The photos online are misleading. The room was disgusting. There was a hole in the floor, and nail clippings were left on one of the bedside tables. The kitchen facilities were good, but basically all of the cupboard doors were broken and falling off. The shower drain was clogged so that every time the shower was used for 5 minutes, the bottom would completely fill with water and take ages to drain. When we tried to enter the room, the code we had been given was incorrect, and we had to call guest services for a new one. The location was great. It was close to the event I was going to.

Avoid at All Costs – Filthy and Unprofessional||I booked a stay at Greenway Apartments but didn’t even last the night. The foyer was dirty, my room was unclean, and to top it off, there was a smoker on the balcony outside my room, making it unbearable. I immediately left and found alternative accommodation.||I emailed management requesting a refund, but they didn’t even have the courtesy to respond. The lack of cleanliness and disregard for guest experience speaks volumes. I strongly advise against staying here.

Avoid at all costs, the place is dirty and I didn’t feel safe. There was food marks on the carpet and walls. Completely different to the pictures on the website. Only good thing was the check in process.

Terribly dated. Curtains didn't cover the windows, bed hardly fitted in the room. No lock on bathroom door. Gross vibe. Only good things were self check in and location. We packed up and left 5 minutes after we arrived and stayed elsewhere. Never again.

After my wife had booked a room for two nights at greenways apartments I decided to check the reviews, they were all bad, looking forward to going away and also going to caravan show I was very concerned,I decided to make a phone call to talk to management about my concerns with reviews I had read, after leaving a message I was surprised to receive a call from Jack great name same as mine 😁 Jack assured me of changes that had been made,we arrived today to inspect the room before unloading car, I have to say as expressed by Jack it's not 5 star, the room alacated to us was spotless modern toilet shower everything spotless thanks.

Photos of rooms were misleading, state of room was unacceptable. Walls cracked, missing paint. Window between bedrooms! Heating doesn’t work. Shower is broken aswell as the toilet. Feels like a homeless shelter. 250 dollars a night for what? A bad bed in a terrible room. I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay.

Usually love staying here, I have been in x3 other rooms and stayed over 10 times with Greenways. However this room was absolutely appalling. Gas doesn’t work there for cannot cook.. Dishes were dirty from the last people staying and hadn’t been washed properly. Bathroom door doesn’t lock at all, original part has been removed and only a plank of wood has been replaced. Also shower door hits the main door leaving you with no privacy as it has to be open to get in the shower. Shower also floods. Mould in the bedroom on the curtains right next to your bed. This is quite toxic and dangerous. Can’t even move the bed around as the rooms so small and there is a lot of mould.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, however room was dated and didn’t match the photos online, found a large cockroach on the kitchen floor, shower wasn’t overly clean towels were damp, we must’ve got the worse possible room n.o 6 right on the busy road with traffic, pedestrian and traffic light noises all night (peww d d d d d d d all night long) my bed was clean however for a double I felt was the smallest double bed I have ever laid eyes on my feet hung off the end (and I’m not a tall guy) the rooms had a window joining them making for no privacy as well as the occasional bang as the draft from the front door caused it to move. All in all it was an unfortunate stay , lucky we were only there for a night. Value wasn’t there ($220 for a Thursday night) for what felt like a up market backpackers
