Gumaya Tower Hotel

we rent two rooms and asked for a connecting room by phone, and they immediately promises they will prepare it for us. most hotels don’t promise anything and provide rooms based on arrival. staffs are friendly and helpful. the PR (Ms. Sasha) asked for our satisfaction too.

Gumaya Tower Hotel really blew me away! The rooms are super spacious and come with all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect, with tons of food stalls and a shopping mall just a stone's throw away. The service? Top-notch! And the food? Delicious with plenty of variety. But the real showstopper? Their gym facilities! They have everything you could possibly want, even more than other 5-star hotels I've stayed at. Plus, everything is so well maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. My family absolutely loved every moment of our stay here.

GRO Novi and the restaurant Waitress really helped me and my family during our stay. At breakfast I was escorted by Ms Novi to find a seat, because the restaurant was quite busy. Explanation of the available menus. I feel like staying in my own home.||The breakfast menu is amazing. very kids friendly, popcorn, fountain chocolate, cotton candy||If you really like the family hotel concept, this hotel is the best choice for you. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, ideally located in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with great views. The facilities are excellent. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as arranged by customers and the stay is overall very good.||Check in was a breeze and our room also entitled us to use the lounge on 17th floor which provides snacks and drinks till 10 pm. Attentive staff at the lounge and also had dinner on one night at the roof top restaurant , every things was good.||Room wise though a bit old school is spacious and comfortable , only not so good issue is the water pressure is low and with extremely hot water shower.||Breakfast choices are mainly local delights thought the spread is quite good , not really my type for the local food

Great experience all around. ||Staff is amazing, friendly and kind. ||Breakfast options vary from Indonesian to European/US dishes. ||Room was clean, spacious, tub and shower option and a comfy bed will greet you. ||The hotel chains in Europe and US can’t compete with the hospitality shown by the Gumaya staff.

Rooms are big and spacious. Clean. Need more comforter on bed and decoration pillow but rest is okay. I love the strong jet hot water and i can walk everywhere from here. The food are awesome. No debate on this one

Thank you for vita and staff marquis resto, i have amazing holiday in here with my family! Especially for your street food and resto recommendations near hotel. For facility like swimming pool is average but maybe i’ll back in here again ofc with my family when holiday.
