Gorgeous little hotel. Clean (no mildew in the shower) and spacious. Decoration, tiles, colors, beds, sheets, lush towels, etc. gorgeous. Top-notch finishings. Bed super comfortable. We got the room at the far end. Double or triple glazed windows - couldn't hear traffic. Hotel is near a busy round-about. We received a very warm welcome from Sophia with her nice smile. Great location walking distances to the town center. Drop off suitcases at front door and free parking near the hotel. You can have a coffee or tea or a fruit in the front room.

Loved this place. Perfect location within easy walking distance to the centre of beautiful Coimbra. ||We had a corner double room on the 2nd floor - whilst the road is right nearby you could barely hear it, which was perfect as I’m a light sleeper: beds were comfortable and the bedding / towels all good quality - they even have their own logo embossed (nice touch!).||Very friendly and helpful service. Easy self check in as we didn’t arrive til 6pm. Sofia was lovely. Thank you. ||Great brunch place nearby - “Sunday funday”. ||Would definitely stay here again. Loved it - highly recommended and a great price.

Very good accommodation on the other side of the river. The city center of Coimbra is just a short, pleasant walk away. There's free covered parking nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very attentive.

Brilliant location, near the old city. Old style guest house recently refurbished in 2019. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is a guest house and while there is a kitchen on the ground floor there is only a coffee machine, a small fridge and a microwave. So no self catering. Staff are amazing - personable, knowledgeable and multi lingual. Highly recommended!

Room was lovely. Bed was uncomfortable but this is personal choice, and a new shower head would be helpful. There's no kettle in the room, but there is a kitchen downstairs. Tackling 4 flights of stairs, twice, to get a coffee in the morning, was inconvenient, but that's it for the negatives. The location is excellent with a fantastic view of Coimbra. The room was very clean and the house is really nice

Welcome was warm and inviting. Parking was easy out the front but they only have 3 or so spaces. No lift but the stairs to our room that was on the top floor was worth it. Our room had amazing windows/doors that open fully and a balcony all the way round. Bathroom was nice and clean along with the room. The room was also very spacious with big wardrobes. The only thing I would change would be having a full length mirror somewhere in the room. The view from the room was lovely, coming and going was easy, and location was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic guest house just outside the city. Easy walk into town and there are loads of restaurants and bars next to the guest house too. Sophia is an amazing host with lots of advice and knowledge of the local area. Room clean, modern with an excellent bathroom and massive bed. Happy to recommend and would return if ever in Coimbra

Surprisingly wonderful place to stay in Coimbra. Rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. You can park your vehicle in front of the house. Actually, I had a room on the ground floor and I parked my motorbike just below the window! They have a common room where you can have cookies, tea or coffee for free. The only drawback is that there is a metalwork place just by the house, but they don’t work on weekends and don’t make too much noise in the morning.
