I’ve stayed here a few times because it fits my budget — decent rooms, friendly staff, and affordable rates. But the customer service, especially housekeeping, is inconsistent and frustrating.
They keep changing their cleaning policies: no service, every 3 days, by request only, now you have to hang a sign and call — it’s confusing and inconvenient. It feels like they’re cutting corners under the excuse of “policy.”
There are no amenities beyond a basic morning-to-lunch food service, and nothing after 3 PM. If you're okay with minimal services, it's manageable, but don't expect much beyond a bed and a polite front desk.
Overall: great price, but poor follow-through on basic hospitality. I've been patient, but I can't give more than 2 stars.
