Stayed here for 3 days and it was perfect. Walking distances to the Art gallery, Lawson, Pizza place and other nice spots. location is great. It has good showers. The bed is traditional and very cozy. a/c gets very cold. Everyone is so nice and speaks well. Very cozy and friendly.

The owners are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. The guesthouse itself is beautiful, it feels like staying in a traditional Japanese house. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Free tea and coffee was a nice touch. Great location, close to a subway station and convenience store.

A well deserved 5 star experience for this traditional guest house which is located very stragically to most tourist destinations. Place is clean, quite and ambience is of godsmack quality. Very comfortable rooms with soft futon that will make you sleep ever so deeply. Owners speak decent English as well. Highly recommended for a perfect stay that won't crack your budget. Important note: They have a curfew, doors close at 1am and reopens in the morning.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Yokohama. The hostel was in a good location steps from Noge area. Nice traditional style Japanese house, everything is very clean and lots of amenities. However, as others have stated, there are many rules. This seems to be normal for Japanese guesthouses, but some of the rules were a bit excessive (1am curfew) - at the very least this should be extended on weekends, or guests should be provided with a key or a way to get in. The 2 owners are very friendly, but you will unfortunately have to work around their schedule, and cannot be in the hostel when they are out which makes things a bit complicated sometimes and forced us to rearrange our schedule. There is nothing wrong with the hostel, it's a nice place and the owners are very friendly, just know there are many rules that may require you to modify your schedule.

Great hostel in Yokohama. It is very close to the train station, as well as many restaurants and shops. My husband and I chose to sleep in the mixed dorm room and had no trouble. There are free showers, snacks, and tea on the first floor. I would definitely come back here is I visit Japan again. The owners have been very nice and super helpful with suggestions of places to go.

Mina & Kaneda, the owners,are such lovely people , they are a chatty bunch who will make you feel right at home. Mina is bubbly and will happily give you lots of great recommendations of the local area . Kaneda is the more grumpy cuddly bear type and it's a lovely dynamic to see . The room itself was quiet, comfortable and a pleasant place to stay. The showers where always hot and the guesthouse was full of character and always clean. Complimentary coffee and a spacious kitchen to make anything you want made for a great experience. If you want a cozy and accommodating guesthouse experience in Yokohama this is a great choice !

Super friendly staff, stylish rooms and great value. Can't say much about the location (only spent 1 night), but it seemed okay. One note for potential business customers: the wifi didn't work too well in the rooms upstairs, so if you need to do a lot of heavy surfing, be prepared. For casual use it was perfectly fine though.

Arrived before check-in time but they let me put my luggage and gave me recommendations to restaurants around the hostel! (I ate curry, it was very delicious!)||The Guest House is very clean and organized! ||The owners are very interesting couple! we had memorable conversations!||I would definitely go back there when I visit Yokohama again!
