Grumpy Fox Coffee

This is my favorite cafe for a latte in the area! I come here mostly for my oatmilk latte and I typically buy snacks (chips or pretzels or hummus). In a two hour period, I'll mostly buy a second serving of both. The atmosphere is inviting and clean. The owner is a great guy and we've have brief chats. It's typically quiet and makes for a great hangout space, indoor or outdoor, or a place you can get some reading or work in as you enjoy the simple things in life... like coffee ☕️

What can I say? This place is amazing! The coffee is next level! No BS coffee flavors. It’ll you’re a real coffee lover who respects the bean, then this is your place! And Yan the owner is awesome! You’re not in LA when you come here!

Worth making the trek into the campus. The coffee is incredible. The owner said he gets his beans from a roaster in Northern California. Super nice guy. Even better coffee.

Cafe Grumpy in is the perfect place for coffee lovers. They take their brews seriously, and it’s evident in the quality of their drinks. I ordered an iced mocha, and it was one of the best I’ve had in the city—rich, balanced, and not too sweet. The vibe is very minimalist, with an industrial feel that makes it a great spot to work or relax. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates a well-made cup of coffee

Today was my first day ever making a purchase. However, the guy/worker in the cafe wasn’t very nice to me and he also made me feel rushed with placing my order, as if it was too much for him that I was only taking my time to decide on what I wanted before paying. What is his name? I’d like for whoever runs this cafe to have a word with him about better hospitality and the importance of being polite to customers. His attitude was totally unacceptable and very despicable. He sure as hell won’t be getting my business again anytime soon unless I get a formal apology.

Great coffee! The honey latte is delicious. Only one person staffing so there’s a bit of a wait, but it’s worth it.

What a hidden gem with amazing coffee! It is inside the school, so you need to park and walk in to their yard. Had latte with panini sandwich and everything was really tasty! Welcome to the neighborhood ! Highly recommend

Wanted to try a new coffee place to do a little work from and the reviews on google were positive, so I decided to try the place out. It's located inside of a school campus/synagogue so there's ample parking and a security guard who was extremely pleasant. The owner himself was really nice as well. It's a very chill spot with great music. Now to the food! Hands down, the Americano was excellent!! If you're a legit coffee fan/connesieur, this place is good! I should've asked where the beans were from. I also had the Jerusalem panini pesto sandwich. It wasn't in the bagel shape that I was expecting, but it was very good, large and filling. Overall it was a great way to start my Friday. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area!
