GRIWA RENT AG GRINDELWALD

It was very close to Grindelwald Station, making it convenient for travel. Security was excellent, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. So, my family stayed here twice during our trip to Switzerland, each time for seven nights. I highly recommend it.

We had the pleasure of staying at Apartment Walt 3.5. Located right across the street from Grindelwald station and just down the street from the bus station, this is a marvelously convenient location. The view is to die for. And the apartment is modern and comfortable. The only room for improvement is that the Sonos speaker for the TV is not accessible, and so the sound on the TV is horrible. Also, the lack of a full-length mirror is notable. Otherwise, this apartment has all the conveniences of home and we highly recommend it.

We stayed in Apartment neuenhaus 4.5 for 5 nights and this is the best accomodation during our family trip. Great Location, very new and clean apartment which has an amazing mountain view. If you are into cooking, this kitchen will not disappoint you! All appliances are high quality and utensils are all in great condition - spotless! The common laundry room inside the building is clean. Friendly and helpful team, special thanks to Mirjam for the back and forth communication. Super friendly and helpful. I highly reccomend this apartment and will be back if we are coming to Grindelwald again. Thank you.

We have used this company twice. Trustworthy and professional. Clogged bathroom sinks- they sent someone out immediately and fixed them all. Great places we rented from them as well.

I have rented from them amazing apartments, they are very friendly to explain to me the best road to reach during snow . The apartment is having all equipment you may need during your stay. Highly recommend to deal with them

The place is absolutely beautiful, but just a few things we were confused about during our stay so when giving 5 stars to the place that went above and beyond I couldn't give this place 5 stars since service was mostly normal not special. One advice is maybe to send a reminder that the rental office is located in the city not at the rental location. The other advice is to attach a simple map for the recycling area since we thought it was at the bus terminal or maybe it was just a large parking lot where many busses were, but regardless a simple map in the qr code would've been very helpful. 1 of everything although we stayed 4 nights with option to purchase more trash bags/recycling (same bag) and 1 roll per person for toilet paper was almost not enough and feel something like that there should be plenty to not make the customer worry if there is enough. Lastly this is apparently the same at other places but if they supported at least the recycling and paper disposal which is about 10-15 min away as its on the way back to their office would be something that differentiates them from other chalets in the area. Again beautiful place highly recommend it is comfortable but there's room for improvement.

Loved our experience! The space was clean and warm, and we had all the necessary tools in the kitchen for cooking. The cork sealer was a great touch too for our champagne. Of course, the view outside was amazing, as expected. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Had a great time. Great hub. We where able to do everything we planned. The $500 cleaning fee that was high. We did not leave that much to clean up. Also the road noise woke us up. Cars travelinf which started every morning at 0430 woke everyone up. Front desk staff was not very friendly.
