For context, I am 47 and was here with a tour group and with my own children as well. We are from the United States. This hotel is awful. Other reviews are accurate regarding thin walls, loud guests and seemingly no hotel control over it's noise issues. This is evidently where 20 somethings come to party. If this was ever a four star hotel, it must have been so rated decades ago. Rooms were outdated, beds were not good, food was atrocious. Perception of both may have been affected by lack of sleep due to the noise. We were here with a tour group so we did not have other options on lodging and had to use the hotel for one dinner and one breakfast. Dining options are comparable to Golden Corral. It' definitely has a clientele to serve. If you like cruise ships, you'll like this atmosphere, except you'll find no respite in your cabin from the people or the noise. If, like us, you are a responsible adult seeking a relaxing beach spot and not in search of loud music, alcohol and overall debauchery, this hotel should be avoided.

We were visiting for 5 days for a football camp. The rooms were clean but basic. There were complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and plentiful towels. The air con wasn't working, I rang reception and they sent someone to sort it out, worked fine after that. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was OK. Breakfast, normal buffet, everything you could want to eat. Lunch was good too. Always desserts and fruit on display too. Dinner, again, was OK, I eat quite spicy, so was more simple food. A large number of us in the camp eat halal meat, so the hotel very kindly made halal chicken available in the evening dinner meals. The hotel is close to everything. Food shops, there is a little supermarket nearby, the beach is a short walk and the main road with a range of shops is a few minutes walk too. The location is ideal and the weather was great too. One night, there was a bit of noise on my floor with people running, let reception know, they sorted it out. Beds pretty standard, could have been harder, could feel the springs a little. If I was coming back to the camp and had to stay here, I would be fine with that, but I probably wouldnt visit as a family to be honest.

Room pretty disgusting. Mould in fridge. Air-conditioning is rubbish. I hope you like dance lesson music... At full volume... all day... so loud the pool area is unusable... sometimes with 2 different lessons and music at the SAME TIME! You can't close your balcony door.... because the air-conditioning is rubbish. Breakfast is pretty standard to poor. Eggs somehow raw, burnt and cold at the same time. Staff quite pleasant. No worries there. Rooms very rundown. Wouldn't recommend.

I've never see so much lack of interest from employee. The reception team is terrible. They don't know anything about the hotel when you asked for information. Animation team are just guys doing some activities sometimes but it's ridiculous the show they have in the night and what's more NOT every day!! Food quality is not so good, depends on what you like, if you're fast food lover there quite everything is fried food!! Finally the room we had was normal, nothing special, the bathroom old beds old and noisy.... Just the position was good, the rest was terrible. We didn't use the pool due to the rain but we saw it and we think is too small for the entire guests there.. we don't recommend at all!!

Hotel was beautiful from outside/reception and dining. The breakfast was stale/cold, tasted awful I ate ready salted crisps the 5 days I was there. I fell really poorly the 2nd day being there and 3 weeks on I've not recovered. Friendly staff, but the room was diabolical, we had no aircon for 3 days, mould in the fridge and poo stains all around the room. Only got a few pictures. Rusty towel rail, black hairs in the bath and toilet. Beds were split into 2 singles and not very comfy. The pictures you see on the website is nothing like real life. No entertainment for children, just Spanish people dancing for the whole 2 days in a row (2 different musics going off), rooms are not sound proof. I would not recommend anytime soon to say it was my 1st holiday abroad it's put me off. Restaurants around the area are lovely couldn't fault them. We booked for 5 days and lost out on our moneys worth with breakfast, the room next to us they was smoking cannabis which came into our room.

We are a family, went there and were surprised by the staff being so kind and attentive, given colouring paper and crayons on arrival, then a lolipop after lunch and dinner. The hotel is beautiful and each swimming pool had a lifeguard that even gave us a bit of suncream. On the first night there was some noise,we reported it to reception and they solved it straight away. The bed was comfy and had a nice view. The food was good, fresh pastries, hot chocolate with churros, seafood fideua with alioli, chicken paella and delicious salad were part of the buffet. There was a kids club too.

When I arrived the room was very dirty. Lots of hair on the floor. The toilet was dirty and there is a lot of dust on the shelves. There were fingerprints on shampoo and soap bottles from previous guests. Bed linen was with make up on it.
