Guadalajara Hacienda

Attended a birthday party of about 15. Spacious bar and dining area. Waitstaff was courteous and attentive. Ashley and Jacob served our party. Ashley was responsive to requests and handled our party well. Beer-battered fish tacos and tortilla soup were very good. Brown charro beans and rice were quite good rather than just filler like other places. Music was at a good level. The restroom was clean.

We had a fantastic waiter and the drinks were really great. I was surprised at how affordable they were they were absolutely worth it. The entree had great presentation but did taste bland. I had to add a lot of salt and pepper. But on the other hand, the chips and salsa and queso were very good. Definitely plan to come back for happy hour.

First time coming to this location with family. When we arrived and sat down waiter, took order from one of my family members and left? Drink wise didn't hesitate to ask the other three people on what they will be having. Food came out, soup wasn't up to tempreture coldish. Ordered the fajitas. Seemed like they'd been sitting heated up for some time not fresh..

Do better Guadalajara!!! You're prices are ridiculous! For food that was "just okay" paying over $70+ for three people and NO alcohol is unbelievable!

IF you want a safe secure parking lot to leave your vehicle in while you dine, then this is the place for you. Security is all over the place. A security person drives a security golf cart throughout the parking lot ALL day, from before the restaurant opens up to after it closes. They don’t just park in some distant corner of the parking lot, they actually drive around, nonstop, and they are dedicated to just this one parking lot. These security guards are part of an extensive team of the entire area, there are dozens of these guards all over the Memorial City Mall area. They all carry radios and are also monitored by cameras. The restaurant itself is well designed. The employees are like good old friends of yours. The food is great and service could not be any better. If you like TexMex, you owe it to yourself to check this place out. Seriously, get your ass on over there and enjoy your life.

Killer place. The margaritas were properly strong. Antonio took great care of us. The food was excellent. All very reasonably priced. If you haven't eaten here, you should eat here.

The cilantro lime fajitas are to die for. I don't know how long they season the beef for, but my gosh it's amazing. The seafood enchiladas were delicious as well. Get a margarita while you're in the Hacienda. It won't disappoint.
