There are many children here, so it can be quite loud in the mornings and evenings. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the food, but the selection was plentiful and the staff was consistently very, very friendly. We even received extra blankets for the night. The room was almost completely clean upon arrival, and the night security was polite. There is also a hotel cat named “Cookie.” If you want to spend a few days in Lloret on a budget, this place works – just don’t expect too much, though the staff really does their best. I was even offered a vegan alternative for dinner, and they have soy/oat milk and soy yogurt available. We saw three pools and two bars. The pools are not heated but very nice, with plenty of sunbeds. There are many programs for children, so it’s definitely more of a family hotel rather than a party hotel. - We walked 10 mins to the Beach -

We have just returned from a weeks holiday here. me, my husband and 2 children. We don't really have anything negative to say. Staff was mostly friendly. One girl however who dint understand English came across slightly moody. Food although there was a wide range of choice. Was cold. Must say the snack bar was perfect for little ones. Rooms where clean and beds comfortable and our house keepers where lovely always accommodating. So much around the hotel and close to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely come back again

I would like to express my appreciation for your receptionist Andrea, who was extremely efficient and helpful. I had an issue with my hotel reservation that I had been trying to resolve for about two weeks, and Andrea managed to handle the entire matter quickly and successfully. Her professionalism and assistance were truly outstanding. I stayed at your hotel with my 14-year-old brother, and we found there was plenty of entertainment for children, which we really enjoyed. The rooms were clean, although the walls were scuffed and the blankets were torn. The food was generally fine, and overall I would return, as this resort is truly child-friendly and we had a wonderful holiday.

I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but I’m so glad we went ahead with this hotel. The rooms are spacious enough for our family of five (with kids aged 6, 9, and 10). Yes, the rooms are a little dated, but honestly, you don’t come on holiday to sit in your room! The entertainment for the kids has been fantastic – there’s always something going on, and the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Our eldest is autistic, and we were really touched by how patient and understanding the team was with him. We’re a vegan/vegetarian family, and I was really impressed with the food options. There were plant milk choices available and plenty of dishes we could enjoy, even with a few fussy eaters in the mix. This was our first time going all-inclusive and I was a bit nervous, but it’s been a great experience all round. Yes, it can get a bit noisy with people walking through the corridors, but that’s to be expected anywhere – especially with families and kids around. Overall, amazing value for money. We’ve had a brilliant time and will definitely be booking again! Shout out to Ana & Alba From the Scottish family 🏳️‍🌈❤️

The pictures make this place look a lot fancier than it is. It is dated and poorly maintained and not clean. We spent 2 nights here and the only cleaning I saw taking place was of the bedrooms, which are relatively clean and well maintained. All of the common areas, pool areas and bathrooms are dirty. There are multiple pool areas, all accessed by multiple steep stairs which are tricky to navigate with wet feet. There is a kids area with 2 slides and a splash area. We didn't go to the spa area as we were put off by the long walk there via a walkway covered in bird poop. We opted for half board. Breakfast and dinner are in a choice of 3 restaurants, all buffet style. Food choices are good and plentiful. There are no alcoholic drinks included in the half board option but you can choose from a range of soft drinks and water. No booking needed, you just turn up and queue. Overall experience was fine but would not recommend or return.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Guitart Central Park , The service was exceptional — the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. What really stood out was the variety of activities available. Whether you’re into swimming, fitness, games, or live entertainment, there’s always something fun to do. It’s a great place for both adults and kids to enjoy — you’ll never get bored! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect — close to the beach and local attractions. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for great service and lots of activities in a beautiful setting

Great place to spend your time in. The swimming pools are in good maintenance, and restaurants are top-tier (service is the best - especially Victor 😉). The rooms have a nice view from the balcony. Localization: close to the beach and the city centre, so if you're a beach lover of more of a shopping addict, it'll satisfy you either way. If I ever come back to Lloret de Mar, I'll definitely book a room here. Only good memories with this place (also, I turned 18 here!)

Rooms are a very generous size with a separate bedroom area for the children. Great air-conditioning unit meant that although it was 30 outside the room remained very cool and pleasing. Two negatives of the rooms; not enough lighting and the noise. They are most definitely not soundproof as advertised. Every night could hear people running up and down the hallway and even experienced children banging on the doors at midnight. Seemed to be quite a few large groups of children this week. Boys and girls of 12-16 just rude and not very understanding. Splashing and wrestling in the baby pool area and bathing past people. Shoving in the queues. Service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and the children’s entertainment was excellent. Kids loved it! Unfortunately nothing to do during the day other than swimming or playing pool. The entertainment is all based poolside which I thought was rather risky at 11pm with young children. Excellent location. 3 minutes from the shop and about 10 minutes walk from the beach (although we didn’t go). Food was very average and unfortunately was left feeling rather unwell. Especially after seeing pink chicken. Got speaking to any other family who also had what they believed was food poisoning the following morning. All in all, wouldn’t come here again but probably a good visit if you don’t mind being over crowded with groups of children/young adults and lack of daytime entertainment.
