Had 4 great relaxing nights here last week. Great hosts with nothing too much trouble. 500 metre walk to town centre along a good footpath. A bit of traffic noise during the day but quiet at night. Felt very safe at night. Was a turn back in time in many ways to the 60s and 70s....for those who can remember the times. 😁

A beautiful house which fits perfectly with the Nimbin spirit. Very comfy beds and hosts who can’t do enough for you. I loved hearing the birds in the morning and being such a short walk from town. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Nimbin.

Booked directly with Greygum, had to change our date at short notice. Darren was so accommodating changing the date with no questions or extra cost. |The room was great, clean with great bed and pillows. Friendly welcoming hosts. All essentials for a comfortable stay available. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This is the type of place that makes me want to open my own little lodge in the mountains. Darren is easily one of the most hospitable hosts we have met on our lap around Australia. After 1 night in the double room we felt rejuvenated. The room has everything you need (kettle, fridge, TV, wifi, en-suite), with a communal area down the hall with a microwave. The garden is absolutely gorgeous and full of life. The verandah outside our room overlooked it and the neighbouring cows. Free parking on-site and a close walk to town. If we weren’t on a mad dash down the coast we would’ve stayed longer. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Yelp
This place is nothing short of awesome. In a way it was the service that I received when I arrived. The welcome was great, and when I checked out I even got a lift back into town so I didn't have to drag my bag up the hill. That only is deserving of a five star rating. The rooms were quite well stocked, and very comfortable. Not surprisingly it was pretty quiet, and I got a great nights sleep. The place is nothing short of beautiful, and they even have a great garden, and the country views are magnificent.

Yelp
Quiet, friendly, old world charm and reasonable who could ask for more!
This is my second stay here and as family are two doors down this makes the ideal accommodation. The old world charm of this place is like stepping back into the past and hearing the rooster crow of a morning reminds me of my childhood.
The guys who are the owners and mangers of the lodge are very helpful and yet not intrusive. They quietly assist if there is a need. They cater very much so for the LGBT community.
The rooms are large and have an ensuite. The bed is firm and comfortable. Tea, coffee, milk etc are supplied.
The Internet is a bit spotty. You have to move around to find a signal.
Sitting on the verandah of a morning you can hear all different kinds of birds.
The lodge is walking distance to the town centre. Nimbin is very alternative.
I will always stay here when coming to Nimbin, always pleasantly surprised.
