Greguar Hotel & Apartments

I stayed at this property for a month for work. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and provided consistent and timely service during my stay. Housekeepers did a fine job of keeping my room spotless on those days that I needed service.||||The room itself was large and well appointed with a full-size fridge, range, utensils, pots / pans, cups/glasses. Also included was a very modern washing machine. Although there is no dryer, a drying rack was tucked away besides the ironing board. The AC unit was a bit noisy sometimes, but it did its job and kept the room cold when I wanted. The bathroom was roomy and clean. I experienced no issues with water pressure or temperature.||||The hotel is withing walking distance to many excellent restaurants, the metro, supermarkets, and shopping malls. The cafe next door does provide a great breakfast for an reasonable extra charge, though you will need to put your order in with the front desk the night before.||||Whether you stay for a few days or a month, the Greguar is an excellent choice in a great location.

I spent 3 days in Kiev in this wonderful Hotel Apartment and I have to say it was perfect. The room.was truly a big one and with a kitchen , sofa, bathroom, all ameties were available and each room is also equipped with a laudry machine. There is plenty of space in the room. The staff was nice and smiley. The hotel.also.provides money exchange from Eur to Uah. Breakfast is available upon reservation and the you can have it in the bakery next door, which by the way prepares delicious croissant and fresh orange juice.|The location is perfect, it is next to the metro station and 10 minutes walking from the main Kreshatyk Street. Quiet place at night. There are also many restaurants around the area. Truly wonderful.place

Stayed for 4 nights here, deluxe room. Well, it's unprecedented value-for-money. Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms, many of which have balconies. Wide TV with satellite television, breakfast in the room (but you have to make a choice evening before from a list of fixed sets, and sometimes it's already cold, can use a microwave oven in your room). Views are nothing, but it's located almost at the center of the city, so you can do sightseeing outside! Would stay here again.

Arrived and stayed for 3 nights . Small reception. Had to pay upfront in cash . Room 603 , large and spacious . Has a small kitchen as well . All amenities . Immaculate, could not fault . Very warm . Breakfast is picked from a viewing card night before and taken following morning in cafe next door. Plentiful and nice . |A very nice place close to the Olympic stadium . Plenty of walking day and night and felt very safe . Highly recommend

Excellent apart-hotel, great location. Washing machine in each room. Staff excellent and friendly. Highly recommended. Also notice the great restaurants around the hotel. The coffee place downstairs is one of the best in Kiev.

It's an appartement complex offering hotel services. It offers for a competitive price a very large room, with a kitchenette, washing machine and iron board. I did get a room with a garden view, super quiet, and preferable to the quite busy boulevard. Staff is very nice and helpful.

I stayed in Hotel Greguar for 4 nights in October after a couple of unsatisfactory AirBnB apartment experiences in Kiev. It was great to be attended by friendly,professional, English speaking reception staff.|I had a large apartment style room on the 4th floor with a balcony opening onto the boulevard.|The room was large and everything worked perfectly... wifi, a/c, hot water...I cannot fault the room.|Close by are very good restaurants, a supermarket with everything and also public transport. Its in the center of Kiev so most of the sites are very close or a short Uber ride.|I was extremely impressed with the staff and the hotel in general and will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Kiev.|Thanks to all at Hotel Greguar.👍

Exceptional location and the most amazing staff :) they friendly & speak English well. Accommodation is comfortable and offers apartment accommodation at hotel comforts. Great bakery next door and metro is just 350m away. Also big supermarket close by.
