I am writing this review to say how excellent my experience was staying at this resort. It is family oriented but is highly enjoyable for adults to. It has a variety of activities to do, the atmosphere was lovely a real vibe.. The food was fantastic and something for everyone to eat, quality ! We met lovely people and friendly kids. Please stop posting negative reviews on this hotel . Its great value for money! Specifical thanks to Ivan and Lucia our family host who was super animated and fantastic energy the kids .

Great hotel!! Good food, bars. Only because we have arrived end of the season rooms are a 4* as no air con and the family rooms (split with dividing doors) are hot!! Air con not available. Pools freezing but height of Summer I image absolutely fantastic for an all inclusive hotel! Would absolutely return. Kids entertainment fantastic, even end of season. Plus park, arcades, kids clubs, water slide etc. We have loved our stay! And food is absolutely lovely for an all inclusive!

The pictures make this place look a lot fancier than it is. It is dated and poorly maintained and not clean. We spent 2 nights here and the only cleaning I saw taking place was of the bedrooms, which are relatively clean and well maintained. All of the common areas, pool areas and bathrooms are dirty. There are multiple pool areas, all accessed by multiple steep stairs which are tricky to navigate with wet feet. There is a kids area with 2 slides and a splash area. We didn't go to the spa area as we were put off by the long walk there via a walkway covered in bird poop. We opted for half board. Breakfast and dinner are in a choice of 3 restaurants, all buffet style. Food choices are good and plentiful. There are no alcoholic drinks included in the half board option but you can choose from a range of soft drinks and water. No booking needed, you just turn up and queue. Overall experience was fine but would not recommend or return.

There are many children here, so it can be quite loud in the mornings and evenings. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the food, but the selection was plentiful and the staff was consistently very, very friendly. We even received extra blankets for the night. The room was almost completely clean upon arrival, and the night security was polite. There is also a hotel cat named “Cookie.” If you want to spend a few days in Lloret on a budget, this place works – just don’t expect too much, though the staff really does their best. I was even offered a vegan alternative for dinner, and they have soy/oat milk and soy yogurt available. We saw three pools and two bars. The pools are not heated but very nice, with plenty of sunbeds. There are many programs for children, so it’s definitely more of a family hotel rather than a party hotel. - We walked 10 mins to the Beach -

What a little find! We loved this hotel so much that we have returned for a second visit. The rooms are clean and well presented and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The food is plentiful, of great quality and it changes slightly each day so that you never get bored. This hotel is a wonderful choice for children as they have clubs for kids, lots of activities each day and lots of different pools to visit. The hotel even has its own splash park which was a big hit with my sons. You actually have no need to ever leave the hotel complex but should you choose to visit the town or venture to the beach they are only a short walk away.

We saw the negative reviews before booking but decided to give this place a chance. Unfortunately, we should have listened. This hotel is nowhere near 4-star quality – at best, it’s a 3-star. The rooms are very small, and the sofa bed was unbelievably uncomfortable — it felt like sleeping on a hill. The food was disappointing, so we ended up eating out most of the time just to enjoy our meals. The most frustrating part of the stay was the pool bar. The service was awful, especially from the two girls working there, Camila and Beatriz. Even when the bar was completely empty and I was the only customer, I still had to ask, “Can I order here?” Standing in a queue was bad enough, but feeling ignored when there’s no one else around is just ridiculous. It honestly seemed like they didn’t want to serve guests at all. We still tried to make the most of our holiday, but honestly, the hotel just isn’t worth the money.

I would like to express my appreciation for your receptionist Andrea, who was extremely efficient and helpful. I had an issue with my hotel reservation that I had been trying to resolve for about two weeks, and Andrea managed to handle the entire matter quickly and successfully. Her professionalism and assistance were truly outstanding. I stayed at your hotel with my 14-year-old brother, and we found there was plenty of entertainment for children, which we really enjoyed. The rooms were clean, although the walls were scuffed and the blankets were torn. The food was generally fine, and overall I would return, as this resort is truly child-friendly and we had a wonderful holiday.

Don’t even know where to start.. food is very bland, not a lot of choice for children, chicken always pink mushy. The snack bar was standard but we had to eat out a lot. Rooms wasn't cleaned properly sheets aren’t changed, floors aren’t swept, literally put new towels in rooms and shower gels make the beds, thats it. Staff don’t speak English so such a language barrier when ordering or asking any questions, personally don’t think it’s much of a tourist place to visit. Entertainment is very repetitive same every night. The snack bar near the children’s club has RATS happily running around, which to me is enough to put me off ever returning. Pools aren’t heated, kids didnt mind but they’re so cold! Most days they have floods of teenagers coming into the pool so most of the people staying at the hotel got out as they was so rude! All the arcades, grabbing machines and pool tables are always out of order. I would say the only positive to the place is children adapt and get on fine with it but overall the whole place isn’t worth a 4* very run down and out dated. The best days we had here was out of the hotel, on excursions. Very disappointing when you pay thousands to have a nice time and it was a honest shambles! Will never return so many better places to visit and spend money on in this world. Thank you
