Green View Holiday Inn

We stayed in both the budget and deluxe room. The budget room is simple and small, but has a nice view and everything you need. The deluxe room is very spacious. Both rooms are great value for money, but would personally prefer to spend a little extra for the deluxe. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet place, but still with many restaurants around and close to the beautiful nature.

The staff are so friendly and good service. Room was neat and clean The location is near Munnar town (2km) distance. The car parking area is not satisfied but they will arrange your car park area as you approach them. No food service is there.

The room and bathroom was neat and clean. Hot water was available for 24h. All the people there were so friendly and helped with all our needs on time. Parking was one hassle but with their help can be managed. Our stay was very pleasant. All basic amenities were provided in the room itself (towel, soap, tv, shampoo, hot water) which were very helpful. Kettle and drinking water are also available there. The rooftop is of good ambience and enjoyable at night. Also, they provided ideas and tourist spots to visit which was useful. Definitely will recommend for further stay also. This hotel is very good for families at very reasonable price.

Amazing and friendly receptionist. Helped us to arrange auto for 4 day trip and suggested us many places in and around Munnar. Although the hotel is not luxurious but excellent enough to stay if you are on budget. Room and bathroom and blankets were clean. Very tasty restaurant just 50m opposite to the inn. Would recommend to try it out!

We stayed in this hotel standard room.. it was well maintained and hot water was available most of the time and hot water for drinking is also available..wifi was available 24 hours and hotel is in the centre of all 4 directions of munnar.. and so many restaurants are near to this stay which is another plus point. They offered cleaning services for room after 2 days without even asking that is the another thing which should thanks..rooms were cozy for the weather ..this was our first trip to munnar and pradeep( owner) was very friendly and helped us to arrange rented scooty and he and sumesh ( manager) helped us to sort out places to visit also…they were very helpful throughout stay and they arranged a jeep ride with Raj ( Very good and thrilling jeep ride it was) to kolakumalai and anakulam which is another unforgettable experience to us .. All thanks to Pradeep Sumesh and Raj for making our trip memorable and definitely waiting to visit munnar again ❤️

My booking was confirmed by Agoda. They had all my personal details. Then I got a mail from the hotel asking for all these details again, saying it was not confirmed. At first I assumed that this was a different place as my booking had been confirmed. From then on the tone was so rude that I asked the writer to be more polite. We agreed that I should send a Whatsapp when I was on the way. I did. I confirmed several times that I didn't want to cancel. After a few hours I was informed they had given the room to somebody else but they could arrange a room next door. As I didn't remember whether Agoda had already deducted from my credit card I asked" Have you received money from Agoda", first no answer, then after ?? From me I received the following replies Don't waste our time.no need to share your travel difficulties to us.You didn't pay then how we get the money.Bye. No more messages. " I replied: " That was my question. Thank you In the end I cancelled as I didn't want to talk to a person who was ruder than any employee or owner in all my 60 years of travel.,

The staff at the hotel were fantastic nd gr8 attitude becoz they were always available nd helpful.Even when someone is coming with their family it would be a friendly and secured experience. And they would recommend some places to get any meal that we needed.And offcourse their rooms are decent , comfortable with all aminities. My stay was perfect and I would definitely stay again in that same spot.

****WORST EXPERIENCE EVER***** I checked in this Hotel of Mr. Deepak Raj on 29th October and had already booked it till 31st October. I had my airpods 4 worth 16400 rs was present inside my room in the table and I locked the door and took key with me. When I came back it was missing from my room. I complained them and in my find my device I was able to see its location. Whole night I was searching here and there but didn't found it and no response was there from Hotel as well. Next morning I followed the location and kept ringing in the complete area and found it thrown somewhere just outside the hotel in an garage back of a poster by one of the staff. The owner was there only and went speechless with this. They never checked the camera and was never able to find the victim. No compensation was given to us and was such a bad experience if I was not able to find the theft item things would have been different. I demanded refund of the stay we were living but they denied.
