Conveniently located, easy to find. Clean though a bit small. They don’t have complementary toiletries, towels, etc. You have to buy these there. Reliable WiFi, easy check-in and check-out. They also offer breakfast at an extra fee. Not the best capsule/standard room hotel I’ve been to; but I would recommend this place for short stays in the city.

The best Hostel I ever been to. I reserve here with 3 of my friend and get a private room of 4 people. The room is pretty small and the facility is the best.
- People are friendly.
- Towels, toothbrush, shave, shampoo, body liquid soap, etc.... are all provided for you
- Air-con is super cold no worries on Summer
- public toilet is clean and nice
come with your friend of about 3+ so you will get a private room because there's also a floor of 30 people mix together not really private so consider this place with friends.

A place to stay if you don't mind sleeping in the same space as people (they will wake you up in the morning when packing). Clean, comfortable, staff is nice. Make sure you bring your own towel if you mind paying 100 yen for one. Also they collect towels from hangers every Monday. Had to pay for another one myself...

Very clean and quiet. Located fairly well. The wash room was very clean. 3 showers for every 30 people or so that's in a room. The beds were very private but got warm easy. Electric within your pod

Grids is one of the best hostels I've stayed at; ever. It is the perfect blend of capsule style sleeping, modern-no-frills hotel, slick branding and cafe/bar. Linen is changed daily and is immaculately clean and crisp. All aspects of the hostel are clean and modern. The only down sides are: sleeping capsules could have improved ventilation and the common room is small with a microwave, but no stove. Most importantly, the staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful.

I would highly recommend a stay at this hostel I stayed there on and off over 2 weeks while traveling around Japan the hostel is clean and tidy and cleaned daily.
The staff are very good, polite, friendly and speak English very well.
The dorm beds are comfortable with a light and sockets I'm 6ft and fit comfortably but taller or larger people may find it a bit small.
The only down sides I found were the comunal kitchen on the top floor was a little small and the washing machines and clothes dryers weren't very good.
All in all a plesant stay at a cheap price.

Great hostel with very helpful staff and fantastic service. It's close to Akihabara and many subway stations. The hostel also has laundry machines and dryers for ¥100-200. The bigger rooms on the top floor are great, inexpensive, lodgings for groups of 3-4 people. I've stayed here twice and highly recommend it!

Excellent location, around 10mins from the JR station that is only 2 stops from Tokyo station. Also we stayed for 2 nights, 4 people, in the deluxe room. The room was always very clean, and it was large enough for us to leave our luggage and sleep.
