Really cool ornate building. A former prudential life insurance building, must be a lot of profits in life insurance. Lobby area is open on weekdays.

A remarkable early skyscraper, designed by famed architect Louis Sullivan. Exceptionally beautiful building inside and out. The exterior is sheathed in amazingly detailed, elaborate, terracotta. The lobby is also remarkable and includes an interpretive center.

I recommend you to visit this masterpiece of architecture. It was built in 1896 by Sullivan. The first skyscraper in the world. It was reconstructed in 2000-s after a big fire, and it took 15 000 000$ so it looks amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful, they like this place and know a lot about it. You can watch a short movie about history of this building. Walk around the first floor, and look a small museum if it.

This is beautifully designed building in downtown Buffalo. It’s a red building with extremely ornate, intricate carvings and detailings that make this a truly majestic and unique building. The lobby of this building looks quite nice, but entry to the lobby required an ID card for tenants of the building, so I just looked at it through the window. I gave this building five stars because it is one of the most beautiful buildings in Buffalo.

With an entire façade smothered with ornaments and beautiful terra cotta veneer details, this early skyscraper is one of Louis Sullivan's most famous masterworks.

My favorite building in the city of Buffalo. If you are a fan of great architecture, this early skyscraper is a must see! How cool would it be if it was used for something other than law offices?!
