Greenwood Park Mall

Greenwood Park Mall is a Simon company and is one of the better shopping spots around. The place is clean, well-maintained, and actually feels alive — not like one of those half-empty malls you walk through wondering what happened. This location has both indoor and outdoor shops. There are plenty of stores to choose from, so whether you’re going for clothes, shoes, gifts, or just browsing, you’ve got solid options. I also appreciated that there were minimal empty storefronts. It makes a big difference when a mall feels full and active instead of run down. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces available, which is always a plus and saves the headache before you even walk in. Overall, a nice mall with good variety, a clean environment, and convenient parking. Definitely worth the trip.

Before COVID, I loved this mall. However it feels like Simon Property Group did everything in their power to destroy it. After the shooting a few years ago, it seems like they didn't add any security measures to prevent something like this from happening again. The stores went from relatively nice to mostly cheap bootleg shops that stay for maybe a year at most. The kiosk people are rude and I'm not sure if they're trained to act like this but they'll stand in the middle of the walkway and then say "wowwww" if you say no thank you to whatever temu junk they're selling. After my last time going there, I don't think I'd like to return ever again unless I had to.

I've been to Greenwood Park Mall multiple times over the years, and always had a lovely shopping experience, but I wanted to give Lindsey in marketing a shout out for answering my questions about meeting Santa so quickly and efficiently! My concerns about parking and lines were met with respectful reassurance that my child will be accommodated for, and that means a lot to me. Thanks again!

Never been a big shopper but there are a lot of stores still open. Good pricing for a mall in my opinion, the best place in there is a restaurant called sakurus they give you a lot and reasonable on the price. I can eat on it two to three times

Don't use one of the four "directories" found throughout the mall because there's no map to point you in the right direction. If you don't know where the store is located, you'll spend 20 minutes wandering the mall looking for it. And forget about customer service or security because they're nowhere around, even 7 days before Christmas! Kind of a busy shopping time and you'd think mall management would want to ensure shoppers enjoy their experience. I didn't!

Greenwood Park Mall is like so tripandicular ya know. OMG Like the best Mall ever . Still has all the major stores , Food , Fun like everything you could ever want from a Mall ya know . I’m from Bloomington and Simon College Mall is a joke . As If. Like gag me with a spoon. If we could have a Mall like Greenwood Park Mall in Bloomington the world would be a better place LIKE TOTALLY FOR SURE YA KNOW

Great...its my second visit to the Mall. Just adding about my ear-piercing in Banter by Piercing Pagoda and the delicious ice cream...

Has a wide variety of stores and is one of few that seem to be left that is an actual mall that you can access everything from inside instead of an Outlet/Strip mall style where you have to walk around outside in the weather. There are a few stores around that were added later that don't have indoor access but are close and accessed through a breezway. My Family enjoys it as well as all the food court options.
