Bought my first ever firearm today at Guns Direct. I got lucky enough to be helped out by Ramiro, who was exactly the type of person I was looking for. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about their products, he was equally passionate about making sure that I was getting the right fit for my needs. He made sure I made an informed decision and educated me every step of the way, happily answering questions that were probably super basic for his level of knowledge. And their inventory, despite being a small store, is no joke. Great prices and great service, can’t recommend this place enough. My ten days can’t be up fast enough!

I visited this business for the first time earlier today, and I am so impressed with the level of care, knowledge, experience, professionalism, and familiarity that Ramiro exhibited while handling my purchase. I really appreciated the way Ramiro answered all of my questions thoroughly with sincerity, respect and candor. I really felt like he was giving me his most honest thoughts on everything I asked about. And he really helped me feel reassured and confident with the steps I was taking. I expressed to Ramiro how impressed I was with his ability to make a firearms novice like myself feel comfortable with the decisions I was being asked to make, and the steps I was taking. He clarified to me that he had started working at that shop around the end of the pandemic when gun sales were booming, and lots of new gun owners were looking to purchase. And he learned a lot about how to handle first time gun buyers. I just want to say that I purchased several firearms today from two different businesses, but only one location is getting a review from me. I really appreciated a smaller gun shop with a more intimate feel, but don’t get me wrong—the selection at this shop will cover whatever you’re looking for. Five solid stars.

I'm sorry that I'm not going to leave a five-star review and I'm sorry that your employees will not be getting barbecue tomorrow ! Guns direct wasn't very helpful when it came to a situation where I needed information and needed help my father passed away I'm a 6 years ago my brother inherited my father's skins my brother passed away almost 3 months ago and I needed for my sister-in-law to surrender the guns over to me and this gun shop didn't really want to deal with me they didn't give me a lot of advice and they're supposed to be one of the better gun shops in Burbank I would avoid the gun shop all together if you're dealing with a similar situation where you have a father or a family member that passed away and you're in the next in line to inherit any firearms it's better to deal with a gunshot like ammo and guns I know these gun shops don't get paid very much doing this kind of service so I just wanted to let others know if you're in the same predicament that I was it's better just to go ahead and sell it again so

Best Gun store this side of the Mississippi, I have been going here for about a decade now and it's literally the best shop you can go for a 1st timer or an avid shooter. Ammo a plenty guns a plenty and prices fair with great workers who help you find exactly what you're looking for. I even just drop by sometimes to say Hi since everyone is so great. I can't see myself doing business anywhere else but guns direct especially in a sea of stores in Burbank. 1Love Arno

This was my first time shopping at Guns Direct and Ramiro really helped answer all of my questions, set me up with excellent home defense tools and even helped source parts which would be compatible so that I was able to get everything I needed. I can say just one thing about this place. Damn amazing staff. Great prices. They don't do what all the other stores do around the block in Burbank. Uncharge stuff like crazy. Nice selection of items. But mostly the staff. Your business is only as good as your staff...and theese guys are acing it. Friendly, no attitude. Helpful and knowledgeable. My only spot to go to so far for past 5 years. And I'm an instructor, dealing with this all week long. They are 100% recommend.
