I had the most wonderful experience at the spa today. I’ve been to many luxury spas in the city, but this was a cut above the rest. It was truly a 5-star experience from the moment I stepped into the facility. The spa itself is gorgeous and super clean. The people were friendly and attentive. My treatment (the 8 massage) by Dee was exceptional! She went the extra mile to ensure I was relaxed and well taken care of. The lounge was a special experience as they provide massage chairs, refreshments, and treats - all in your own private area. There was no rush to leave either. I also received a cute birthday card as I was celebrating my birthday. I appreciate the spa’s transparency regarding the 18% gratuity as well as the complimentary parking. Dee was amazing! I had a tailor-made facial with her today and felt so relaxed. My skin was glowing afterwards. I was especially looking forward to the extraction part, and she really focused on it while making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I expected it to be painful, but it wasn’t at all. She also gave me some great skincare suggestions, which I completely agree with. I’ll definitely be recommending her to my friends. She’s a gem!

I had one of my all time best experiences at the Guerlain spa. It was so well-maintained and the staff were so wonderful. I went in the for “The 8” massage and it was the best massage I have ever had. The lovely Soonita was very professional and accommodating. She was also very kind and calm which made the entire experience even more relaxing. I will definitely be booking with her in the future. The lounge is so well maintained and lovely staff, specifically Lana, was so attentive and gave me tea and macaroons while I read. Overall amazing experience and highly recommend.

Just had a body sculpt massage with Dee at Guerlain spa and it was incredible. We have had several treatments at many different spas yet Dee made it so memorable. Her kindness, knowledge and massage was elite and we will definitely come back!

They had a steam room with eucalyptus spray, citrus-infused water, and even surprised me with a birthday card, treats, and a glass of prosecco. Love the Guerlain Spa a lot. I've made treating myself to a spa day a tradition for my birthday for the past three years. The staff is amazing, and I always feel incredibly relaxed after my visits. The experience here adds an element of being "treated like a celebrity" which is what makes it so special to me. Part of your time there includes glass of prosecco/hot tea and some sweet treats after your RMT massage. The spa also has great views of the lake and is really great to look out onto especially in the summers.
