Guggisberg Swiss Inn-Ohio Amish Country

Have been visiting Amish country for quite a few years now and ended up staying here a few years ago and have chosen to stay no where else when in town! The views are beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The owners have been wonderful host to my large family. We usually book 4 rooms. The morning breakfast is an added treat! There is usually live music on the weekends and their wine is an added perk! Yes I would 100% recommend this hotel~can’t wait to enjoy the views in the spring and summer!

Such a comfortable stay. View is beautiful. Rooms are excellent and staff and owner are friendly and welcoming. We always stay here when we get the chance to go to Amish. Also a good breakfast to start the day. Entertainment on weekends is great and very good wine bar with nicest people to assist you.

We just stayed here 11/7-11/9/24. Absolutely wonderful! The staff is amazing! Delicious homemade breakfast each day. Winery on-site, with great entertainment each evening. Breathtaking, rolling hills and trees. The owners are absolutely amazing and are right on-site working with their staff. You won’t find nicer people. We will certainly be returning with our family. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us ❤️

We just got from an overnight stay at this place with another couple. We didn’t know what to expect because the price was very reasonable. This place is adorable. So quaint, clean and so friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were also very surprised breakfast was included in our stay and it was very good. The grounds of this Inn were so nice too. Nice lake out back that the sunroom overlooks. Ducks were there this morning. Loved the vineyard driving up the driveway. We didn’t see any horses during our stay but, we definitely would come back. Great place to stay.

Great place to stay. They always make us feel welcome and happy to see us. The breakfast was great. Entertainment was excellent. We love to get some wine and sit outside and interact with the horses. Totally recomend this to anyone who wants to get away from it all.

If you want to wake up to relaxing vibes and drink coffee with the horses this is the place for you...absolutely beautiful views everywhere. Private and quiet. Hosts were nice and rooms were clean. Hope to be back come Springtime 2025.

Very charming and the location was beautiful. They made us feel very welcome and quickly moved us to another room when we discovered our TV wasn't working. The wine was wonderful and the breakfast was really good as well. Our room was clean and comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay. We also had a great time horseback riding. The trails were gorgeous and our guide was super fun.

I am a repeat visitor and absolutely love this Inn. The staff is always cheerful, helpful and make us feel welcome. The location is great. Love having breakfast in the window room (my name) and watching the horses eating, standing for pets and photos. Will go back again next time I’m in the area.
