When I started at GRIT a friend told me to come because of the spin classes. That is what most people know the studio as, a cycling studio, but it is so much more than that! In the past two years GRIT has become a part of my daily routine. Monday-Friday I wake up, grab my bag and go to GRIT for a 5:15 am, workout class. Although I love spin, my favorite classes are strength, mat Pilates and GRIT45. The strength training classes incorporate moves you would use in a standard gym, but your workout has been designed for you. This allows you to target specific muscle groups without designing a workout yourself. Every coach and employee at GRIT will encourage you through your workout and you will make some amazing friends along the way. You come for the workout, meet some amazing people and stay for both!
