Greenland Cruises

Me and my friend have joined ‘ Qoornoq Island Tour’ in the beginning of April. It was absolutely magical experience and highly recommend! During the whole trip we had wonderful weather and the captain of the boat also told us about history of Greenland. The staff was also very nice! Thank you so much for your generous hospitality and also warm drinks on the boat ☕️

We had the most spectacular experience with Greeland Cruises on a whale safari in August 2024. Be aware that their terms of service specify that you can not get a refund after purchase regardless of how long in advance you ask for it. So I recommend ordering tickets only if you are certain you can make it. We booked 1 day in advance. Aside from the administrative downsides, Greenland Cruises provided a wonderful experience with 3 hours of whale watching. We were lucky enough to spot the giants before the trip even began, and we ended up seeing 3 or 4 unique whales. The captain made sure we had the best time and got us very close to one of the whales, which was the highlight of the experience. Very nice and informative crew. Do not get discouraged by the weather. There was thick fog and cloudy in Nuuk, and it had recently rained, but we did not experience any issues on the boat as it did not impact the tour (see videos) I highly recommend Greenland Cruises for this experience.

Absolutely awful. They don’t pick up their phones and won’t respond to emails. I had to reach out on instagram to get a response an hour before my tour because I had gotten zero information nor my tickets. They told me on instagram it was canceled, is this company run by teenagers? Don’t recommend. Do tours with Nuuk water taxi they always answer their phones and are very nice and professional!!

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews as we had a great experience with Greenland Cruises. The night before our cruise to Færingehavn was supposed to happen, we got an email late at night saying it has been cancelled due to the ship we were supposed to go on having engine troubles. They said they were refunding our money. I called them up (this was after 10 pm) to see if it was possible to get on to another trip. He actually answered the phone and said we could to the same trip, but it would have to be at another time. I would also have to pay again as he refunded my money (I received it in a day or two). We had our tour to Færingehavn the next day and I paid at the end of the trip. The staff was friendly and I was surprised they ran the trip with just the two of us but I wasn't complaining. If I were to find myself back in Nuuk and was looking to do a tour, I would definitely use them again.

Amazing time. We saw so many whales. The crew was very nice. They had coffee aboard.

On a MSC cruise ship going to Nuuk we booked a boat tour to Greenland Cruises, they asked to pay 100% in advance, Unfortunately the stopover to Nnuk was canceled by the ship captain due to too much ice and icebergs. And they did not want to refund. Bad practice and not fair, we are setting up a complaint, run away

We had booked a day trip for Nuuk Fjord Adventure. The commander of our MSC POESIA boat warned the 2,000 passengers on a cruise that the stopover at Nuuk was cancelled because of significant risks due to icebergs.We warned 5 days ago Greenlandcruise. No refund possible.1995 DKK lost

Avoid
