Guerlain Spa at Hotel X Toronto!!! Thank you for the luxurious treatment! The staff treated me like Royalty, the facial was relaxing and the products were so rich and hydrating. I will be back for more for sure. Dee was lovely.

A beautiful venue for a spa, overlooking Lake Ontario as you can relax before and after the spa treatment. The staff certainly know how to make you comfortable ensuring you have what you need. No rushing either. During my makeup treatment for the evening wedding we chatted about the makeup application, and the result for me was quite natural , nothing over the top, subtle as the way I feel makeup should be, and the application, appearance of the product felt light. I didn’t want to remove the look later in the evening before retiring! As for the facial , it was wonderful. Long lymphatic draining massage , arm and head massage as well. My skin was glowing afterwards and still is 24 hrs later. A great addition to our hotel stay! If one wants to the spa is easy e Access from the GO train at the exhibition station, and day passes with the same high end floor fitness club can also be purchased. There’s also a high tea served in one of the packages, a great gals day out. I’ll be looking into that package with a few friends at a later date for sure!

I recently visited the Guerlain Spa at X Hotel in Toronto, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly polite and friendly, making me feel welcome and at ease. The ambiance was soothing, and the spa itself is beautifully designed. I enjoyed a fantastic ‘ Lymphatic Drainage ’ massage that left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The free six-hour parking was also a great perk. I highly recommend this spa for anyone looking to unwind in a luxurious setting!

The view from the top of hotel X is unbeatable. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept in in my life. I don’t know why this is saying that I’m reviewing the spa since I didn’t go to the spa.

Dee was extraordinary! I have had many massages, but never has the person beautiful balanced the large muscle groups with detailed/typically unaddressed areas like fingers, tops of feet etc. while not rushing. I melted into the table. The service was fabulous and the details in the decor as well were beautiful and appreciated. Gift yourself 90min if you can—worth it. Love you Dee!

I went for a massage for my birthday. At the entrance, I met with Thomas. As I was tired from walking; he quickly offered me a bottle of water. The staff at the Spa were polite, and guided the next steps very well. I had the Imperial Relaxing Massage with Soonita. She has healing hands, she listened to my concerns,I felt really great after my massage. Enjoy macaroons with a cup of tea in the lounge. Will definitely come back.

My first visit to the Guerlain Spa was on my birthday. I had the tailor made facial with Dee. The facial was incredible! Afterwards I had the afternoon tea. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you to all the staff for an incredible experience.

Tried the jet lag spa package (body polish, relaxation massage, and facial) after a long night out. Wasn’t necessarily jet lagged but whatever fatigue I had in my body was magically gone by the end of the experience. This place is immaculately designed, super clean and comfortable, practically every aspect of the experience was well thought-out. Cecile has the hands of an angel and provides the most blissful care, she deserves a raise! 100% will be coming back.
