Beautiful Big Beach! Very clean. No dogs or glass containers allowed. Lifeguards present. Dolphins at often seen playing right in sight. Several places to eat within walking distance. Island Market store right off the beach for you to buy anything you forgot to pack. Free public restrooms and showers. Paid parking available for a reasonable price. Beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent.

Sigh. I'd love here in a second! 1. Public beach parking is pay parking. 2. It's totally worth the money. Blue clear water and white sugar sand. We were just passing through, but we will be back to stay for at least a few days.

Gulf Shores is hands-down one of the most photogenic spots on the planet—those sugar-white beaches and Gulf sunsets? Chef’s kiss. I pulled my motorcycle onto the blue walkway just long enough to snap some absolute fire shots, and now I’ve got proof this place is straight-up stunning. Two officers rolled up, super professional—checked my ID, confirmed I wasn’t blocking access or damaging anything, and let me roll out with a smile. Zero drama, all respect. This city’s got it all: epic views, smooth vibes, and room for a little two-wheeled creativity. If you want postcard-worthy pics and a beach that delivers, Gulf Shores is the move.

This beach is dog-friendly and we had a blast. White sand beaches similar to Pensacola, without the massive crowds. We've been down to Gulf Shores six times and each time had a blast. There is plenty of parking. Beach chairs are available to rent if you want, and there are public foot shower stations to wash that sand off so you don't take it with you.

I love visiting Gulf Shores. Wonderful pier to fish from with Tiki bar to relax at. Beautiful powder sand beaches with walkways, volleyball nets, and water activities.
