We came back from Kutna Hora (bone church) in the evening and were starving. Unfortunately we didn’t have a reservation and so we visited multiple restaurants without luck. No room for us. At Grosseto it was first the same song (no room if you have no reservation) BUT this time the guy at the door looked into the books and said “come back in an hour and I reserve you a table”. Asking my name he smiled and joked a bit because we are Finnish (and the pronunciation of the names). I already got a good feeling about the place at that time. We returned after an hour and got the table at the loft/balcony overlooking the restaurant room and windows to the Namesti Miru Christmas market. Considering that the place was absolutely full, we got service, drinks and food in normal time that you might expect in a restaurant. Tip: if you get the garlic bread for something small to start, its pretty massive (like a pizza with multiple bread slices). Easily enough for four people. The food was good and tasty. I thought the portion size was just perfect; not too small, not too big. When we left we got the leftover garlic bread in a takeaway box (I said it was big). Now you ask, what about the price? I thought it was in line with the food and service. Considering all I would say very good price/quality ratio. And the location is pretty central near Namesti Miru square. Recommended.

We just loved the food here!! Tomato Soup, Pasta, Pizza, everything was just perfect to eat and relish the love of Italian food. The ambience and the vibes are good, service was very prompt and polite staff.

Traditional Italian restaurant perfect for a date night. Everything was fine, but I was a disappointed with my pasta Carbonara because it contained CREAM which is a big no no if you want to be authentic italian. I just didn't like it. Other food was great. Service is also excellent.

I recently dined at Grosseto and found it to be a charming establishment. The restaurant's atmosphere was warm and inviting, adding a lovely touch to the overall dining experience. The waitstaff at Grosseto were truly professional, attending to our needs with politeness and efficiency. The food at Grosseto was undeniably delicious; each dish was a flavorful delight and beautifully presented. However, I must admit that when it comes to the price, I felt it didn't quite justify the experience. While the quality of the food was impressive, I couldn't help but wish for slightly larger portions or a more reasonable pricing structure. Nonetheless, I would recommend Grosseto, especially for special occasions or when you're looking to treat yourself. The restaurant's cozy ambiance and the professionalism of the waitstaff create a memorable dining experience that's worth the visit.

We turned up at around 7pm tonight without a reservation in the hopes that we could get a table... and luckily they managed to squeeze us in. We were sat down quickly and shortly afterwards were brought some fresh bread along with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbal butter which was delicious. The 3 of us shared a lovely bottle of white wine and the waitress recommended me which main to get as I was struggling to pick between 2. All 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our food, the portion sizes were perfect too. We all decided on a pasta dish. The best part... they bring out a pot of parmesan so you can have as much as you like on your meal. We also then had dessert which was very tasty, all 3 of us agreed it was the best tiramasu we'd ever tried. Overall it was a great evening dining at this establishment. Highly recommend.
