I visited this spot in Dublin expecting a true specialty coffee experience, but I left feeling a bit conflicted.
The Coffee:
While it’s marketed as a specialty shop, the coffee felt a bit mediocre. It lacked the full body and distinct notes you expect from high-end beans. It wasn't bad, just indistinguishable—definitely not what I’d call "specialty" standard.
The Food:
I tried the brownie, and it was a letdown. Instead of a rich, chocolatey treat, it was mostly just sugar and seeds—very unexpected and not really a "brownie" in the traditional sense.
The Kitchen:
The breakfast and lunch plates coming out looked absolutely lovely, and I really wanted to try them. Unfortunately, the kitchen closes at 3:00 PM on Sundays, so I missed my chance.
Verdict:
Overall, it's an okay spot if you just want a fair cup of coffee and are there early enough for lunch. But if you are a serious coffee lover looking for a specific roast or body, this might not be the place for you.
