Guest Urban Hotel

We loved our very short stay here! Rooms very clean with great urban character. The breakfast included was awesome with a great selection. The location was also ideal surrounded by great bars and restaurants! It was also felt exceptionally safe in this area compared to other areas in São Paulo. Pricilla on the front desk was particularly helpful with booking our buses to the next few location! Her English was awesome. Very sweet lady thank you for everything!! Highlight recommend not pricey but worth it!

Great location, great design, lovely patio garden and great amenities. It’s a “hostel” for old people used to business travel. My husband, young-adult daughter and I comfortably shared a triple for >US$100/night. Good mattresses, decent pillows, not too much urban noise, a safe for valuables, nice shower & bathroom and a mini-fridge. Breakfasts were good, including fresh-squeezed OJ. When the tea tasted like coffee, they boiled me some plain water. Staff was friendly. Very clean. Only problem was no reading light. We would stay here again. Room 8.

Check in process is such a mess, time consuming, complicated and not well designed. You have to fill check in form, put your document photos, choose what you want to eat in the breakfast in advance. When you arrive to place after 6pm, you need to do wait 5-10 mins to receptionist to open the door remotely to you, then you need to register yourself the face recognition system to be able go go out and come into hotel. Of your are coming after 6pm, you have to do all those steps by yourself and partially remote support. Steps are not working very well and so annoying. Rooms are pretty standard and our rooms was smelling chemical like painted couple of hours ago. The windows are very well designed but no locker on sliding windows which feels a bit unsecure, and you can almost hear all the noise outside. Breakfast was kind of hostel breakfast. Although they asked what we want to eat in check in steps, they wanted to have new orders(apparently check in process is not working well or not communicating between staff). Location is pretty good and 90€ for twin room is expensive for whole experience.

We loved the ambience, which is very social, a good stylish modern vibe with a wonderful outdoor space. |The two gentlemen at the reception are extremely friendly and helpful. |The breakfast was simple but wonderful and tasty. It's just that the rooms are really small and a bit cramped, but it is a well-priced alternative in a great and sought-after neighbourhood!

This place is well located and a safe area to walk around! Super nice staff and the best fresh breakfast! Fresh OJ, strong coffee, German breakfast buns crisp on outside soft and doughy in the middle! Chill and laid back great for couples or people traveling alone that don't want Hostal vibes! Comfy bed and great shower! Check it out !

We really liked this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved our garden view room which overlooked the outdoor patio and seating area. The rooms were very reasonably priced and the location was perfect for us. So close to the areas we wanted to visit that we were able to walk everywhere. A perfect stay!

I have stayed 4 nights with my partner and it was the best choice we could have made. He didn't know the neighborhood and surroundings so this hotel was perfect for this purpose. We want to hang around Jardins, Pinheiros e Vila, using as much as possible public transport and our feet. It was great! Well located, quiet and well decorated. |The only negative point we had, is that our bedroom on top of the kitchen was too noisy in the morning due to the kitchen and the mixer they used to do the juices... 6am. That was the only downside.

The room is beyond tiny- there is no room even to place luggage. There is no closet at all, only 3 hangars on the wall. Bathroom is small and only given 1 bottle of soap and shampoo. The hand basin is less than a foot square - really the smallest I have ever seen, even smaller than the ones in children's washrooms. The shower area is probably less than 3 feet in length and breadth, making it hard to get in if you are on the generous side and a little dangerous since the little shelf is rusty- just might get cut there. (See photos)||There were no hairdryer or shower cap gin the room. So I guess you are expected to go about or sleep with dripping wet hair. It was really cold the night we checked in. We were Glad that we stayed only 1 night here. Next day, I saw a couple of hairdryers in a cupboard at the reception (but am not sure if it is free or there is a fee attached). Water is payable by the way. As we arrived really late, we were not given any choice but to buy water from the reception.||We got a room on the first floor. It is not sound proof so we heard the staff setting up breakfast early in the morning as well as guests talking at 1 am. ||The only good thing in this hotel is the comfortable bed. Unfortunately, unless you wear ear plugs, it would be hard to sleep in with the really morning clatter.||It is trying to be hipster with the industrial design but it is not worth the price at all. This is less than a B and B. ||Breakfast was really basic, and unfortunately both my son and I got a little sick from the food.||Definitely not recommended unless you are desperate. Or you need to stay in this area.
