The hotel is *Muslim-friendly*, offering *halal food* and is within *walking distance to a nearby masjid* and several tourist attractions, which made my trip smooth and enjoyable. A special shout-out to *Teresa* and *Benny (Assistant Manager).* Both were incredibly *professional, warm, and welcoming*, and truly made me feel at home. Their excellent hospitality added so much value to my experience. The hotel also feels *very safe*, with *24-hour security and a guard on-site*, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. Highly recommended for Muslim travellers and anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service in Guangzhou!

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were very attentive throughout, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. While there aren’t many shops in the immediate vicinity, most popular tourist spots are just a short Didi ride away, making it a convenient base for exploring the city.The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with children’s amenities, which made travelling with kids much easier.We would especially like to commend Allen Liu and 小谭 for their exceptional service. They went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met, and their dedication and helpfulness really made a difference to our stay. This is my first time travelling to Guangzhou and I must say that Yingbin exceeded my expectation. When I travel to a country, I usually look for hotel that comes with the local culture characteristics. Yingbin was the right choice as its decor and facilities gave us the traditional Chinese feel. My daughter had fun swimming in their pool and their services were exceptional and friendly. Shoutout to Xiao Liang for taking care of our needs. This hotel is highly recommended. Oh yes, its right behind Temple of Six Banyan Trees, on the same road as Nanyue King Museum and there are also cool shops and cafes (36 SML Cafe) located a walking distance away.

We came to stay here again because the hotel is beautiful and their beds are so comfortable. I will recommend sleeping on the hard side of the bed for anyone with back issues. The staff has been amazing and I would like to especially thank Teresa for making this second stay at the hotel such a pleasant experience. We also like how the hotel is walkable to Beijing road for easy access to shopping and food.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and the rooms were very clean. It was cool to stay in such a historic hotel and see the history here!

Great location, clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, 15-20 minute walk to Beijing Road shopping street, gym, indoor pool, helpful staff anf speaking English. |So many good things about this hotel. It's also quite large and almost resort style.|After travelling to Beijing, Xian and Zhangjiajie, this is the first hotel with English speaking staff. |A very special thank you to Liew Liew (sorry if I spelt her name wrong) who made me feel so welcoming during my staff and for the littlebgift when I was leaving.

The stay at Yingbin hotel was excellent. From arriving the concierge was very attentive, checking in was smooth, the housekeeping was spot on.Overall, for the age of the building everything was better than expected. The garden was very peaceful and tranquil, joyful to walk through every day.Only comment would be better signage to the hotel lobby as our taxi took a wrong turn in the garden and had to double back.

It was good, the hotel is good, clean and everything, the staff are very friendly and professional, but the reason why I booked a room with a balcony is because I wanted to sit there and work or have my coffee or something but it doesn’t have not even one chair very empty, the cars could be in the second building as well not only the first building, For the pool, you could have swimsuits with shorts as well,
