Professional, organized and ever so polite and accommodating. . . The Griwarent organization is fabulous. On to the chalet apartment. Fortuna 5.5 is a lovely four BR unit with a very modern kitchen and great family living space. Walking access to downtown is fantastic but is in the quieter, less commercial end of the Main Street. Can say enough about how pleased we were with everything.

Nice apartment with great view of Eiger. My four-night stay was the best and greatest. But one horrible thing happend when I left your agency’s parking lot. I needed some space to move my car backward but one sedan was staying in the back of my car. I kindly asked them to move their car a bit but the driver pretended as if he heard nothing. They talked with other guy who lived in the house behind your building. I gave up to make a turn and decided to move my car back toward the route I entered. They driver guy, skinny and ginger hair, approached me and indexed a sign of ‘not going throught this route’, and arrogantly asked me ‘what does this mean?’. It’s first time for me to park a car there and I thought there wasn’t no seperate exit. Instead of saying ‘this is not one to exit’ he rudely repeated that questions again and again. Then he entered your building. He would be one of staffs work in your building. Some cleaning or management service. This is only one bad memory I got in the town and I wish his bad attitude will be corrected by proper education. But your apartment was so nice.

The place is excellent, luxurious and very well made. but please all take note that the walk up to the villa is a huge climb, the hill is almost at a 70 degree angle and for people will luggage and the aged and people with heart condition it is surely a very difficult hike. The view from the villa is magical and surely one the best ans grindelwald station is very close.

Great brand new property and the family enjoyed the stay. Apartment is very well equipped and clean. Cleaning facility is expensive Garbage disposal is not friendly Kitchen utensils are very high class.

The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you would need, however no cupboard free to put food & provisions in. We emailed them about a broken electric hob, (which left us with uncooked food) on Wednesday 5th September, however on the 9th we went into the office once more to make them aware. That same day they replaced 3 of the 4 broken bulbs in the room, however failed to completely repair the hob, it worked for about 15mins, before going into meltdown. We made them aware the day we left, it still wasn’t working properly. Aside from all we have said, the flat is beautiful, clean and bright and over all, we enjoyed our stay there.

Had a wonderful time staying at one of GRIWA RENT vacation properties. Check in was smooth, they are extremely responsive and helpful. Our apartment was clean and comfortable but the views were absolutely spectacular.

The apartment is so nice and clean. Everything we needed was ready there. The view was magnificent and we enjoyed our time a lot. I am so glad to say It won’t be our last visit for sure 🌸 Thank you so much for everything
