Went here with my cousin ( who’s account was used to purchase an item) to pick up a gift for her disabled mother whom she has a letter confirming permission to pick up the item but after driving 2 hours were sent away because we did not have my aunt’s ID. I think the policy is ridiculous and feel that we were treated different due to our ethnicity. I have never experienced anything like this.

The absolute best experience. I’ve been to a lot of high end stores and unfortunately a lot of them can be very rude. The sweetest girl helped, and their newer lines have the cutest bags! Love all the pink options.

Attitude of this store is not very welcoming. They had to check my husbands ID just for a $27 bill to put a hole in a belt. LV, Dior and other brands never do this to us. Their service is also much better than here. Luckily it's just their belts looks nice. Bags not so much and clothes.

I attempted to request an exchange for an item that was only 3 days past exchange date due to detrimental personal reasons and travel. Manager Louis refused to exchange. This Gucci location lacks customer service. The manager Louis is non flexible, non cooperative, and seems to be more concerned with her numbers for the store opposed to quality customer care. It’s unfortunate because this is the location closest to me, but I drive all the way to northpark for their kindness and elevated customer service. After manager Louis refused my exchange and forewarned me that northpark would not exchange for me, I went there and they did it with a smile. I will only shop Gucci northpark go forward. Sometimes it’s important to appease a customer to gain a lifetime customer. You’d think she knows that having work luxury retail. Disappointed.

Another one of my favorite locations the manger Sue treats us so we'll everytime we in store it's a top shelf experience but we definitely miss our old rep Richard unfortunately he is longer with Gucci Every time we come down from Oklahoma City we get the best treatment we could ever want thank you all

It's either high end Gucci shoes/boots or Flip flops & I love them equally. The quality of the leather & craftsmanship is like no other. I have been a Gucci shoe fan for many many years ever since I got my first pair of loafers. I remember them like it was yesterday. Beige suede with the horse-bit. I wore them all over New Orleans one summer till the soles came apart. Mardi Gras is rough. lol Not much has changed, over 20 years, I'm still a New Orleans Gucci Gang lady. I thought I had wrote a review for this location but I guess that was the location in Palm Springs. Anyhoo, this location is my least favorite, horrible location, horrible parking, however it's the closest to me & they usually have my size of Brixton loafers in stock here. When it comes to the shoes, it's best to go into the store & purchase as you can try them on & make sure they fit, they are European sizes & run a little small. However you can order online, as this location is meh. With the move & everything I haven't had a chance to wear my new Brixton Babies yet. However, my Birthday Mardi Gras trip is around the corner & this New Orleans lady, will be wearing those Brixton Babies, all the way from Bourbon Street to Esplanade. We will sashay by.... sashay by. Highly recommend.

Most lions have big manes, but my miniature lioness (Starlight) has a tiny, well-groomed designer Mane. It's a Lil' Gucci Mane. Very expensive store inside the Galleria but the prices here are not the most perplexing thing. I really don't understand the significance of all the photographs of models with camels and alpacas. I think animal cruelty people might have a problem with it too but specifically how so many of my pictures get pulled down which are of business products or are taken inside a business, whereas these which don't really showcase anything that this Gucci had on sale whatsoever - not a single item I don't think - and were taken of models who have never been in this particular Gucci store, probably thousands of miles away from this Gucci store. But that's okay. Carry on Yelp. Anyway it's a very expensive store with very high end stuff and you're much better off trying to find discount prices online or going to some kind of an outlet or sale. Because the regular stuff here is just way too expensive. But cool if you like to dress high fashion and be Gaga.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here last weekend. Upon arrival, I was assigned to an associate (Sang, I believe, was her name) who was friendly, attentive, patient and very helpful. I was looking for a belt and she had vast knowledge about all the styles and the store's inventory. She was patient while I tried on various colors and styles and then tried them on for a second time. I settled on a black leather belt and am very pleased with my purchase. I even received a thank you note a couple of days later!

Richard is always kind and helpful, super exciting experience every visit. Staff seems genuinely happy to be there, knowledgeable about the products and of their brand. Always loved Gucci, starting to love shopping at this store more and more.

One would think after spend about $1,000 on a pair of sun glasses that the service would be outstanding. Not with Gucci. I bought the glasses in Dec 2020. Two weeks later a screw came loose. Rather than wait six weeks to mail them in and have them repaired and returned, I drove 80 miles to this store North of Dallas. After almost an hour wait outside of the store, they finally fixed the glasses. I had a similar experience at Michael Kohrs. They simply gave me a new pair and took the ones with the defect. I have never had this problem with Michael Kohrs, Versace nor with Prada. Even my husbands Costco glasses they return and give a new pair. These same glasses two months later had the screw come loose again. A Jeweler near my home told me Gucci Galleria used the wrong tool. He fixed them and repaired thier mistake. NEVER BUY GUCCI. HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE, DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT, POOR QUALITY.

Went in on a random weekday afternoon to look at a few pieces I've been eyeing online and was greeted immediately with a warm and welcoming smile. I am very picky and know I'm not the easiest customer to deal with but I was handled with extreme professionalism. I ended up leaving with two purses and a pair of shoes. Definitely will be going back for future purchases.

I went into this store today knowing exactly what I wanted to buy. I walked into a completely empty store. I saw 3 sales people walk by me as I said "excuse me" several times to get their attention. The security guard saw me and said "I'm sorry ma'am I can try and find someone to help you". I told him not to bother. I walked over two of the sales associates that were just 3 feet away from me and gave them an earful about respect and customer service. Normally I'd never do anything like this but if all the Gucci stores I've bought from I've never been treated so rudely. I shouldn't need to look fancy to be treated with respect. Now I totally see why this store has 2 stars. Go to the Galleria instead. Sales people there are much nicer and def more respectful.

got my purse back today it was out for repair from 11/27/2018 til 2/20/2019 the good news is after i wrote the first review and then complained via a customer service email i seemed to expedite the repair the purse looks brand new, but it probably looks brand new because i only used it for a month before they had it in repair hell i still like Gucci products but i'm definitely scarred by this whole experience

I really appreciate their service so much! The manager there I believe her name was Selina. She handled her self very professionally as well as the rest of the staff.

My girlfriend bought me some Gucci slides for my bday. They were over $340. They needed ended up getting scratched up after I wore them one day. We proceeded to take them back and the sales consultant was a total a hole. He refused to take them back "because they were worn". Yeah they're shoes and I would expect extremely higher quality from Gucci. He said that the scratches were from "normal wear and tear", okay I understand that but after 1 day they should not scratch so easily especially from such a high quality place. I'm extremely disappointed and we'll continue to only shop at Louis Vuitton rather than this low quality shit.

I went in to browse yesterday dressed in jeans, an athletic long sleeve shirt and puffy vest with my chihuahua nestled inside the vest. Both front staff welcomed me and helped me find what I was looking for. I was shown the handbag and given extra information beyond what I asked. I didn't purchase but that didn't keep them from chatting with me and telling me about the cute dog collars available. I don't think you have to be dressed to the nines to walk into Gucci but it is a luxury goods store so I wouldn't go in dressed like I do on a rainy Sunday at home. Shopping here feels like shopping any other luxury goods store - Good service and I can still drop my jaw at the prices without feeling insecure. They know a portion of their business comes from hard working people just like me. By far my favorite handbag based on impeccable quality.

Terrible, unprofessional customer service!!! Waiting 8 months on a repair and still no response! I will spend my thousands elsewhere.

So as i walked into gucci 3 people said to me "you are in the wrong store" i then said "B**** DONT TALK TO ME LIKE THAT YOU PEASENT LOOKIN A**" and walked away. as i was looking at the belts i said how much they then said "450" i then said "DO YOU REALLY THINK I WILL BUY A 450 BELT IT WILL NOT BE EVEN NEAR MY F****** WAIST UNLESS IT IS 1,000 AT LEAST". and walked away. i then found the perfect 10,000 purse and they said my card was declined. i then said "ILL PAY IN MOTHER F****** CASH B****". as i left the store they said "enjoy your new leather bag" i turned around and screamed " HOW DARE YOU LET ME SPEND MY GOOD MONEY ON A LEATHER BAG I AM A F****** VEGAN".

Welp i strolled myself into Gucci with my scummy ass brother to purchase some sunglasses. Oddly enough no matter scum on your body the employees treat you with respect witch i was very surprised! Nice store nice employees but won't be returning not my cup of tea

Wasn't dressed nice enough to get someone's help at Gucci. Soo I took my money elsewhere lol. Just because my attire was informal doesn't mean I should be denied service.

MAXIMUM BAD and UNPROFESSIONAL STUFF work there. They sell me the wrong size of the shoes and don't want to make exchange. Asking me to come back in another day and after I was came they repeat the same. AND FINALLY I HAVE TO KEEP the shoes with is cost 500$ and don't feet me perfectly. GOOD JOB!!!!

I would like to say thanks to the management and workers at the Gucci galleria they always go far beyond to help from the little things to the big you guys are great and that's why everything I own is Gucci and I'm also the type that doesn't look like it but they always treat me great. Called this store to order a belt over the phone. Before I even told the lady working at the store the belt style, color, or size I was looking for, she interrupts me and tells me there is a waiting list for the belt of over 100 people and she could add me to it if I'd like. I say to her, I haven't even told you what I'm looking for yet and she interrupts me again and tells me the belt/color she assumes I'm talking about and tells me they are sold out in every size so it wouldn't matter what my size is. I told her that wasn't even the belt I was looking for and provided her with the belt size, color, and style number and she told me she would do some research to see if they had the belt in stock and would call me back. How long does it take to check if they have a particular item in stock? Needless to say she never called back and never seemed apologetic for being so rude. I was able to purchase what I was looking for over the phone with another Gucci boutique.

Horrible service we were looking at items and the employee kicked us out, never coming back again.
