One of the best men's stores in the country and arguably the best in the Midwest. I was lucky enough to stumble upon them when I was searching for someone to chain stitch some denim. Easton and Cam are both extremely knowledgeable, and talented guys in the industry. The service, selection and prices on the merchandise was tremendous and I was able to learn about some new labels I wasn't previously aware of. I'll be a loyal customer from now on. I live in Omaha, Nebraska and the 3hr drive to KC is well worth it every trip. Their craftsmanship and work on the denim was also top notch. Don't hesitate to use their services.

I rarely post reviews on clothing stores. Unfortunately, nowadays, the experience is one of drab monotony and over-priced, under-quality items with employees who couldn’t give a shred about the items they sell. But, Guevel is different. I was greeted at the door by Easton, who assisted me for the hour and thirty minutes I shopped. I came in with a vague idea about what I wanted, and what I received was a full blown education on denim, selvedge denim, raw denim and the processes used to create it. Since I was clueless in terms of direction, Easton laid out 5 pairs for me. Everything from bare minimum in terms of price, to expensive and rare. He requested I try everything on, move around in them, and really seemed passionate about assisting me in finding a pair of jeans that work for me. Once we settled on something I liked, he marked the pants with chalk, hemmed them in front of me and assisted me further in creating an outfit for a trip I had planned. Go to Guevel, you can’t possibly be dissapointed.

Full of the best men’s clothing money can buy. Cameron was a really good guy and super knowledgeable about trends and quality. Prices were pretty decent. Worth a 2+ hour drive if you’re interested in raw denim, Japanese made clothing, unique USA made stuff. Will be back often!

This place is dynamite. Cam has the gift of hospitality. Every garment is meticulously chosen and high quality!

Best menswear shop in KC. Awesome denim, accessories, and apparel..low pressure & genuine sales, helpful staff that want to geek out with you on their product and whatever else in the world of fashion and life. Cam and Easton are true gems! I’ve been there under a handful of times and get recognized every time I go in, they really know how to make their customers feel special and more like friends that come to visit! They offer repairs on denim too which is needed from time to time. Tried and true warm vibes with excellent product and experience. Go check it out!!!

Guevel as I know this place is owned by Cam who is a super cool guy that has curated an amazing selection of Japanese and California made Denim, casual clothing and other cool gear that you can only find here in KC. Walking into this place is like walking into a cool denim shop in NYC or LA without the snobby attitude. They even get their incense from Japan and my son comes all the way from Florida to buy from Cam. My only complaint is that the selections are limited for stout guys like me but I always find something worth buying at this great place on Grand.

This is a men's clothing store with a barber shop set up in the back. It's a very spacious and nice spot. I'm here, today, for an event that was on Eventbrite (Men's Roundtable: Women on the Rise).
