Raffles Spa

My best friend and I had a wonderful time at Raffles’ Guerlain spa. We had 60 minute couples massages- they were amazing; the treatment room was gorgeous and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The facility is beautiful, clean, and exactly what one would expect from a full-service spa of this caliber. We look forward to returning!

Grateful for such a great experience. From the booking and greeting all handled by Thomas to the facial with Allison who listened to my needs and provided the best recommendations. The aromatherapy component was so special. I definitely recommend arriving early to enjoy the steam room and sauna. Great for spa dates with friends as my friend and I plan to bring more of our group back. Guerlain spa team is well trained and highly recommended. Thank you very much!

I had the pleasure of receiving a deep tissue massage from Alyson at the Raffles Hotel in Boston, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. My mum and I went for massages for my birthday! From the moment I walked in, Alyson made me feel completely at ease with her warm and professional demeanor. She was attentive to my needs, listened carefully to areas of tension, and applied just the right amount of pressure. Her technique was flawless, and I could feel the stress and tightness melting away with each movement. The ambiance of the spa was serene, and Alyson's skill and care truly made it a memorable experience. I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and restored. I highly recommend Alyson to anyone seeking a top-notch massage. She’s a true expert!

I have come here a few times, but the last time was the best. The staff are so friendly, the receptionist was really friendly and well knowledgeable. He told me the whole history of the gurlain brand which was so cool and gave me tips for maintaining my skincare. Their sauna is next level and so are all the amenities. Can’t wait to come back, it’s worth what you pay.

Had a lovely experience at the Raffles Spa. Allison gave me a terrific Imperial Relaxing Massage and my fiancé loved her massage from Lila as well. So relaxing and luxurious. Will definitely return!

I had the most wonderful 90 min facial here . My esthetician’s name was Blanca (Bianca?). She was super skillful, gave me the best lymphatic massage as well. My face was just glowing. I felt so pampered the entire time under her hands. Oh and the spa is just beautiful and so clean, with lots of attention to all the small details. I’ll be back as soon as I head back to Boston !

I got a facial here and was dissapointed in the experience. I did enjoy the aroma therapy which was nice but the facial was not good. The woman that I had asked me why I got facials and that most of her clients got massages. She also massaged my face with too much pressure. I won't go back. The amenities in the locker room are also dissapointing. Nothing special here for the price.

Paid 600 USD for a body and facial massage. Left the spa to attend an event. On my way to the event, took a glance in the car mirror and realized that my mascara was completely smeared and smudged all under my eyes. AFTER A $300 facial where my skin would supposedly be glowing !! Never have I ever felt more humiliated to leave a spa where the message specialist escorted me to exit and the receptionist as well, and no one uttered a word about my disastrous face. Mind you, in the contract they mention they put a 20% tip but they reframe is as "service charge" when you actually check out, and leave you the chance to add even more gratuity. Called them to give feedback and no one but the receptionist herself bothered to call back. Never again.
