I recently stayed at a hot spring hotel that I really liked. The experience of soaking in a private mug hot spring was incredibly enjoyable and relaxing – I even indulged in it several times a day. All of the staff members I encountered were friendly and always greeted me with smiles. However, there was one receptionist who came across as straight-faced and unwelcoming. I believe that since receptionists serve as the first point of contact in a resort, they should prioritize making a positive impression on guests. I hope this aspect can be improved, as I would love to visit again soon.

Hotel locates in a nice area but the property lacks proper maintenance. Dirty water came out from the bath tap and the aircon not comfortable.

Setting of the house was a bit funny, it's a long rectangle , where the bed can be seen from the big window so everyone have to shade with curtain and the bath faced the shared garden making guests feel less secure. The privacy problem was somehow resolved by a blind, I could still see a bit of the sky and enjoy more privacy. We travel with an 87 years old elderly and the individual house setting was perfect. And they offer an elderly traveller package discount. Staffs were super nice and thoughtful. They prepared a plastic chair for her shower and we were able to take the buffet breakfast to the room for her to enjoy without climbing the stairs up the restaurant at the second floor. The garden with morning sunshine was super nice, though the bushes were not crowded enough to shade the street outside. We still see passerby walking outside but luckily not many people walk nor rude enough to peep and cars passing by just gone quickly and not many in fact.

With our wheelchair bound grandma it is not easy to find a wheelchair friendly hotel in this hilly terrain. We are glad to find it. They arrange a house without much walking distance from restaurant, which provides good breakfast. Better if there is partition between the beds, but we are satisfied. We are glad that they give discount to elderly customers. Our stay is good that we even add a night more. We shall come back again.

Good to stay! Hot water is wonderful! As low cost to customer, it is good enough!

This onsen hotel offers unique mud onsen (all natural) in the comfort of your room. Skin feels extremely smooth and well-nourished 😀 I have been to this resort several times in the past decade. Room and facilities are well maintained. Value for money. Pet-friendly resort.

Rooms are clean and well kept up. Staff is excellent. Pleasant , helpful and very positive. Proud of their area and proud of their facility. Typical Taiwan breakfast buffet. Easy to find which is a real plus when you are traveling in mountainous areas.||||Resort is pet friendly with plenty of green space. Many hiking trails close by. Town is withing walking distance.||||We will return.

Beautiful surroundings. Helpful staff. Nice rooms. The mud or clear spring water option in the big baths is unusual and I genuinely felt rejuvenated after a very relaxing evening. Local restaurants serve roasted chicken dishes which are very tasty. Some interesting variations on mountain pork, too.

Yelp
Fabulous for our family of four. We stayed one night in a Tuscany 6 (room 306) so that our teens could each have their own beds. The unexpected bonus was that this meant we had 6 complimentary spa passes, so that two of us could go twice without extra fees. The villa was spacious, nicely decorated, and super clean. The private hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and shower area was very nice. And our deck faced the sunset. On top of this, the spa experience was really so much fun, and there were many options in the breakfast buffet. Tip: Check-in is at 5:30, but when we arrived at 1:30 we asked whether early check-in would be possible. They said to check back at 3:30, and meanwhile gave us our spa passes. This meant we could have made use of the spa (which includes free lockers, full shower facilities, pool, sauna, steam room, fish foot nibbling pool, facial masks, and so much more) while waiting for our room to be ready. We went to the Water and Fire cave and grabbed some food instead, but I appreciated the option.

Yelp
Came here November 25, 2018 for the hot springs experience (specifically the mud bath). The hotel looked quaint, and there were a variety of pools of various temperatures. Although a "swim cap" is required for both men & women, the hotel spa provided this at no charge. There's also the skin eating fish which was a delight. An interesting area and a first was this partially enclosed room with "tables" where you lie down and lay your feet up on this "foot rest" that vibrates (causing the vibrations in the rest of your body). They also had a standing version of this contraption. A bit disappointed that the mud spa was really just for your face (there were 3 different ones that you could apply). The facilities could have been cleaner. Appreciated the pools were covered as it was pouring heavily that day. Individual changing rooms come equipped w/shower & toilet; the whole changing room area is mixed gender.

Yelp
Only visited for a few hours in the spa. Lots of variety for pools but it is starting to show some age. It's decent value for the money, but if your wanting higher class or newer I'd go elsewhere. The staff of was hard working to keep things clean etc.
