Guay Tiew - Thai Street Noodle Soup

Another great restaurant from the people behind Khao Moo Dang. I went day 4 of soft opening and loved it. They have QR codes you use at your table to order. The broths were deep and flavorful. We tried the boat noodle and five spice noodle. The meatballs are so good and the cracklings they put on top. I can’t wait to go again. I believe they can make any dish vegan with tofu which I appreciated as well.

We stopped in during the soft opening for lunch. Very cute interior. It's a casual spot and can be pretty quick. I think we lingered longer than other tables just enjoying our time. The Yum Thai Salad is good but it also has a lot of the same ingredients as the other dishes we ordered. The cocktails were tasty. The Mango Sticky Rice cocktail tastes just like that! Fav dish is the Guay Tiew Haang with the egg noodles. Great flavor and the side soup is really nice. Boat noodles also great but next time I would get it with egg noodle. The boat noodle soup and Clear broth we got with Sen Lek and while they're great at absorbing soup flavor, your soup could be gone quickly. Friendly staff and easy ordering experience. We'll be back to try more dishes for sure. Love hanging out in the space and having a new spot for noodles :)

khao moo dang is my favorite restaurant & now this is as well !!♥️ you can’t get better thai noodle soup than here, can’t recommend it enough. can’t wait to try everything on the menu :)

So so good. Very veggie friendly which my GF loved and I had the pork&rice which was delicious. Will be returning ASAP.

Really delicious noodle soups with complex and harmonious broths that feel like a warm hug! Portions are packed with protein including the easily shreddable and rich pork. Several noodle choices to customize. We tried the boat noodles and clear broth which were unique, balanced and amazing. Excellent value for the price. Atmosphere is clean and casual. Will definitely be back to try stir-fry.
