Hello this place is great for families and a local bar. Hang out. They have sushi attached and is highly suggested by the locals if you come here they have great locals specials taco Mondays burger Wednesdays, sushi pre-roll Tuesdays. Also, I see some outdoor dining as well great for family and friends. Please check this place out. You’ll truly love it.

Service is something else T this place. Although the place was full, but we felt that we were the only ones served. We had two different sushi plates that tasted fresh. I had fish tacos and tasted shrimp tacos. Both were tasty. I could easily taste the fish and the shrimp, which I loved. Many other places load their tacos with spices to a degree that you can hardly taste the fish. Loved the atmosphere and the fact that there is parking around the restaurant and a few dedicated spots.

Great local joint with mostly locally-sourced food. I liked the Conshohocken Bakery rolls better than the Liscio's they currently use. Fries are killer.

John and Lory are the BEST!!!! These two have taken care of my friends and I numerous times. I can’t begin to explain how great these two are. I have never left disappointment! This is one of the best places to be! The food is great and fresh. The service is amazing !

Been wanting to come here and thankfully was able to come in for lunch. The wait staff today were very inviting and super helpful. When they didn’t have what I initially ordered they quickly suggested another item and was glad I went with that suggestion. The Ace burger was one of the best burgers I’ve had in the area by far! The seeded buns was soft but delicious but always steady enough to hold a massive burger with delicious toppings. The cooper sharp cheese with the pieces of bacon just held everything together so well but that long hot mayo and the hot sauce completed the burger and took it to the next level. Big boy burger that I had to use a fork and knife but next time I’m be using a ton of their napkins. The fries were a little over cooked but asked for a side of their honey bay and it was such the right suggestion. Thankfully I didn’t order any seafood because I would be in a coma from how well that would pair with the sauce. I’ll definitely be coming back to try their late night atmosphere and sushi.

I’m probably one of the most honest and straight forward people you could ever meet or read a review from. This place was absolute garbage, particularly the food. I mean the nachos, you would be literally wasting ur money to buy. You can make better nachos at home with a microwave and Great Value ingredients from Walmart. The shrimp tacos and wings were mediocre at best. I would be shocked if you disagree with me. Look at the nachos in the pic.

The most chill environment. Drinks were great. Food was scrumptious. That pretzel was amazing with drinks. The Honey Bay wings were delicious. And the sliders were burger perfection! Our server John was the best! This just might be one of Conshohocken’s best kept secrets! I’ll be back soon for another Guppy Good Time!!

Such a disappointing experience. Deviated from our normal conshy hot spots to try sushi night. Arrived at 8:35. Waited 10 min for acknowledgement in the lobby. Upon being seated, which was only indoors at this point, we sat at our table for another 10 minutes for a server. When we were finally acknowledged, the sushi deal was over. Maybe they did this on purpose. Regardless, the manager; who was our server, had a bad attitude. Walked out for a friendlier spot. Won't be back. Two thumbs down for service.

Yes. Just go. Food, drink and vibes are all on point. The only negative is the parking but you should be able to figure that out.

Great food, poor service! Came here on a Saturday afternoon, around 2pm. The place was definitely steady but my not overly packed. We had family members sit down first and they were told that they're short staffed. (Perfectly fine, we will order all at once and make sure we ask for everything so they're not running back and forth) The bartender came to take our order, my boyfriend and I was sharing appetizers so he ordered us the Buffalo Chicken Wings and Stella's Chicken Rolls. I then chimed in and asked whether we could have ranch and if they are able to do wings all flats, but if not it's no big deal. Immediately the bartender got a pretty unfriendly demeanor with me, and started telling me that him and is co worker is working the floor and that they are short staffed. Went on a whole spiel of who was working upstairs. It was definitely uncomfortable, all he needed was to tell me no, which I had even explained to him it's no issue if they can't. So to summarize it, do not count of good service here. I understand being extremely busy and short staffed, there was no need for the attitude. He also gave my boyfriend an attitude because he thought my boyfriend was ordering a beer when he was just looking around so he got short with him regarding what he wanted to drink. The vibe was definitely a "I'm doing you a favor by serving you". The food was on point. Even though we only ordered appetizers, both were very good. We ordered Buffalo Chicken Wings, cooked perfectly, crispy and meaty. The ranch dipping sauce was very good, I loved that it was not runny and the perfect consistency. The absolutely star of the show were the Stella's Chicken Rolls. Could eat a few plate full of those. They were filled with chicken thighs which are marinated and sautéed in hot sauce, jalapeños, and copper sharp cheese. Wow, bursting of flavors! Perfect texture for the eggrolls, I love the cheesiness and spiciness of the eggrolls. Must order!

Good service, nice menu. Who'd think sushi at a typical PA neighborhood bar (after 4pm). Wings and poutine fries were tasty. Oh, did I mention the service was very good?

The wings were the best I've had in a while, meaty and well sauced. I preferred the hot 'n honey but the Korean Bbq was good too. The place is brightly lit and plenty of windows/sunlight. Service was excellent and looking forward to returning soon.

Have gone here a few times and enjoyed a bunch of different stuff. Had tacos and salad and both were good. Don't sleep on the sushi either its bangin

Good food, bad prices, poor service. This spot has great potential and a great kitchen, yet the consistent disorganization, rude service, and high prices hinder it. I lived down the street for several years and quit going since every time I walked in and ordered, it seemed to be a inconvenience for the staff. Very unwelcoming and honestly turned me away. Whether you go for dinner or to the bar, it always takes forever for the staff to recognize you are there and willing to spend money! Truly wish this place would improve it's staff and customer service and it could be a great spot, but until changes are made I will not be going back.

Came here for the Eagles vs Cowboys game. The atmosphere was very lively, definitely a go to spot for sports events. I had the chicken sandwich here, it does NOT disappoint. It's definitely up there when it comes to the best tasting chicken sandwiches in the Philly/Philly suburb region. I definitely recommend it, especially if it's your first time here.

Food is great! Not like typical "bar food". The sushi is terrific. Servers are friendly and efficient. It's small so if they are busy some times you have to wait

Just finished golfing and wanted a quick bite and was very satisfied with this place. It's pretty charming spot with many friendly locals. Our server was pleasant and quick. I ordered orange crunch role and it was excellent. I heard Tuesday's they have buy one special role get one free. Reason I gave this a 4 star is it nothing really surprised or excited me and it everything was expected. Will come back for sure though.

Amigo Dan and I stopped here on our day of 5000 cheesesteaks. We order two drinks and a cheesesteak to split. We were told that we needed to get 2 food items. I asked what is the cheapest thing on the menu. The waiter responded, 'wings are on special.' I looked on the menu and right next to the wings was Guacamole. I ordered the Guacamole. The waiter left. The waiter returned. He said Guacamole doesn't count. I said fine we'll take the wings. The waiter left. The waiter returned. He said the wings didn't count. We left. Ironically I took my sign selfie next to a painting on their wall that said, 'Whatever the ?, Love is the answer.' Middle of the afternoon. One person there eating.

A regular spot for me. I love coming for lunch and happy hour. Can't go wrong with the chicken sandwich or the Kathy Romano wrap. If they have sushi - get it! It's surprisingly delish. Great beer list and cocktails. Service can be slow when it's busy, but that's okay when you're just hanging out. Recommend!

My biggest issue with Guppy's is their poor service. I tried to give it a few chances and not judge it by one "bad" experience but each time I gave it a chance -- it disappoints and isn't such a "good time". Let's start with the service - it's slow and some of the servers and bartenders are NOT friendly and show a lack of care or attention. The one male bartender with the tattoos has a grumpy attitude and just doesn't seem to care about a darn thing. I think other people have mentioned about that guy here. A simple hi/hello or how are you guys can go a long way if you're sitting at the bar... if we saw from their social media that they have a special and ask questions about it they don't know what the specials are or what's included or not. They could pass your table multiple times and not acknowledge you or refill water or ask if you want/need anything. It's like they're forced to come work there and and forced to get your order. I agree with the other folks who've left a similar review experience. feel like this place could have a lot more potential if management stepped it up and did something about some of the reviews that have a reoccurring issue. I would avoid this place but know what I'm expecting other times I do come in. I'd rather hit up Boathouse and the other bars/restaurants nearby. The food is alright and decent -- the service can be stepped up thats all. And that can really have an impact if more and more people end up not coming in.

Spur of the moment for a group of us to try something different on a Saturday for lunch. Place was packed, but the bartender did his best to take care of us. Food was great and the music and crowd were great. Highly recommend this little corner bar/restaurant. Will defiantly be back. FYI parking is a little tough to find.

Happened to hear about this place on a local radio station and looked up their menu and couldn't wait to give it a try. We decided to go with some friends, so there were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids) and we did make reservations ahead of time. Initially we were told we couldn't make a reservation for 8 as they didn't have any tables that could accommodate that size but when I called back a few days later, they took our reservation for 8 without question. We went with one of their private rooms and the table was really meant more for 6 but we squeezed 8 around it. It was nice being in our own private room and each room is uniquely decorated. Even though it's a private room, it's not quiet. Overall, it's pretty noisy in there. Their was a TV in the room (no sound) but music was blaring throughout the place. It did make it a little tough to have a conversation. Food was really good and fresh and portion sizes large! We started with the guacamole and mozzarella wedges which was all quickly devoured. For my entree, I went with the hearty Thai chicken salad and had plenty for leftovers the next day! My wife had the shrimp and fish tacos which she said was some of the best she has had and they were able to accommodate her gluten-free allergy by swapping out the tortillas for corn. My son loved his Wowee Burger. We wanted to try their desserts, but we were so full that we had to take a pass on this visit. Service was very good throughout. The biggest issue here is parking. They don't have a dedicated lot so it's parallel parking in the street, but we struggled to find an open spot and wound up parking 4-5 blocks away. There is a church across the street from them that said church parking only but our waitress said we could have parked there as well. We will definitely be back!

We had great sushi take out tonight! The avocado on the sushi was so fresh. We normally eat there, but found the takeout just as great!

The food is always on point, try the apps! The Pretzel is a family favorite and the egg rolls are amazing. Sushi is always delicious and the kids love the burgers. Service is always good, just be patient because they are always busy! The ambiance is local pub with sports. Where else can you get a sale, amazing burgers and sandwiches and the best Sushi in Conshohocken !!

Guppys is perfect. The food is unreal plenty of gluten free options. The service is immaculate and we adore the bartenders. Last but not least, the ambiance is perfect for a fun night out or a great dinner! We love Guppys 1000000% and we never want to leave Conshy because of it!!!!!

Love that they're doing sushi more than one day a week. Their BOGO sushi roll Thursdays is a great deal. I'm happy these guys pulled through the difficult times of the pandemic. Looking forward to many more meals here.

Went here around 930 with some coworkers on a Wednesday night. It's by far the easiest bar to walk to from our apartments. We sat ourselves next to the bar and were quickly greeted by a bartender/server. Kitchen was closing soon, so we grabbed multiple appetizers to share. The poutine fries looked like your classic take on the dish, and everyone enjoyed it. Same goes for the nachos. Classic take and enjoyable, but nothing different from your usual. The cheese curds and bacon balls of fire both looked deceptively similar.... both fried and delicious. The bacon balls were definitively not too spicy. I would absolutely get them again because how can bacon fried with cheese ever disappoint you. The french onion soup was definitely not hot enough. I like that crusted on the side from a nice broil cheese and it was more hot and stringy cheese. The flavor was there and I ate all of it though. For beers we got yeungling Oktoberfest and a pumpkin beer I can't find on their draft list anymore but was GREAT. Atmosphere was casual and we enjoyed the music and the staff a lot. Will definitely be visiting regularly.

I love going to Guppy's! The atmosphere is fun, the employees are super nice, and the food and drinks are delicious. Every time I come here they don't disappoint. I am also obsessed with their Bogo sushi Tuesday's. It is buy one specialty roll get one regular roll free. The sushi is always super fresh and all their specialty rolls have great flavor. They also have some other great weekday specials and brunch on Sunday's with a Bloody Mary Bar. If you are in the area definitely check it out you won't be disappointed.

Guppy's has to be classified as a gastropub, but it IS an unpretentious one. I know of no other establishment on the planet where you can get great sushi AND a world class cheesesteak. They use locally sourced ingredients (like Conshohocken Bakery rolls, made a stone's throw away) even for burgers. Great craft beer selection, an interesting menu, specials, and everything is very reasonable priced. Hard to find, but worth seeking out. As to reviews saying the bartenders were unfriendly, I'd have thought the same until I engaged one in conversation. I found them brutally efficient in doing their jobs, but utterly charming and sweet once you begin a conversation. A GREAT professional bartender will give you space when you need it and a friendly chat when you want it. This is not my closest tappie, but I will drive the extra 20 minutes making this a destination.

Always a good time at Guppy's - John is always amazing and always makes sure we have all we need. Our favorite place to come whenever we're around!

Food was good, but the bartender with the tattoos was, by far, the most unfriendly asshole I've ever had as a server. Does he not realize that he works for tips? I'm surprised that he still has a job here with his attitude, he must be related to the owner. Never said hi, never asked what we wanted to drink, never once asked if we needed refills, never asked how the food was, nothing! He sucks! Guppy's should get rid of him and find someone with a more positive, friendly vibe. If I owned a business, I certainly wouldn't want someone like this jerk representing it!

Friends moved nearby recently so we met them at Guppy's for dinner and drinks. First time being there and was impressed. High tables inside in addition to the bar stools, several TVs behind the bar. Plenty of beers on tap, probably around 15; standard yuengling, etc. and also some local beers. They also had a house cocktail list and a separate seasonal cocktail list. Two of the seasonal drink specials were with screwball pb whiskey; one with screwball and peppermint schnapps in hot chocolate and another was with screwball and either baileys or kahlúa and something else I think. Both of them were delicious. As a table we ordered plenty; French onion soups, Buffalo chicken egg rolls, bison burger sliders, and more. Every dish that hit the table was great; the food was hot and tasted fresh not frozen. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive without being a bother. Given the fact that my friends now live within walking distance, we'll definitely be back. Definitely recommend Guppy's!

Great food and love the environment. Most of all, the staff was absolutely amazing. Especially Lory and Mel. Made you feel like family. Come check this place out and you won't regret it.

We had a catered lunch at my office from Guppy's. The food was excellent!!! It was fresh, hot, and delicious! We had fried chicken sliders and burger sliders. The chicken was crunchy and the toppings were fantastic. The burgers were cooked to perfection and juicy. The chicken tacos and chicken egg rolls were delish! We rounded it out with a tray of sushi! I am very careful about where I get my sushi. This was fresh and delicious. Portions were big.

I placed a last minute order for an office lunch. The help that I received in placing the order was wonderful. Lori went above and beyond to make this happen....not to mention the food was AMAZING. We had sushi (not for me but the sushi eaters LOVED it all), Jeweler Joe's slider's (incredible), cheeseburger sliders, Caesar salad (w/ bacon..yum!) and assorted appetizer's of buffalo cauliflower, chicken eggrolls and taco's.... Thanks for the Fabulous Lunch...we will see you again soon~

Spicy Mama. Get it. You will be happy. Best pub/bar food around. Terrific sushi, as well -- shockingly.

Been here for happy hour as well as lunch. Both have good specials. I think the best part is the sushi though. Would have never thought a sushi place would be tucked into a place like this and also make good quality sushi, but they do! Tuesday lunches they have a buy one get one on rolls which allows you to get one specialty roll and one normal roll for the price of the specialty roll. One downside is that most specialty rolls have spicy tuna in them, would love to see a little more variety there. I got the conshy roll and the spicy tuna roll and both were amazing and I just wanted to eat more!

I just don't know what doesn't work here?! Burger fries? Beer? Wings? Sushi wine? Music? It has it all. Thank you for one place that has it all. I just can't explain it.

This place is great! We got edamame and Gup's chowder for appetizers and they were really good. For our meals we got the Kathy Romano wrap (with sweet potato fries on the side) and the taco salad with chicken. The wrap was phenomenal and the salad was huge. The prices were fair and the service was great. I 100% recommend this for lunch or dinner!

Favorite spot anytime we visit Conshy! They have a great selection of beers on tap and food! The Tuesday sushi special, BOGO is incredible! The orange crunch roll, the spicy tuna and phat Asian are my favorites! They also have a private area where you can host a party. Can't wait until we are in the area again to go back!

The food and drinks are great at Guppys, but the service could improve. The bar tenders are overall not very friendly. I do enjoy going on Tuesdays for BYGO sushi. It is such a deal. The honey roll is my favorite.

Visiting my son for the weekend. He brought us to Guppy's for dinner. Glad he did! I chose the jeweler Joe Southern chicken sandwich--so tasty and had a great coating. My husband ordered the Wild Cod Burger. Again nicely encrusted and fried. Neither one was greasy both delicious. Both came with fries. Fries were ok, not great. I prefer my fries with some crisp. These were a bit soft. Beer menu was nice with great selections.

Guppys has great service and good bar food! It's a go-to in conshohocken and you never leave disappointed. Friendly staff!

Guppy's was the first stop in a friend's birthday bar crawl this past Saturday. We invaded promptly as they opened (5 PM). This modestly-sized, informal corner spot has cushy seating, appealing decor, and a fun selection of beer. This place has an awesome name - how can you beat "Guppy's Good Times" - and our bartender (John) was just as awesome. He made us tasty Duck Farts [shots] and even comped one for our friend's birthday. Recommended for a guppy good time. (It's also a million times better than the Great American Pub, for those of you who've been.)

Went to this place with six people. It was our first time. The food was outstanding and even though they were short of help, service was fine. Recommend this place highly

This isn't a horrible place if the sun is out, but it's just not my scene at nighttime. Too many people and a horrible place to go if you want to talk to people. At night time on the weekends, they play music and there are just a ton of people on the dance floor. I have to wait too long to get drinks, but when I do get a bartenders attention, I generally grab a few drinks so I don't need to go back in line. It's a popular place and a lot of my horrible friends love coming here, but it's just not for me. Some of the best Conshohocken drinking memories I've had have been at Guppy's during the day though. So many less people, decent enough food, and I can have conversations with the people I'm with.

Surprisingly great sushi! You wouldn't think so ordering from a bar, but it is always fresh and BOGO on Tuesdays! They also have create your own sushi burrito, which is amazing. Try the big tuna roll, it's one of my favs. Great local spot, and they also have a variety of delicious burgers to choose from. I've also tried the pho burrito, which is a must if you're into pho. Outdoor seating is offered when it's nice out too!

I'm a bit biased because my husband and I met here in 2011, but Guppy's has ethically sourced meat, which is important to me, and their chicken is delicious. The Kathy Romano Wrap is my favorite, but recently we ordered out from Guppys and tried the Skye Salad, which we loved. The diablo quesadilla was excellent! I even served some of the rice leftovers the next night with our fish and it was so tasty.

Delicious!! Went here for the first time with some friends (who go regularly) and loved it. Had the Maple burger, fries, and a Mojito Cider. Was pleasantly surprised they offered a gluten free bun option (and for only $1 extra!). As a heads up - the side of fries are perfectly crispy, massive, and definitely shareable for 2 or even 3 people.

Good Times at Guppy's Good Times! I stop in here regularly after golfing at Tee's up the street. Doesn't look like much from the outside...couple tables for outdoor seating, some smokers smoking...very unassuming neighborhood bar. Inside...also very unassuming...not much to it really...they have a main bar area, then 2 smaller rooms off of the bar, where we chose to sit. The main bar area wasn't full, but some of the patrons were singing so loudly(garth brooks, friends in low places) it certainly sounded like it was packed! Some locals having fun on a hot summer night...I'm fine with it, especially if I can distance myself from it by sitting in another section of the bar! Decent beer selection, service was friendly and prompt. The bartender was also our server and had no problem taking care of us as well as the rowdy crowd on the other side of the bar. Stopped back to check on us and get us drinks during our brief stay...I had the burger which appears to be a hand formed patty and was quite delicious! I highly recommend you try one! My wife had the Kathy Romano wrap (grilled chicken, mozzarella, guacamole, chipotle cream with a side salad) and enjoyed it thoroughly! We were very impressed with the food here! Ambience is lacking as it is a bit of a beer bar, but I'm OK with that as long as the place is reasonably clean, which Guppy's is!

This place never fails. The bartender with the tattoos always kills it. I've never had an empty drink. 10/10 will come back again
