My spouse and I recently returned from a 2 night stay at the Greenmount House. We loved our stay here. From the cozy sitting areas to the lovely breakfast and wonderful staff we very much enjoyed our accommodations. It was great to be able to walk to town in just a couple of minutes with no need to drive home after dinner and a visit to the pub! I left clothing in the closet at check out and Gary was not only willing to have it sent to me but was very kind about my mistake. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so nice. We will definitely stay at the Greenmount House next trip.

We absolutely adored our stay in February 2024. Every last person that we worked with was incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Beautiful views from the shared space as well as the breakfast area. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to sightseeing opportunities, pubs, restaurants, and more, and a great hub to venture out from to explore the peninsula and the surrounding sights. Easily the best stay of our trip, and we had booked some other fantastic spots as well. If you're considering staying here, you won't be disappointed. Gary and everyone here will see to it that your stay is top notch. Hope to stay here again in the future.

This was the best B&B we stayed at on our cross-Ireland trip, hands down. The room was spacious, luxurious, with a huge bed, huge beautiful bathroom, and we had a gorgeous view of Dingle and the inlet. The B&B was in walking distance to practically everything in the city. The included breakfast was delicious, with extra food, pastries, and yogurt available at no extra charge. Gary was a fantastic host and guide as well. I'd recommend anyone who is planning on visiting Dingle.

What a wonderful place! My two sisters and I were visiting Ireland from the U.S., and we were so fortunate to book a room and the Greenmount. The beds were very comfortable and the space was clean and inviting. We left the windows open at night for the fresh clean air in Dingle and had beautiful views of the pastures nearby and the Dingle harbor. Breakfasts were fantastic...so much delicious food! And we loved sitting out on the porch with a glass of wine in the evening.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! The rooms are beautiful and full amenities. The home is beautiful and welcoming, with lots of places to sit and enjoy the ocean views. The online pictures do not do it justice, it is a stunning property. We hated leaving! If you are going to Dingle, this is a must stay! The hosts are lovely as well!

If there were more stars, this place would get it! It is truly magical! Mountain & ocean view from our room. Quiet & walking distance to downtown. Refrigerator, drinks, water, comfortable bed with comfortable pillows, clean… I could go on & on. The hostess was incredibly friendly & fun. If you come to Ireland, you have to stay here!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Greenmount House. Communicated with our host, Gary, prior to our trip regarding our room and he was responsive and accommodating. Our room was lovely with a beautiful view. Bathroom was luxurious with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was made to order along with a buffet and was wonderful every morning. The walk into town was short though there is a bit of a hill on the way back. Loved Dingle and wished we had stayed longer. Two nights isn't enough.

If you’re looking for an authentic stay in Dingle, Co. Kerry, this is the place. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with the warmest hospitality I’ve experienced in years. The room was absolutely superb; spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable and the best views of Dingle! And the breakfast? Out of this world. Without exaggeration, it was the best Irish breakfast I’ve had in Kerry so far — fresh, perfectly cooked and generously served. It genuinely set the bar for the rest of the trip. If you’re visiting Dingle, do yourself a favour and stay here. I would recommend this guest house to anyone and we will definitely be back!

Yelp
LOVE THIS PLACE. Quintessential bed&breakfast on the Dingle Bay. Gary is so hospitable and kind with many jokes as well. The rooms are comfortable, classy and very up to date. Our bathroom was so modern and spacious -even came with towel warmer and heated floor settings!!! Every morning we had a beautiful breakfast spread with cakes/ cheeses and buffet of fruit along with a menu to order a specific breakfast such as omelette or French toast. The house is decorated so artfully and has seating areas to cuddle up and read a book while enjoying the epic view! THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY IN DINGLE! So grateful for our time at Greenmount!

Yelp
We highly recommend Greenmount House to all our friends. It's just up the road from the center of Dingle, a short walk, and provides peace and quiet from all the Dingle noise, with breathtaking views of the sea. The rooms are roomy and inviting, beds and linens are top of the line, with tea or coffee available at all times. The breakfast is superior. In addition to a bountiful cold buffet (several kinds of cereals and yogurts, many fruit options, rice pudding, etc.) plus many hot varieties of breakfast dishes (omelettes, poached eggs, scrambled eggs, French toast, etc.) Hot coffee and tea flows freely. The owners are wonderfully warm hosts very knowledgeable about area attractions.

Yelp
Very nice property. We arrived after a long day of driving the countryside at about 7pm. Gary, the owner, came out to help with bags. He then gave us a quick tour of the common areas (Honor Bar!!) then checked us in and showed us to our rooms. We had a standard & a Seaview Deluxe Room. Both were great. The view from the balcony was incredible! The rooms are very clean & quaint with a nice modern feel. Gary was also very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, pubs, & live music. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure on our next visit to Dingle.

Yelp
Greenmount House is located up the hill from the center of Dingle, but its only about a 5-minute walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. Check in was easy -as Mary, our host, gave us a quick tour and showed us to our rooms. The B&B was larger than I expected, and impeccably clean. We stayed in Room 5, which had a lovely view of the water, queen bed, and private bath. Throughout our 1-night visit, Mary and her son Gary, were available to help with any recommendations or requests. The internet was fast and reliable. The house itself was quiet (there were many doors that were closed to help with noise), so I got a much-needed night's rest. Breakfast was the best we've had in Ireland so far - there was a buffet of fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and cheese, as well as an impressive hot menu to order from. The hot menu had choices of omelettes, traditional Irish breakfast, crepes, a vegan buckwheat pancakes, smoked haddock and eggs, etc... The ingredients were mainly local, and the freshness and quality of the ingredients was evident. Overall, great B&B!

Yelp
Honestly cannot recommend this place enough! I really enjoyed my stay here at Greenmount - the service was inviting and attentive, the room was fantastic (the bathroom even had heated floors!), the food was great, and the view of Dingle unparalleled. Do not be deterred by the fact that Greenmount is at the edge of town - it's such an easy walk to where all of the shops and restaurants are, and again, the view makes this worth it. The Currans are wonderful hosts, and were full of helpful information on places to eat, see and recommendations on the most scenic routes. A really lovely experience all around!

Yelp
Good only to be updated in April when we go there! The reviews have convinced us to book and go there to visit some friends who were born, raised and never left Dingle!

Yelp
Oh my. What a treat it was to stay at Greenmount. After an 8 hour flight from the States followed by a 4 hour drive to Dingle, we were exhausted upon our evening arrival. Gary was there to greet us with a smile, helped us with our bags and got us settled into our room (hot tea promptly followed). He spent a good amount of time showing us the layout of the peninsula, recommending pubs and asking about our travels. Our sea-view junior suite was perfection. The balcony overlooked Dingle Bay and we spent our first night abroad watching the sun melt into the water. The bed was super comfy and the en suite bathroom was lovely. Downstairs, we ate breakfast in the mornings and spent the evenings by the fireplace with a book in hand. The location was great -- only a five minute walk to a handful of pubs and another ten minutes to the touristy area. Breakfast each morning was a joy. A chef's nightmare, our endless requests (two vegetarians, one pregnant lady, get the picture?) were met with a smile. We visited in November so Dingle town was a sleepy haven for us babymooners. I remember this leg of our trip with fond memories. The smile on my face as I write this review warrants a return journey.

Yelp
Can't say enough good things about Greenmount House in Dingle, Ireland. Great location close to town, beautiful views and landscaping, great walks along harbor, great breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Gary and staff work extremely hard to accommodate guests.

Yelp
My daughter and I stayed 1 night, but were lucky enough to keep our room for an extra night. We had a delightful stay, our room was very spacious with a huge tub. We spent a good amount of time with other travelers in the lounge area. We all agreed on how comfortable it was there. Our hosts were very sweet, the breakfast the best we had in Ireland. It was easy to park, the bed were very comfortable also although we didn't utilize it, they had a bar area that was on the honor system , you just marked down what you drank. I definitely would say look no further:)

Yelp
Wow, this place was amazing! We stayed here at the end of our trip to Ireland last summer. It was a great finale to our experience. The B&B is located at the top of downtown Dingle, overlooking farmland and the main city. It was a short walking distance to everything in the city. The hardest part was just getting to the place because of the one way streets. The rooms were beautiful. Ours had skylights that we left open during the day for fresh air. The beds were super plush. And breakfast was delicious! They used beautiful china combined with locally made pottery. We actually went out afterwards and picked up some pieces that were sold in town (the pottery, not the china). They also had internet service that could be reserved and some nice sitting rooms for reading or relaxing. It was a great B&B that we hope to visit again soon!

Yelp
This was the best place we stayed during our entire trip in Ireland. Our room had an absolutely stunning view. The accommodations were clean, fresh, and well-looked-after. The breakfast each morning was filling and delicious. Anne and Gary were so hospitable, recommending restaurants and offering travel tips around Dingle. We felt really comfortable here. The house is just a short walk from the busy downtown area, so you are close enough to get back and forth easily but far enough away that you don't hear the bar noise at night. We will be back.

Yelp
I don't think there is a nicer place to stay in Dingle and having been treated so nicely, I won't even bother to find out. Planning on coming back here again as soon as possible. The rate was reasonable, and the room was absolutely amazing with a view of Dingle Bay, heated tile floors in the bathroom, comfortable furnishings, and a superior breakfast selection every morning.

Yelp
What an amazing place to start our trip! The owners are so helpful and hospitable; we were warmly welcomed and offered many tips for hikes and scenic drives. The house is gorgeous and the view is incredible. It's a short walk from the pubs and restaurants yet tucked away for some peace and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the number of choices. The only drawback was having to leave! Looking forward to visiting again.

Yelp
The Greenmount House is by far one of the best B&Bs I've stayed at. I will absolutely stay here every time I visit Dingle! The location couldn't be any better- walking distance from basically everything you'd want to see. Speaking of location- the views can't be beat! Even in the rain, our view was gorgeous. There's a lovely sitting room where you can relax and unwind...or in our case, wait out the rain! It was a dampy chilly afternoon, and we enjoyed some wine by the fireplace while playing cards. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Gary is a great host. From the time of our booking he was in touch with us to help us plan our visit. Upon our arrival he was easily accessible and helpful while still giving you privacy. And last but not least- the breakfast was incredible. I don't know what the chef did to my eggs, but they were the best scrambled eggs I've ever had! I can't wait to plan my next trip to Dingle so I can stay at Greenmount House again!

Yelp
Amazing! More than even the internet had me expecting. Nice work Curran family! Beautiful views. Warm hospitality. Clean and comfortable rooms. A breakfast that beats all others.

Yelp
This is a great place to stay in you are in Dingle. It's located on a hill overlooking the ocean and town with spectacular views. There are several rooms to chose from but they are all great, it just depends on how much you want to spend. Ours was upstairs in the back with great skylights that opened to the fresh air of starry sky. The service was great and breakfast as well. Its a short walk to town and the harbor with many shops/pubs. Lots of parking and wifi with everything else you may need. Don't past this place by or you'll regret it and don't forget to make reservations.
