Guesthouse Nibutani Yanto

I liked it a lot, the host was very helpful and the bed was comfortable. It is very close to Dr Munro's house and Ainu museum etc. I only stayed one night and wish I had another day to enjoy some scenery around there and relax in this quiet guesthouse. They have a few food and drink for sale to heat in the microwave, (e.g. curry rice and some drinks) but take note there is no convenience store in this village so you might want to stock up at the previous one. I was happy that there is some breakfast too!

Yanto Guesthouse is beautifully kept, very clean and warm and welcoming. The hosts are very kind and answered questions I had. I went toward the end of November. It was quite cold outside, but the Yanto is kept so warm that it didn't trouble me at all. Yanto has a very nice feel to it. You can also see and sense the passion to share Ainu culture. The beds were comfortable and cosy. The kitchen was great for me to put some meals together. I was able to do some washing which was helpful as I had spent a few days travelling without being able to. I recommend staying a few nights to really get a feel for Nibutani, the museums (one of which is right next door - they are all within easy walking distance, even for me using a cane) and enjoy the beautiful surrounds. I even went when the trees were asleep but it was still beautiful. Twice now I have seen eagles flying overhead.||I think Yanto is a great place to stay with an excellent price, also. I am very impressed. I will come back again, without a doubt. Thank you for having me!

Comfortable beds, very clean, nice atmosphere and thoughtful staff. The best choice to stay in the area. Price is convenient, and there is even a light breakfast every morning. Will definitely stay again.

Friendly host, comfortable hostel in a beautiful location. Would highly recommend!

二風谷でアイヌトゥスクル（シャーマン）について学ぶために宿泊しました。こちらのお宿にはアイヌに関する書籍が豊富で、２泊ではとても読みきれないほど充実していました。また機会があれば伺いたいと思います。

Une belle guesthouse, l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Nibutani. Le dortoir est vraiment confortable. Je ne sais pas si c'est la période mais nous n'étions que 3 (2 femmes et 1 homme). Cependant j'ai trouvé l'accueil un peu froid. On m'a vite fait présenter les lieux sans vraiment m'expliquer. Et on m'a laisser là sans même un sourire. Le petit déjeuner est très bof. Pour 1 nuit c'est correct. Le prix est parfait.

ここはアイヌを学ぼうと二風谷コタンを訪れた旅行者が集うところ。 いたって普通の、綺麗なゲストハウスであり、旅行者同士の交流を通してここの風土を感じることができます。 オーナーには事前にコンタクトを取り、夜は旅行者とともに懇談したのがとても楽しい思い出になりました。 ここでは受け手ではなく、自ら取りにいく姿勢が大事だと思いました。

リーズナブルで最高です。 相部屋で心配してましたが、ベッドは袖壁があり、ガーデン部分は半分だけ。 防音効果があってプライバシーもバッチリでした。 朝食はセルフですが、トースト＋ゆで卵も嬉しいサービスです。 近くの平取温泉ゆからで夕飯、温泉すませれるし。 また、機会があれば、泊まりたいです。(ゴールデンカムイ読みかけだし)😅
