Grotto Bay Beach Resort & Spa

From start to finish this trip checked all of the boxes. The hotel is charming, clean, with the friendliest staff! The beach is perfect for peaceful mornings and lovely afternoons. The food at each restaurant was delectable and that’s coming from a chefs wife. Last but not least, the spa with massage rooms on floating docks in a cave were out of this world. The ambiance was unique and the massage by Mika and Newman were the best ever had!! 10/10 loved this place!

Absolutely amazing resort and exceeded all my expectations! The food (especially the breakfast buffet) was absolutely delicious and all the staff were super friendly and kind. The cats and chickens on the resort made it all the better and were also pretty friendly. The pergola made for some great sightings of different types of fish (including some pretty large and beautiful parrotfish!) and was one of my favourite things about this resort. The water under the pergola was excellent for snorkelling as there were hundreds of fish that would swim right up to you, which also made for some pretty spectacular photos! The beach and pool were never crowded and there were always beach chairs available. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff did a wonderful job with that. The crystal cave found on the resort was stunning and worth checking out. I also really appreciated the music played by the outdoor restaurant and pool. It was the most beautiful resort I have ever been to! Will definitely be back in the near future!!

I recently returned from a vacation at Grotto Bay Beach Resort in Bermuda, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff were all incredibly attentive, but special mention goes to the waiter Vinay Raj who consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of—always checking in, remembering our preferences, and making every meal feel like a special occasion. The views from the resort are absolutely stunning—turquoise waters, lush greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in your own little paradise. One of the most unique highlights was the natural cave on the property, where you can actually swim in crystal-clear underground waters. It was both refreshing and surreal—truly an unforgettable experience! And let's talk about the food—delicious doesn’t even begin to cover it. Every meal was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. Whether it was breakfast or a more formal dinner, the culinary experience was top-notch. We did the all inclusive package which included not only all your food and drinks it also included bus and ferry passes for your stay . At blue hole water sports you can rent kayaks ,snorkels and motor boats right in the resort. If you're looking for a getaway that offers beauty, relaxation, adventure, and world-class hospitality, Grotto Bay Resort in Bermuda should be at the top of your list. I can't wait to go back!

Our family just returned from a wonderful stay at Grotto Bay (July 4–12), and it was our second time together at the resort — my tenth overall. We continue to be impressed by the beauty of the property and the warmth of the staff.||The front desk team truly set the tone for a welcoming stay. DJ, Sienna, and Ehbone were incredibly professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about everything the resort has to offer. They made check-in and day-to-day questions smooth and easy.||We were especially thankful for the dining staff, who made our meals enjoyable from start to finish. A big thank you to Veronica, David, Maia, Arturo, Matthew, and Ashley — their service and friendliness really stood out. And we can’t forget Victor at the outdoor bar! He greeted us each day with a big smile and fantastic service.||Our room was always spotless, thanks to the housekeeping team & a special Thank you to Vernae and Andrea who did an excellent job. We appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail.||Special thanks as well to Chaz & Donna , who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort — we truly appreciated their support during our stay.||Grotto Bay continues to be a favorite destination for us, and we’re already looking forward to returning!

Wonderful experience. I was pleasantly surprised by how good some of the food was, though the lack of variety in dinner/room service menu was a little disappointing. Staff was lovely, especially our favorite waiter, Andi! Such a joy. As for the rooms, the mattresses are so comfortable! However, the housekeeping service was not great. We had multiple lights burnt out that never got fixed and the bed was lazily made most days. Soaps were not replaced when running low and upon arrival we had very little body wash provided. AC was great and such a relief after a hot day of swimming. However, most of the food service was spectacular, as was the general vibe of the resort. Our waiters recognized us and were so very friendly to us!

A Truly Wonderful Stay at Grotto Bay Resort! My recent stay at Grotto Bay Resort was nothing short of excellent, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the beautifully maintained grounds and welcomed by the warm and friendly staff. Their genuine hospitality truly made our experience memorable. We opted for an oceanfront room, which was not only spotlessly clean but also wonderfully modern. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a cool oasis after a day in the sun, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. We also appreciated the excellent Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the resort, which made it easy to stay connected when we needed to be. Choosing the all-inclusive option proved to be fantastic value for money. The food was consistently excellent, with a great variety of options to satisfy all tastes. Every meal was a delight. Overall, the staff at Grotto Bay did a phenomenal job, contributing significantly to our wonderful experience. If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Bermuda, Grotto Bay Resort should be at the top of your list!

We stayed 7 days at Grotto Bay Resort. It was lovely. The resort has many options for all visitors. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small, but fine. They will bring your luggage to your room, for you from the front desk, because the resort is very big and hilly. Bring your walking shoes, there are many steps and steep walkways. The main building houses the restaurants for breakfast and dinner. You are supposed to make a reservation for dinners! ( I did not know that!) Also, make a reservation for the 2 beach barbecues!!). For lunch, the open area /bar is good. Many salads and sandwiches and drinks! We purchased the all-inclusive, mainly for the extras! The ALL-inclusive comes with all meals, drinks from 11 am to 11 pm and bus/ferry passes, plus use of the Dive shop non-motorized swim toys, kayaks, and paddleboards, and snorkel gear. We did Kayak and snorkel, it was great! The food for breakfast is a buffet and the dinner options were good, if you are not picky or gluten-free or have many dietary restrictions. Service was amazing, everyone was pleasant and attentive, we also talked to everyone! Tips: It is a family friendly place and we were a couple there for our anniversary. Tip: Book any Spa treatments in advance, they book up quickly. The caves on property are great! The cave with the cool dip, was awesome, too. The spa in the cave was amazing, I had a massage and it was so relaxing. The resort has a bus stop out front, and there are taxis available most of the time, if you want to pay. ( Cash mostly). We did leave to do to dinner and took the bus, it travels the whole island. The buses are great, they are clean and air-conditioned. We looked at many resorts, and for the price, it was a great option.

We stayed at Grotto Bay for 7 days and I found the hotel to have wonderful staff, excellent food and to be in the most beautiful setting.||Food|Both evening restaurants served amazing food prepared to order, the quality and menus were excellent.|(Only breakfast is a buffet.)||Bus and ferry passes|Our all inclusive package included free bus and ferry passes for the whole week, which were brilliant.||Staff|All the staff from reception to restaurant were delightful and made our stay extra special. The restaurant manager even asked the chef to make a lentil dish for mum, as she is vegetarian.||Lounge|Every evening there was musical entertainment either a pianist, saxophonist, a small band etc. The Panorama bar upstairs had breathtaking views, yummy Tapas and fabulous cocktails. ||Excursion|I recommend the 3 hour taxi guide of the beautiful island and a snorkelling boat trip from the hotel dock.||Porters|The hotel has a golf buggy to take you to your room if you need assistance, which we did, and the porters were so helpful.||I highly recommend this lovely hotel and beautiful island and I very much look forward to going back. ||Bermuda is very expensive which means the all inclusive package was great.
