Great location, clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, 15-20 minute walk to Beijing Road shopping street, gym, indoor pool, helpful staff anf speaking English. |So many good things about this hotel. It's also quite large and almost resort style.|After travelling to Beijing, Xian and Zhangjiajie, this is the first hotel with English speaking staff. |A very special thank you to Liew Liew (sorry if I spelt her name wrong) who made me feel so welcoming during my staff and for the littlebgift when I was leaving.

The stay at Yingbin hotel was excellent. From arriving the concierge was very attentive, checking in was smooth, the housekeeping was spot on.Overall, for the age of the building everything was better than expected. The garden was very peaceful and tranquil, joyful to walk through every day.Only comment would be better signage to the hotel lobby as our taxi took a wrong turn in the garden and had to double back.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in April 2025. The porter helped us to move our luggages to our room and arranged for room changed due to residual smoke odour. Breakfast selection was good.

Excellent 3 nights stay for my family of 4. The Family Friendly Themed Room (2 beds) was very clean, spacious and comfortable. All the staff (reception, concierge & housekeeping) was very professional, polite, friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed using the hotel fitness room too. My booking came with a free travel photography experience within the hotel by 惊鸿旅拍管家小艺 and it was very easy to redeem this service. The photographer was professional and friendly, and guided us on posing for great photos. Overall Yingbin Hotel provides amazing accommodation, great facilities and excellent services in a convenient location!

Front desk staffs were very helpful. Special thanks to 黎港香and Danny Yin (尹 震霖）in fixing the room door problem and helping me how to use the wechat to make payment for the Pearl River night cruise.. I will stay at the same hotel next time I visit Guangzhou.

Beautiful hotel, large spacious rooms. Fantastic staff and wonderfully on-site restaraunts. Wlaking distance to many amazing attractions. Beijing street is roughly a 15 minute walk, and worth every step!

Older style four star hotel, short 15 minute walk to the Beijing walk street, clean rooms, spacious, you even get a menu to select different pillows Would definitely come back again

The service was very attentive, the room was clean and tidy, and the interior decor was stylish, with carpet throughout the bedroom. It was a comfortable stay, and the children were reluctant to leave. They even received two small duck toy gifts. The staff member, Xiao Tan, was very helpful, assisting with luggage and check-in procedures.
