Refreshing Water. Enjoyed the welcome drink and sweets. Incredible Hotel. At the time of my review Google indicates that this is a 3 star hotel, but after check-in and staying here it's definitely a 5 Star hotel. The staff are very helpful and kind, and the room was awesome with a hot tub, cold tub, sauna, and private terrace. It made my Staycation a memorable one. I will be staying here again if I'm ever in the area.

No welcome drink. We cannot choose the restaurant as we prefer. They only give what they want and didn’t even ask whether we eat Japanese or not, Staff is terrible. Food is not good please pay only for the room, eating outside is much better. Rooms are okay but they have setup the A/C to 20’c ane we cannot change that. They give the service for the selected room if you select an expensive room the service is different. We didn’t see that any other hotel. Overall we are not satisfied 👎🏻

Great hotel! Amenities were wonderful! Staff were great, very kind and patient with us (foreigners). They were nice and allowed us to leave our bags there as well as place them in our room. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will definitely stay here again when I comeback to this area!

Absolutely amazing hotel, extremely cozy and well decorated room. Extremely friendly staffs. Free parking. 35 mins to Mt Fuji Shizuoka Airport. Will definitely visit again if we go to Shizuoka area! Highly recommended.

Style. Modern contemporary refurbished hotel in gorgeous shades of green and neutral tones Setting. Lovely Shizuoka. Explore. Iwata and the Southern Alps. This is not a tourist area at all, which made the experience even better for me Rooms. 45 rooms and 10 suites. I was in room 507, “retreat suite room” on the top floor, with a semi open outdoor bath and a mini balcony garden. Beautiful warm room with ceiling to floor windows and bathed in sunshine. Widescreen views of the rolling hills, birds and the skies and when you look down, an unsightly highway @ the hotel. Elegantly renovated hotel with striking furniture and art. Blissful spa with モール泉 hotsprings from 5000 feet underground, and saunas. I wish we have something like this back at home. Food & drinks. I had teppanyaki dinner at Tokiwa after taking a brief walk in the gardens. Simple but tasty as wholesome local ingredients Prices. US$320 Rating. 5/5

This hotel is very nice and the facility is new and clean. The room is extraordinary with beautiful view. The room design is very comfortable And the hot spring is so nice i will definitely stay again here next time

Quaint, vivid atmosphere of good old days. Good restaurant! Some guest rooms need repair in addition to renovation. Reasonable room charge
