Ultimately, this iconic spot now functions better as an emergency food option rather than a dining destination. Given its location in a high-traffic business market with limited surrounding choices, it serves its purpose for a quick, functional bite, but it no longer carries the "must-visit" status of its glory days. For those seeking a more satisfying meal in the area, Patel Restaurant stands out as the superior recommendation.

We went there after a quick shopping at Crawford Market. The food was absolutely amazing. The service were very quick and full of smiley face from the waiters. The price was pretty cheap with a very good quality of food. The atmosphere was very busy with a quick turn offer, people queued for a table. Love it and certainly need to try if you want to eat like a local 😀

The food quality was average, but the service was very good. The staff was polite and helpful. Orders were served on time and the ambience was decent. If the food taste improves, the overall experience would be much better. Overall, an okay place for a casual visit.

Went here for lunch after work on a Friday. It was a bit crowded, but the food was really good. They only accept cash, and we spent about two hours with a bill of ₹500. The Chicken Keema was absolutely outstanding!”

Fine Mughlai restaurant in the area. Prices are affordable. Taste is genuine. Situated on hustling streets of Bhindi Bazaar this restaurant is keeping alive the flow of Mughlai cuisine for the commoners. It's a must for nonveg lovers of you are in city or in the nearby area.

The restaurant is not fancy, but it’s clean and comfortable. The service is quick, and the staff are polite and helpful. It can get crowded during lunch and dinner time, but that’s because of its popularity. Overall, Gulshan-e-Iran is a great spot in South Mumbai if you want real Mughlai taste at pocket-friendly rates.
