5 stars" hotel with ayurvedic massage for the next days. What a mistake !!!! When we arrived at Green Valley Vista, all the staff was lovely and the manager very helpful. He organised tours for us for the next 3 days including the pick up from our next place. We also booked from him the best massage ever and after it we stayed at the hotel for dinner. The food in the restaurant was delicious, actually better than in our hotel. The staff was so sweet and we were very good taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay in Green Valley Vista was very nice! We stayed in a room with a balcony with an amzing view! It was so nice to wake up with the pretty view every morning. The room was perfectly clean and had a very nice bed and good hot shower. The food in the restaurant from the hotel was delicious and everything for a very good price. The staff of the hotel was so sweet and we were very good taken care of. Would definately recommend this place!

*Bad Experience Alert 🚫* As per Indian law, *women have the right to use washrooms in any hotel or restaurant*. However, today I faced a bad experience — when I politely asked to use the washroom, the person denied it and held me back, saying there's no washroom. Please be aware and avoid supporting such restaurants that deny basic rights and lack of respect for women.

Such a lovely hotel - rooms are so spacious and the view is unique! Food is amazing and cooked super fresh. All the staff are so so so lovely and helpful and definitely made our stay perfect. Whatever request or question we had - we always got more than what we asked for. Thank you for everything! Would highly recommend staying here!!

I stayed at all 3 properties owned by this family in Munnar, Thekkedy and near Alleppey/Marari Green Villas. They are each very different but the hospitality in each is wonderful! ||Here at Green Valley Vista Mr Manooj and his staff took very good care of me. The room is comfortable, wifi was decent, hot water decent but keeping mind there are operating hours. Bed was comfortable. The forest views are amazing! ||The hotel will help you with transportation around town and to other towns. I found prices to be reasonable. Dinner and breakfast are on site. I really enjoyed the dinner options. There is an area in the back of the hotel to sit and relax but honestly the higher floor forest views are amazing. ||They have offerings of things to do as well if you’d like tours. ||Staff was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend and I would stay here again.
