Wonderful interaction with sales associate Nathalie, helped me with engraving a bottle of perfume, and assisted with helping choose a lipstick as well as a gorgeous crystal case. I had two Eiffel Tower engravings on either side of the word “Paris” on my bottle of Rosa Rossa Forte, and my initials on the lipstick case mirror. Excellent customer service from an elegant Parisienne. A must do!

Beautiful store, wonderful people and I have never been so happy to spend so much money! We purchased the Vetiver Fauve. My husband has been eagerly planning this trip to the Champ Élysées Guerlain flagship store for months and the experience did not disappoint! They offered a very personal shopping experience and we did not feel rushed. A dream experience. Entry to the store was confusing, a security guard allowed entry one at a time.

What a lovely experience!! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about all the scents! The one I bought is only sold in Paris. And with the one I purchased, they allow you to customize the cap, ribbon and engraving with either a little Eiffel Tower or a bee. And while you wait for your bottle, they kindly offer coffee, juice or water. A wonderful experience!!!

19.11 , my friend and I visited the Guerlain flagship store, planning to update our makeup collection and purchase gifts. Upon arrival, we were told that all consultants were busy and advised to walk around the store. We did so, made our choices, but no one approached us during the 20 minutes we spent browsing. Feeling tired, we took off our outerwear and sat on the sofa to wait. After about 10 more minutes, I approached a consultant myself, but she rather dismissively told me that she was very busy and had no time. During all this waiting, we weren’t even offered water, while other customers around us were being served water and coffee. After nearly an hour of waiting (again we were told someone would assist us), I approached another consultant, and only on the second attempt, after she rolled her eyes, did she agree to help. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of the issues.We ordered two red engraved cases (crocodile texture) and one case as a gift. To be fair, the consultant did help us choose French inscriptions, which was nice. However, after spending 1.5 hours in the store and being exhausted by the wait, we didn’t double-check the items before leaving. Once back in our room, I discovered that my friend had been given a red “python” case, and mine was red but with a completely different texture than the one I chose.Spending so much time, receiving such poor service, and then ending up with the wrong items is incredibly disappointing. For a flagship boutique, this level of service is simply unacceptable.

Sunday, 30th November 2025 @ 3:40pm Terrible experience on my very last day of being in Paris. During my whole trip, I had looked forward to getting my Guerlain lipstick here in this store. 1st Incident with staff No.1: She came to me and greeted me, told her what I was looking for and brought me to see the lipstick casings booth. I took some time to see which shade of lipstick would match me but half way she said “You haven’t decide the shade, take your time I will assist other customers and once you’re done you can come to the front for assistance” Wasn’t even busy at that moment, she didn’t even bother to help me find the best shade for me and completely left me be. I was ready to try on some shades, so I came by to the front and she was literally just standing at one side with another colleague. I told her to help me out and so then she did. Prepared few of the lipsticks for me to try and make up remover at the vanity mirror, told me this that and off she goes again. I was left alone and had to help myself to try on different shades. When I finally decided on a shade to get, she was already assisting another customer then so I politely told her I’m ready to purchase as anyways she was already the one assisting me from the start. However she replied “sorry I’m occupied at the moment-“ and off she goes again to that new customer and I’m left alone. She didn’t even get anyone else to assist me, she didn’t even said she’ll get back to me. After some time of roaming around cluelessly trying to get a staff to assist me, another staff finally did came by to help. 2nd Incident with staff No.2: This staff had attended to me and prepared the products for my purchase. Everything went smoothly then and I finally felt relieved since it has been a stressful experience in the store for me. After doing the purchase, I had requested to engrave my initials on the lipstick mirror and so she brought me to the front for the engraving process. While she was taking out the lipstick from the box, the product had slipped out of her hand and she dropped them on the floor. I was waiting at the side for my turn when I saw it happen, as there was another customer doing the engravement before me. The staff did not check on the lipstick to see if it was broken or still in good use, she just continued capping it to the case. After the engravement was done, she had just shown me the case on her hand and immediately packed it up after. She did not gave me the chance to look through my items and I left the store feeling dissatisfied. HERE IS THE BEST PART! When I got back to my hotel room that night, excited to see the product I had purchased is when I found out my lipstick was completely ruined. I tried to call the store but they’ve closed at 7pm and will reopen again at 11am, however that was my last night in Paris and I have a train to catch at 8am the next day. Hence my very lengthy review, as I am utterly dissatisfied and dissappointed with this whole experience being in this store. Urgh, really sad. Never again. Terrible terrible, please treat all your customers with respect and attentive care (not just the ones that can speak french or doing big purchase)! Now not only my last night in Paris is ruined, the trip to the store and my money is also wasted on purchasing a broken product. Update: They told me to email them and when I did TWICE, there is still hasn’t been any reply. It has been almost a month, what a shame and a scam.

I visited the Guerlain flagship boutique on April 14 — a visit I had dreamed of for years. As a loyal Guerlain client in Riyadh, Dubai, and the UK, I’ve always held this Maison close to my heart. My admiration for Guerlain is deep; I study the history, know the collections intimately, and proudly own most of the L’Art & La Matière and Les Légendaires range. Unfortunately, my visit to the Paris flagship was far from the experience I hoped for. The service was nearly nonexistent. No one offered to show me exclusive pieces from Les Parisiennes or any boutique-only creations. I was genuinely looking forward to discovering rare extraits and hidden gems—perhaps even pieces I didn’t yet know existed. I’ve always associated Guerlain with excellence, elegance, and respect. I’ve even photographed products from my personal collection out of sheer love for the brand. I know and admire great artists like Thierry Wasser, and I came with sincere excitement and high expectations. But the reality was disappointing, almost heartbreaking. It left me with no desire to return. I’ve attached photos from my visit, including one of my own Shalimar bottle—a true icon. If anyone from the Maison would like to understand more about my experience, I would be open to sharing. Because I still love Guerlain… and that’s why this hurts.

Came to Guerlain to see their Women & Bees exhibition. Downstairs was a nice homage to women beekeepers and the effects bees have on our lives and how honey has so many healing qualities for the skin, complexion etc..... Then came back upstairs all ready to indulge in some honey goodness but the salesperson steered me towards their orchid imperial line of products instead stating the orchid line had much more moisture intensity - which is what I was seeking. Went on smooth & was heavy in a good way. Totally absorbed & didn't have a greasy feel afterwards. Woke up the next morning to skin still super smooth. We'll have to see how this new regimen works but out but so far so good! Maybe I'll try out their honey line at a later date - I really did enjoy the descriptions & I love the fact that Guerlain supports biodiversity and more importantly the bees!

We visited on July 7, 2016 and were treated wonderfully by Jessica. We were a little travel weary, having come from London that day, but we were welcomed like the royal family! She presented samples of several fragrances that she expertly described and after considering my long time love for Shalimar and a delightful new Shalimar I decided on the new fragrance in the petite robe noire line. She was very helpful and patient and even took us on a tour of the whole store!!! My purchase was beautifully packaged and included several nice samples. A delightful experience! Although my husband and I are thrilled to have worked with Jessica, it did seem that the rest of the staff was very friendly too.

I had a very great experience with Juliana on a Sunday in January. I wandered into the boutique in search of the meteorites. She was able to show me them in the pearls and the new compact that were available, and she was able to show me the brush. She tried it on my face and was very attentive. The store was not crowded at all which was nice. She offered to finish me off with lipstick and took me to the back to pay. She then packaged my goodies with care and threw in some samples which was nice. She walked me out and even offered to spray me with perfume. She really went above and beyond and made my shopping experience over the top. I might go back one more time for perfume before heading back home...
