Such a pleasant stay! Good gym, comfortable room and a perfect bed. Haven't slept this good for a while. Close by the subway and main downtown sights. Friendly personel and overall a good vibe. Plus, complimentary parking!

Excellent service and exceptionally clean room. Incredibly comfortable king size bed with super comfy topper and it has a pillow menu. Air con is premium. View is good. Breakfast is not very good - small selection and 50 ringgit if not included in the booking. The infinity pool is very nice but on level 11 right next to the reception area where it can be a lot of people around so it makes it difficult for swimming. The only downside is that it is based Within a skyscraper with loads of businesses and company offices and makes the lifts sometimes quite slow if not using the hotel only lift. They are good amenities around the hotel with 7-Eleven and fast food restaurants. The train station is also very close to local being ampang park within a five-minute walk away.

A good hotel with nice rooms and quite variety of breakfast. It's near to some main attractions in KL. Unfortunately not for the kids if you plan to hang out late with them since the club in the ground floor is too revealing. Nevertheless it's a very good and nice hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel. Not your average hotel setup and some of the floors are apartments and business offices. Central to Kuala Lumpur city and within 2 min walking distance from subway and buses. Nice rooftop bar and underground restaurants. Well known hotel here locally.

Well managed hotel. Polite, helpful staff. The hotel parking service is excellent. RM20 for valet parking. But the pool is a bit small and the water is not that clean. (but still acceptable.)

Fantastic hotel and lovely stay! The service is excellent, with kind and efficient staff that would assist you with anything you may need. The room is spacious, comfortable and luxurious! Comfy and huge bed, and a great variety of pillows to choose from. I loved the detail that all the toiletries are from L'Occitane, my favorite brand ever! Also, the complimentary tea and coffee in the room were just delicious. The breakfast was the best we've had in Asia! Amazing buffet with the widest variety we've ever seen (from Malaysian and Asian typical dishes to all types of western options). Everything was of the best quality and the views from the dinning room are just great! We also enjoyed the hotel facilities a lot: great infinity pool (loved the detail that they use salty water instead of chemicals), complimentary massage chairs, sauna, and a perfectly equipped gym (that also included classes, from yoga to marcial arts or spinning). The location is very convenient, it's on a main street with lots of things going on nearby and all public transportation just by the door. But you don't really need to leave the hotel to enjoy a good night, since there is a great bar at the terrance, with amazing views, and another one at the street level with live music and great ambience. And a very important thing that I loved about this hotel is that they care about the environment. It's a green certified building with a lot of mesures to save water and energy. As a frequent traveler, I like to support companies I share values with and GTower hotel is definitely one of them. Do not doubt to stay here in your next visit to KL!

Very enjoyable stay. Great or saying wonderful gym, fully functional with plenty equipment of your choice. Pool is lovely, though you can’t see the twin tower. Location is great, just walk to KLCC or take the LRT to wherever in the city conveniently.

Huge and clean rooms. 10 mins away by walk from the petronas twin towers and KLCC. Nice bar at level 28, the breakfast is also served there, but the variety should improve for a 5* hotel. Complimentary late check out until 2pm. Apart from the breakfast the worst point of this hotel are the elevators, since this is a tower with offices and public gym, you will have to wait to get an elevator during working hours. I think there should be a lift exclusively for hotel guests.
