Grenfell Heritage Hotel and Suites

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is wonderful, a thoroughly renovated small hotel in a former nursing residence that is part of the historic Grenfell medical network established in the region over 100 years ago. Our ground floor room was spacious and very clean with wood floors, a good bathroom, a full kitchen and TV sitting area, plus a small porch overlooking the grounds. The continental breakfast was held upstairs and was average (though it included yogurt and excellent bran muffins), perhaps because all rooms had their own kitchen; but it was in was in a large, bright room. Staff were friendly and helpful, and seemed to really care about the hotel and its guests. This would be very comfortable accommodation for a longer stay, highly recommended.

Me and my family stayed for an overnight and really enjoyed this hotel. Front staff were great and very informative about the area. Housekeeping staff were fantastic. Room was very clean. Full kitchen was a nice addition. Continental breakfast is provided. I will be booking here if ever back in the area 10/10

We enjoyed our 3-night stay. They got most everything right! We loved the dining table and kitchen area in our suite. The staff were very very friendly and even made gluten-free toast for my husband every morning. Clean and quiet.

Easy parking, comfortable bed. Coffee maker (can use for tea also), strong WiFi, cable TV. Good shower ( over bath). Continental breakfast is a do-it-yourself arrangement, with muffins, cereal, fruit, toaster for bread and bagels. ||Stayed 2 nights to explore the Viking Trails/north peninsula. ||Nearby restaurants include Tim’s and a Jungle Jim’s. Lighthouse is short drive away.

This hotel has done renovations and has kept some of its charm , especially the hardwood floors. It was very clean .The room was large and had a small kitchenette and seating area.|The bed was comfy . The only drawback was the heatpump for air conditioning was very noisy in our room , turned it off .|Very friendly staff .

We stayed here recently as part of an ortho blitz week. The location, so close to the hospital was excellent. Our room, on the first floor, was spacious and easy to navigate by walker. The staff were so warm and welcoming, so helpful and kind-that they were a highlight! We brought our raised toilet seat that attached to the elongated toilet very well. They also have an accessible room that would be excellent for an ortho blitz room. I can’t wait to come back as a tourist and enjoy St. Anthony along with its many hiking trails next summer. Ps. The continental breakfast is great.

Well surprised by the place, kindness of employees, cleanliness of this place. I've stayed at lots of place un NFL and mots of them look more like middle range motel... This place is something else and hopefully, when i'll be back in St-Anthony if they hace rooms available, I'll be there for sure! ||Nice little kitchen inluded, quiet AC, breakfeast inluded (continental) with fresh and good quality food.||We were so pleased, we decided to stay one more night and the management do their best to make it happen with short notice.||Definitely a place to stay in western north NFL

We booked a double room (2 queen beds). It was room #110 and we loved it. Quiet, totally private and very comfortable. It had a sitting area, a desk and mini fridge. We only used one bed - it was so comfortable and had lots of pillows. ||The bathroom was nicely equipped and the towels good and thick. ||The continental breakfast was a bonus. ||Lots of free parking and very nice front desk staff.
