Greenhills is a big shopping mall. This place might be a bit far from entrance but you can always ask the guard for directions. There are tons of toys from vintage to the latest releases and yes, you can bargain! You’ll also see that the quality is really good. If you’re a toy collector, this place is like heaven. Some of the items are even bigger than your face like the DC figures. Definitely worth checking out!

My next stop in Manila is a visit to the vibrant marketplace at the Greenhills Shopping Center. To my surprise, I found that the mall has undergone significant upgrades and modernization, creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers. The stores now feature a wide array of high-end branded products, comparable to those found in the upscale Greenbelt area, showcasing both international and local designer labels. As I strolled through the carefully curated shops, I noticed a few charming stalls selling a variety of souvenir products, from traditional Filipino handicrafts to modern trinkets, perfect for remembering my time in the city. However, as much as I appreciate the enhanced shopping experience, I find myself yearning for the nostalgic charm of the old-styled malls, where local culture and community were more prominently reflected in every corner.

Greenhills Shopping Center is a popular shopping destination in San Juan, Metro Manila, known for its mix of retail stores, bargain stalls, and dining options. It’s a haven for bargain hunters, offering a wide variety of affordable fashion, electronics, and accessories, especially in its famous tiangge (bazaar) area. The shopping center also features upscale boutiques, gadget shops, and restaurants catering to different tastes. While it can get crowded, especially during peak hours, its diverse offerings and lively atmosphere make it a must-visit for shoppers looking for great deals. Parking can be a challenge, but the experience is worth it if you’re up for some haggling and unique finds.

Greenhills Shopping Center is a shopper's paradise. I recently had a delightful experience there, finding everything from essentials to unique souvenirs. I snagged a sturdy suitcase for my upcoming trip, a few stylish shirts to freshen up my wardrobe, and a stunning pearl necklace as a keepsake. food kiosks and restaurants are culinary adventures, offering a variety of local Filipino dishes and snacks. With its wide range of offerings and vibrant atmosphere, Greenhills is a must-visit for any traveler seeking a truly enjoyable shopping experience.

Yelp
Bring comfortable shoes. Of course, keep an eye on your belongings. Negotiate. Understand that everything here is like the original, and I have found that the anime figurines are worth the value because they look very well constructed. There are a lot of great knickknacks that you can pick up, but I'm not the type of person to go for labels

Yelp
There's a new/modern side and the older, more memorable knock-off section. The latter is what makes this place fun. Clothing, bags, jewelry, shoes, electronics and souvenirs of dubious origins are there to be bargained for. The sellers are aggressive and will keep you on your toes.

Yelp
their fake products look very legit, and there's tons of nice things here. i bought a denim tears hoodie and it's actually so comfortable! the people running those little booths were very helpful and friendly. i recommend the hoodies there because they have high value and they're super comfortable!

Yelp
A must when visiting Manila. The deals, luxury goods at a fraction of what it really costs, and if you're really good at bargaining will all speak for itself. If you have the opportunity to go for a few hours, you will be blown away by the amount of items you can get. There is this one sales lady that left a really good impression on me from a past trip in February 2020, quite knowledgable about what is genuine and what is an imitation. I was amazed that she was still in business, but in a different area of the main floor. With all the questions you may have, her and her boss will be able to answer. The Tiannge aka flea market, is quite big and you can get lost because one floor is electronics, another floor is clothing items, another floor snacks and souvenirs, you'll also find beautiful sea pearls. Although I do love to go indoor mall shopping, certain parts of Greenhills have open-air sections and can get hot during the summer season, having gone several times in the past, you get use to the climate change in a few days. Other parts of the shopping center you'll find a Regional Style Mall. Greenhills is located in San Juan City, about 20 minutes drive from Makati on a good day of traffic. They all communicate well in English, and make sure you get what you want, or at least go home with something for someone back home. Like every industry that was impacted during covid times, I totally understand that this is their livelihood and want to stay business, everyone wins at the end of the day. It's best to tip generously when good deals are made, these salespeople and vendors do a really good job and treat your extra special, no shady business. There are also many restaurants, spa services like hair salons and spas, banks, theaters & arcades, also a chapel and prayer room.

Yelp
Greenhills is always my go-to; certainly better than SM in my opinion and part of my childhood. It never gets old. However, you have to look after yourselves and be careful of other technicians if you're planning to bring your gadgets for repair. Vincent Garcia is my go-to for reasonable prices and ethical service if you want your console to get fixed or modified. Also, check out Core Guillermo at Shoppesville Plus. Greenhills has many good stores like CD BIN, Diecast, Used Games, etc.

Yelp
Nice goods for great price. A lot of selection. A lot stalls to buy and you can haggle to bath

Joleen C.

Yelp
Vendors will rip you off, be careful. Do your homework and always walk around to see what the prices are at the other stores. They price the items super high for foreigners, so bargain with them. Walk away if it's not the price you want.

Yelp
I wanted to purchase South Sea pearl earrings and a pendant for my beautiful wife and I was very pleased with what I walked away with. There's a maze of 100"s and 100's of pearl vendors so it was very easy to haggle with various booths to compete for my business. After an hour or so I chose 1 vendor whose family owns 3 booths. I ended going to booth F by the food court. I purchased 12 or 13 mm, can't remember South Sea pearls ear rings and a pendant. Also, with a certificate of authenticity. Because I couldn't decide, they opened their inventory not shown yet to the public. They showed me a SS pearl set which Includes a ring, earrings and a pendant for PHP 15,000 or $300. It was too extravagant for daily wear so I kept the pearls and had them placed on a simple stud a kept the same pendant design for PHP 7,500 or around $150! That is ridiculously inexpensive! I've read that S Sea pearls are the most rare and valuable pearls you'll find in jewelry. They're also the largest pearl variety on the market. A strand can range from $1k to over $100K easily.

Yelp
You want the good stuff but for a low low price? Psst! Come here. This is a huge shopping area for the major bargain hunters. "Replicas" of every make and model, some older some recent. Some so convincing you could only tell the difference by smelling the material. Tons of jewelry, some real some fake. Shoes, shoes, and shoes. Watches and wallets and bags. I took Grab to get here and was dropped off in the Lifestyle building. I somehow made it back to the same spot for pickup, but whatever happened in between is a blur. There are multiple different buildings with different things, so map it out before you come. All you really need to know is that you need to have some fine haggling skills here. The "price" is how low you can get it. Don't give up, be firm on your final, and start well below that. This is a fine art, and you can either get a deal or you can get ripped off, but it will still be cheaper than the real deal. They do sell electronics here, but to be honest, I wouldn't even risk it. We were looking for a PSVita but they were charging way too much. I definitely would not risk buying any kind of stuff here, definitely not batteries or storage cards. I was also able to find some souvenirs to take back home. I bought some dresses for my mom and traditional Filipino snacks. They had a large farmer market style food area complete with samples. Aside from that, there's plenty of nicer restaurants for a date night. There's also a movie theatre. I didn't see the whole thing, though I was here from 10:30 am to 8 pm. Note: once a month (last day of the month?), the bazaar shops are forced to play location Tetris and move stalls. That day, they will be closed. The day before, they are more likely to bargain because they don't want to be carrying all the merchandise to the next stop.

Yelp
Crazy place....go there if you dare. Be prepared to be heavily pressured to buy knoxk-off gear. Take the correct denominations of cash with you so you can make the best deals possible. Be firm and know what you want to buy. The pressure to buy is real! But, if you can do these things it is a real fun time.

Yelp
This is one of the popular tourist destinations in the Philippines. It's a tiangge or market that's filled with clothing, jewelry, souvenirs etc. It's also really known for their counterfeit designer bags. It's a great place to buy pasalubong (souvenirs) to bring back home like keychains, magnets, t-shirts etc. They also sell native goods like houseware, woven bags and Christmas Parols. Make sure to bring a lot of cash and change with you!

Yelp
Would you believe that this shopping center has been open since early 70s but I've never been here? Even though I heard from a lot of friends how great this place is, I didn't bother coming. People say this is the modern Divisoria, another popular shopping center in Manila. But because Divisoria is closer where I lived, I didn't have the interest of checking out Greenhills. I didn't want to deal with the congested traffic to check out a place which carry same merchandise as the one closer to me. Fast forward to 2017 when I visited the Philippines and I stayed in a place with close proximity to Greenhills. The day had finally come to check what people are raving about. My verdict? Meh, it's just okay. Let's start with things I liked about this place: Lots of restaurants to choose from for either casual or fine dining. Also, a Catholic Church within the shopping center. Nice way to start your day before shopping around. Things I hated: Congested traffic all around the shopping center. Tiangges or small stalls not open due to reassigning of vendors for their new stalls. The biggest dealbreaker? Tons of fake items like Gucci, Chanel, LV, etc - a big no, no to me. I can never own a fake item. I want them authentic or nothing at all. With that, I conclude that I'll stick with Divisoria but happy to have been able to visit this place

Yelp
Almost anything you want to buy, besides a house and a car, you can get it here. Get ready to bargain because the price they give you is not the GOOD price... ask for the GOOD price and then the best price and then bargain down from that. I have traveled to Vietnam a few times and been frustrated with bargaining as some places are rude when you end up not buying. Not here, they are fine when you walk away and tries hard so you don't walk away with their merchandise. Bring water and good walking shoes. We were there for 4 hrs and it's not enough. Need to come back again... and again soon.

Yelp
Be careful when shopping here especially when buying cell phones, and data cards. I got ripped off twice by two of the vendors selling data minute for the cellphones. I went upstairs to buy some sim cards so my cell would work in the Philippines. Big mistake when I had them put it in. Instead of getting P100 pesos worth of data, they gave me P2 value! I didn't realize it until I was outside waiting for a taxi. Sadly, vendors here are always rotating, and this place is enormous. Good luck finding them if you ever get ripped off. Another thing you have to watch out for is when you get your iPhone or Ipad repaired. My iPhone needed a brand new battery, and I was charged P2000. My cousin told me, it only cost P600 to have it replaced. I should have gone with her, so if you are a foreigner. Be sure to go with your local guide, and have them negotiate the price. Otherwise, the technicians will charge you more.

Yelp
I love Greenhills for the deals when you need something and don't want to spend the brand names prices. They sell from LV purses or wallets to named brand watches to electronics. Check the quality before buying. There are many of the same things here so you can be choosy. They do sell real gold and real pearls for cheap. They do sell named brand shoes that are fake but great lookalikes. They even have Curry shoes!! If you know gold then check it out here to bargain. They do have Philippines local things to bring as your gifts to bring back home. I usually get multiple cell phone cases as gifts as they are very cheap. They sell real iPads and iPhones or other cell brands but at whole cost so these are unlocked already. No contracts needed...haha not like in the states! I like a good bargain and I would haggle these people to lower the prices but I feel bad as they need to make a living somehow and since it's more for us in dollars, I don't mind giving them a tiny more after bargaining it down. The worst experiences for me here is I am not a thin person like they are but not huge either. The clothes don't damn fit!! Haha ...Their large for women is a small! And they like to grab you to come to your station to check their deals and feel or smell you! What I mean is we must smell good to them or have good skin but It must be the culture here and I am not used to it. I like my space please! Just a little warning when you come here. Don't wear expensive stuff to bargain and separate your money from what you want to spend. Hold your purse in front of you ladies and hold tight your cell phones! Very huge indoor flee market and pretty clean with AC. If your not from around here, I suggest to come visit here! There are a lot of restaurants to eat before you shop and some parking areas where you can pay. Shopping galore people!!
google avatar

Felipe L.

Yelp
For shopping replicas, this the place, lots of bargains, and even more so if you are the first sale of the day,ask for the quality replicas, and make sure to look around, one will eventually get the price you want, do not be afraid to haggle. Always felt safe, ATM's normally have a security guard around. While there I used the Grab app to move around, very similar to UBERjust as safe.

Yelp
My all time favourite tiangge-go-to!! It was very shocking that the new 100php is 1000.. my money just literally flown away!!some of the cons:parking space is limited but not impossible ,crowded(what do you expect),people are literally pushing you haha! Pros: very good deals if u know how to work ur way! Be nice, pleasant and charmingliterally everything you can imagine is there! You can buy it all if you have the means!! All in all a definite must to go to when you're here.Try eating at tropical hut!! Still the best burgers there is!!

Yelp
One of my favorite parts of the Philippines when I visit I always find items my heart desires of designer clothing brands. So grateful it exists in PH. Definitely a must go to see if you are a tourist.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a fun experience and a great place for deals on brand names. Are they real? That's up to you to decide. The software sold here IS fake so if someone tries to sell it to you, run! Tip: wear ear buds so you can shop at your leisure without having to respond to the aggressive booth owners. And be careful of people who follow you to "help" you- they get a cut so you're paying more. What is real is my favorite part- the PEARLS! Lovely pearls, so many strands. This is the center of the pearliverse so get some!
google avatar

Nick C.

Yelp
Greenhills is a huge shopping center where you can buy a lot of fake clothes, shoes, and handbags. They are very close to the originals if you ask for their best stuff, but you'll also pay a higher price. Lots of the vendors sell the same things, so bargaining is your best tactic here. There are also plenty of stalls for souvenirs, food, and electronics repair. They even have a church and a mosque is in this large air conditioned complex.
google avatar

Bill R.

Yelp
Unbelievable! It's like a shopping mall and a flea market has a head on accident. You call literally find any thing here. From reproduction fashions, to people rebuilding iPhones. Very very strange place. A must see. Careful with your valuables, pick pocketing is common here.
google avatar

Yelp
Ok since i finished work today at a reasonable hour and no matter what you do, the traffic is always bad in Manila, so i figured that I would head out to Greenhills shopping center, as i had a couple at items that people asked me to go look for. If you have never been here, it is an experience in itself and if you don't like people pawing at you and nagging you to buy something, this is not the place for you. However, if you want an adventure and you want to see some pretty decent and cheap items, this is the place to go. There is also a second floor that probably has every single thing you could be made for cellular phones and it was pretty obvious to me that this is where pretty much all of the old/used stock from Apple, Samsung, and all the other companies come to die, because there was more cellular phone stuff here for sale than i've ever in anywhere my life (and probrably every other gadget or imaginable accessory)for any phone that's ever been made. But going back to the shopping experience, it is broken up into a couple different areas and you can buy things such as handbags, jewelry, watches, and they have a small food court and dozens of little eateries scattered all over the place. For those adventurous people, they have different vendors with all different levels of jewelry, food goods, and just pretty much anything, as it's a neat blend of a quasi-modern shopping center and an interesting mix of the old skool vendors/stalls. There is never a dull moment coming here and if you just want to be entertained this is the place to go, as they also have a movie theater attached to it and restaurants surrounding this complex, from the upscale, to the usual chains (MCD, Subway, Kenny Rogers, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc.) and many eateries unique to the Philippines. Also from what i could see from the signage in the mall, they are going to be developing this place quite a bit in the future, thus some of the things I have talked about here, may not even exist in a couple years as the intent seems to be a modernization of the complex and surrounding areas to make this area a little more upscale and tourist friendly. However, you'll see a lot of locals here and tourists alike, as this is a must see whenever you are in Manila!

Yelp
Before I come back State Side we always have to make sure we make time for some Green Hills! BEST place to bargain for ANYTHING. When I say anything, I mean anything. This place is a haggler's paradise. They have fake bags, luggage, food, art work, jewelry, clothing, shoes, accessories, house goods - basically everything and stuff you didn't think you needed in your life! The list can go on. This trip I really focused on Filipino art. It's hard to find in the US and sooo much cheaper here. I bought a bunch of wooden statues and legit oil paintings by real Filipinos! Of course I also bought some souvenirs for everyone back home. Bought so much stuff that I had to haggle for a luggage just so I can pack and fly back with everything that I bought. There are three price scales that I see play out: 1. English Speaking Price (Basically any language that is not Tagalog) - Highest Price! 2. Balikbayan Price/FilAM - People who kinda speak tagalog but they can tell you live in the US. Decent price point. 3. Local - Best price point My suggestion, travel with a local or if you fall under #2, just keep haggling!! The price will come down!

Yelp
I like this place, very affordable and people are so nice. I always come here everytime I visit philippines, safe and they can fix your iphone, ipad at very affordable price. I hope I can find a direct sealer of clothes, accessories like bracelet, pearls and other bling bling here too because I trust the quality of their product

Yelp
Not having been back here in over 43 years...WOWEE! Truly a great bargain shopping place. Much more exciting & later out than our LA Garment District in SoCal. Prepare to be overwhelmed...take your time and TRY to stay focused on what you are shopping for or else you can easily get sidetracked. No worries on money exchange since they are conveniently located there. Shop til you drop! PS the food option areas are just as overwhelming!
google avatar

Kenneth C.

Yelp
Great choices of shop variety, price levels and layout. They need Free WiFi to help compare items. Need more areas of chairs for resting in between shopping. Valet and drop off is a nice touch for this value mall. WiFi across at McDonald's was not working, only Krispy Kreme's WiFi worked so we could call ourself a grab taxi.

Yelp
Ever since I was a little kid, Greenhills has always been the place to go for anything you needed. Clothes? Check. Shoes? Definite check. Electronics? Check. It's always been the place to go when you were looking for something specific. The Theater Mall for example is where you'll find every single cellphone need. If you're looking to buy a cellphone (retail or second hand, take your pic), get your phone repaired, buy a case, an accessory or load, that's where you'll find it. Feeling a little peckish or need somewhere to go for lunch? Promenade may have something for you. Looking for that rare figure to add to your collection? Head to the top floor of the old Shopesville building. That place has always been a mecca for anime fans and toy collectors in the Metro Manila area. If it's merch, figures or new episodes, they have you covered. If you're looking for clothes and shoes... look no further than the infamous Greenhills tiangge. The tiangge is another Greenhills staple. I think it's been there ever since the mall was first put up. Either way, almost everyone knows about it by now. If you're a tourist with a local friend, I'm sure they'll point you in the right direction if you say you need to do some major shopping on a budget. Both the tiangge and the shopping complex have been around so long that almost everyone you ask probably has their own impression of it. After all, there are still some who remember it by its old name of Virra Mall. But one thing still remains true: no matter how many buildings they've added throughout the years, there's still something for everyone. If you're a foodie or a shopaholic or a figure collector, there's definitely somewhere for you to go in Greenhills.

Maria L.

Yelp
Shop at your own risk at the furniture stores near the cell phone stalls on the 2nd floor. We did a 50% downpayment on a buffet cabinet and the store, ALV Furniture, simply came up with excuses not to start working on our cabinet, in spite of them signing a written agreement detailing delivery date, etc. As of this writing, we still don't have a cabinet. ALV Furniture still has our money and they still have their store in Greenhills. When we contacted Greenhills Management for help, they advised us to settle our concern directly with ALV Furniture (attached is a screen cap of Greenhills' reply). So basically, if you have a problem with your purchase at Greenhills, don't expect help from Greenhills Management. Buy big-ticket items at your own risk and be warned that even having receipts or contracts will not necessarily protect you as a buyer.

Yelp
My second visit to this Mall. What stands out to me is how can so many vendors sell the same thing. I have never seen so many charging cables under one roof. The mall is a mix between a hagglers paradise in one side and a ritzy mall on the other. There are no maps, ( that I could find), so you just wander trying to find your way. The website map is too basic. There are exits and guards everywhere, and when we tried to get to Starbucks, it was like a maze. Plan some time here, it is an experience, and the inside gets you away from the heat.

Yelp
In A Nutshell: -This is the Land of Hello Sir! -Every stall/shop worker greets you with the above (if you're a dood) and you get a little sick of it after the 26th time ;) -Seriously though you can find some cheap, good Pinoy food in the cafe are here. -You'll also see a ton a knock-off bags and other handmade items. Overall, it's definitely a must-see if you vacay in Manila.

Yelp
Came here during my visit to the Philippines. Love this place! You can pretty much buy anything you can possibly think of here. Everything is so so cheap!!! But I do recommend taking a local with you that can bargain otherwise they will try and overprice everything. Also, it can get quite overwhelming due to the amount of stores and products that are in there. Nonetheless it's a fun fun shopping center. You can buy cool things for amazing prices
google avatar

Laura L.

Yelp
So this place reminds me very much of Los Angeles' fashion district but on a smaller level and it's indoors. Slightly cleaner but not by much. Everyone talks about the great bargains you can get at this mall but it all is the same stuff. I wanted to get some Tory Burch sandals but no one seemed to have my size in any of the decent colors. Maybe I just came at the wrong time. Who knows. They also didn't have a lot of shoe places. They had a ton of purses to look at as well as clothes. A whole upper level is pretty much devoted to electronics which I found odd because it looked like no one was buying anything up at that level. Overall it was ok. Really was hoping I would have walked out with more things

Yelp
Ahhhhhh Greenhills! It has survived the test of time. It's not considered a mall, it's a shopping centre. This place has been around as far as I can remember. It brings memories of when I got my first pair of jeans. Being a lanky teenager my mom brought me here to buy jeans and every pair I tried on were too short for me but she still got it for me. I literally wore what looked like cropped jeans before they were even in style again for at least a good couple of years lol. Gone are those days tho. Any style you need or want they have it here. For the most part of the year, the stalls that sells anything and everything under the sun is open. There's also a big area where you can find new and used cellphones, cellphone cases, people who will fix your gadgets, etc... The movie theatre here is pretty good as well. And restaurants all around the area. You can definitely spend a whole day here without leaving.

Yelp
Great place if you like to buy home decors and also jewelry. My sister bought matching earrings, bracelets, necklaces for all occasionsxat a reasonable price. Very crowded place. lots of cheap bags, purses, clothing. gadgets. A place to take your time not rush. Easy to take 8 hours just looking around. Lots of food choices.

Yelp
Once upon a time, Greenhills Shopping Center was the poshest mall in the Metro. When I was younger, we would drive there all the way from Parañaque. My family would end up buying a lot of stuff before eating at one of their restaurants in there (Like Tom Sawyers, Le Ching, or House of Minis). Now? GSC is the biggest tiangge in Metro Manila, and I'm not complaining. While it's no longer a posh enclave (Not even close, not even halfway), it is still a value-for-money place, and I daresay it is the most well-stocked mall in the Metro. It is the best destination for gadgets, for tech, for clothes, for toys, and for furniture. The food options have also increased, and there are also good options for entertainment as well. If you need to take some non-adventurous foreigners around for shopping, this is the best place to take them. I have to dock a star for the chaos and the incredible lack of parking in the complex, but otherwise, this place is the bomb.

Yelp
Greenhills is a cross between your swap meet, your cousin's swap meet, your old high-school classmates' swap meet, and your mailman's, ex-wife's dad's best friend's neighbor's swap meet! But, in a classy sort of way. You can pretty much find anything you're looking for in this "mall" of sorts. You want a phone case? They have it. Are you looking for a Sto Nino? They got you covered? How about some nice pajamas for the kids? Yup. And that hot new Louis Vuitton bag? No. But, they have Lewis Vuitton, which is probably his closest relative on his dad's side. Good enough. "Just the tip" - Remember to practice your haggling skills here.

Yelp
Good ol greenhills! Flea market at its finest! When you love good finds and want it for cheap Come to this place they have everything. Lol I used to love this place because of their jewelry section, I love me some pearl earrings.......... Way back then lol don't judge!! They have good clothing store in here too, you always get your not so fashionable side to the much much nicer side lol Watch out for crazy people though. There's some shady people on the side, at least they have the guards check you bags right? Lol

Yelp
If you're looking for replica's, this is the place to be! They have EVERY single brand you can think of, but just fake. It's basically a swap meet for all of your high end brands that aren't real. Best part is that it's SOO CHEAP in american dollars. They have everything from Jersey's, shoes, bags, & more. Name it, they got it. Definitely a must go to while visiting Manila! Let's be real, who's never had a replica LV bag? Shopping here is easy because you can bargain!

Yelp
Great mall if you're in to knock off handbags, shoes, watches, etc. You can bargain on just about anything there. They smell tourists a mile away so start your bids low and threaten to walk away if needed.

Yelp
Greenhills is the biggest hot mess I've ever been to, and I LOVE IT. Imagine if a mall, a flea market, a bazaar, a food court, and a jewelry store had a love child, and that's Greenhills. I'm usually a fearless traveler and don't ever need someone to go with me, but I always prefer shopping here with a local. Not that's it's scary or anything like that, but I insist on getting the best deal possible -- and you really need somebody to haggle for you in Tagalog. You can find absolutely anything you could dream of at Greenhills: "designer" purses, electronics, mobile phones, clothes, housewares, artwork, souvenirs... and PEARLS. The pearls are the real reason I love it here so much. And I only ever go to Raquel Pearl. She's the pearl vendor I trust the most. If you go see her, make sure you ask for the pearls in the back -- not the ones in the display cases. Once you've made your choices, she'll string them for you on the spot! Pro tip: Start with the pearls, and you can go shopping while she makes everything for you. I've never felt unsafe at Greenhills, but I think it's a good idea to be a smart traveler: don't carry a bag with you, and put your money in your front pocket. Also, dress down a bit and you'll probably get a better deal.

Yelp
Been coming here for the past 40 years... you can find everything here, restaurants, flea market, specialty stores, cinemas and supermarket. The only problem here is the traffic and parking.

Yelp
For the prices they command it's okay, although I prefer that quality must be their priorities because merchandise I purchased were of low qualities, they don't outstand long

Yelp
Be prepared to work here. The set up is cool and if you find the right shops you will be very happy . I recommend you take a local person with you because they will charge you so much for the foreigner price . You can find everything here . From clothes , bags , shoes , phones, and souvenirs.

Yelp
Looking for a good bargain? It's definitely got to be Greenhills. It's probably not the fanciest or most upscale mall here in the metro, but it's one special place to me because it's been around for quite some time (major throwback to the old school, classic GH) and it's definitely one of the malls I visited often when I was younger. Bargain here, bargain there. Greenhills has a specific part in the mall called the "Tiangge" area when it's a big space, filled with kiosks selling all you could think of - local stuff, overruns, food, antiques, etc.! Greenhills is also known for their tiangge of gadgets. On the second floor, it's all about gadgets. You name it - cellphones, tabs, laptops, cameras, iPods, etc., second hand or brand new! Another complex at Greenhills is called Promenade. They have a lot of restaurants that you could choose from, and not to mention, they've expanded too! There are so many things to do at Greenhills, from shopping to eating. Planning to pay a visit? It'll be worth it, for sure!

Yelp
I consider this place as the gadget capital of the Philippines, the mecca for techies and geeks and I'm almost certain that I am not the only one who feels the same way. This mall houses a lot of bazaars that sell almost everything - gadgets, apparel, toys, native products and delicacies, shoes and more gadgets. Since I'm a gamer and a self-proclaimed technophile, most of my gadgets came from this place because they sell them at a cheaper rate and they also accept trade-ins. I also enjoy looking at pre-loved gadgets that are on sale as there can be a number of good finds in the lot. There are also long rows of repairmen and technicians to attend to your defective or problematic gadget. Since there are a lot of stalls and selections, it can get quite overwhelming at first. You just have to be really vigilant in checking the condition of the gadgets that you're purchasing in order to prevent future conflicts.

Yelp
If a mall was a comfort food, Greenhills Shopping Center would definitely be the equivalent. Despite the proliferation of fancier, more upscale malls in the metro, Greenhills has a place in my heart because I've been going here since I was a little girl. My mother professes to having grown up here, and I'm glad she carried on the tradition to us. Greenhills used to have a dingy, dirty feel. Virra Mall used to be dark and creepy and smelly, a great place to buy pirated DVDs and anime toys. However, modernization happened, and the mall has received a makeover and has better stores and restaurants now. Still, the fact that Greenhills is a tiangge mall first and foremost still makes it a quaint must-visit location. Whether you're having Sunday lunch with your family or shopping around for cheap finds, Greenhills Shopping Center is still the best mall in Manila, in my opinion.

Yelp
If you're not good at bargaining don't come here. Lol. I came here almost 8 years ago and came back to the Philippines for family reasons. I had a mission to purchase certain items and I found exactly what I was looking for (Come prepared with pictures!). They definitely renovated the place from the last time I went here and it looks a lot better than the last time I came. Hope I can come back to further satisfy my shopping addiction

Yelp
My mother is like a bloodhound when it comes to bargains, which is why even as a kid, I know the layout of places such as 168 Mall and Baguio's Ukay Ukay like the back of my hand. Greenhills Shopping Center is no different. Even though this place is so far away from where we live, my family usually find ourselves here, dragged by our mom jonesing for her next haggle session. She isn't so effective here though, since the vendors aren't Chinese like in Divisoria, but that's not to say she lacked effort. What I love about Greenhills though is that it is such a heaven for technophiles. There are rows after rows of kiosks selling gadgets (some of dubious origin, of course, which is why constant vigilance is required) where you can buy brand new and second hand devices, and even trade in what you already have for something better. Isn't that awesome?
