The location is great, the service was great and the food was pretty good. The restaurant atmosphere is also very cute. For the price I would expect at least some table bread or something, and I cannot believe I paid €6 for “spa blauw 700ml” water which was just chilled tap water. That feels very sneaky and it knocked a star off what could have been a higher rated place.

The food here is fantastic, an authentic Italian experience that is rare to find. We had the tortelli zucca (with pumpkin and pistachio) and the pappardelle pesto. The tiramisu is also delicious, be aware you get a hefty portion.

Great food. Might be the best pasta place in Groningen. Everything tastes very fresh. We recommend the Norma pasta. The staff is very friendly. Great for a night out!

I came here twice and had the Cacio e Pepe both times. It was very authentic and tasted amazing! Today I had a reservation at 8pm but I called and asked if I could prepone it to 7pm. Once they had a cancellation they were kind enough to call me back and welcomed me over instantly. The food is a little expensive, but for the quality and the service it is worth it. Just one feedback - the portion of the ice cream for the chocolate cake could be as generous as the tiramisu! But regardless, highly recommended!

Great restaurant, if you are looking for a true Italian experience this is it. Well located in the center of the city and good atmosphere. For starter we ordered a burrata caprese, very fresh and tasty. I ordered the the tradicional carbonara, my personal favourite of all time. Every single time I’ve been to Italy I order carbonara. Here it was perfectly executed, perfect al dente pasta, true guanciale and pecorino cheese. My personal suggestion like I’ve seen in some restaurants in Italy is to add an option for a larger portion. This is very personal as I usually tend to eat more than the average person. But it is reasonably served and for most people it is more than enough. I was accompanied by my mother who felt that it was a perfect sized portion. For desert I ordered the Tortino, it was good. But the ice cream portion in my opinion is too small. There should be more ice cream. The center was slightly undercooked as there was some chocolate that was not molten. But it was a small portion of it. Overall good experience I highly recommend it!

Taste was ok and it was not special for me. But I guess everyone's taste for Amatriciana(especially noodle) is different.

The pasta was really tasty but the waiter seems a bit choleric with a bad temper. It made us feel very uncomfortable as he gave us the impression that he does not want us here. When we ordered he seemed very stressed and annoyed, not friendly at all. It is a shame as the pasta is good! UPDATE: thanks to the restaurant for the very passive aggressive, sarcastic response which only shows that you are definitely not Sorry for anything. Yes, maybe customers pay “your salary” but that is obviously the only thing you like about a customer oriented job - a salary. And yes, I will probably never forget this kind of treatment!
