We had a great stay. The room was clean and window opened for great air flow. The bed only had one tiny pillow and the aircon wasn’t great so glad to have the window. Location was good as it was a 5 min walk from the metro however there isn’t much around.Walking north towards Saint-Denis is a no go as we felt uncomfortable. Perfect for a couple nights stay out of the city for a great price.

Terrible experience... we arrived early for check-in and decided to leave our bags at reception (with a code tag on each suitcase) by accessing the storage room (a warehouse where they also keep dirty sheets). When we returned, one of our bags was unusually missing! We spoke to reception, and from the cameras (according to them), one of the guests accidentally took my bag, claiming it was identical to his and that he would return it shortly. Never before had this happened. The girl at reception was very arrogant and rude, giving us no chance to speak. In the end, we went home without a bag, so we couldn't change because there were expensive clothes and cosmetics. Be careful and stay away from this hotel. They are disorganized and rude! About the rest , the room was clean and smelled nice.

I chose to stay here as the price was ok and the hotel in a reasonable distance of Gare du Nord by bus. It made the job for a short night stay. The checking (around 10 pm) was however very very long despite the receptionist working as fast as he could (he is serving 2 hotels which is too much for 1 person). Room was clean, with minimum equipment (with the sink directly in the room), and not too noisy despite the hotel being in the middle of the roadways.

We hesitated to book this hotel after reading reviews mentioning safety, but fortunately our experience was very positive. The hotel felt safe, convenient, and is only a 5-minute walk from the metro station. Rooms are small but well equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was decent with good quality food, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great stay.

The male receptionist at the checking on 15th of November was absolutly terrible! Arrogant, pretended that he does not speak English even though I heard him speaking English before. He also refused to check where is my room at check in, he said he doesn’t know and I should call my niece who did checking before me. He did not provide any information such as info on which floor the room is, breakfast service, wife etc Shocking customer service, he was rude to other guests too, I really do not understand how can he be working at customer service.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely bare — there wasn’t even a hairdryer, refrigerator, or any of the basic amenities you would normally expect. The towels were old and worn, adding to the overall lack of comfort. The air conditioner was not working at all, even though the staff insisted that it was. To make matters worse, the hotel is located right next to a noisy highway, making it difficult to relax. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

The rooms at this hotel are good—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay pleasant overall. The staff were friendly and generally helpful, which we appreciated. That said, there were a few downsides. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the nearest metro station, and the surrounding area doesn’t feel very safe, especially at night. We also had an issue with the key cards: despite requesting two, one was deactivated without informing us. This could have been a serious inconvenience, as my partner and I weren’t planning to return at the same time. Considering the price, which feels a bit high for the location and these small inconveniences, it might not be the best value for some travelers. However, if you’re looking for clean and comfortable accommodation with polite staff, this hotel could still be a decent option.
